Chris and Brian from Resolut RE Had Helped us with Leasing out a Retail property in Frisco . They were Very Professional with Responses and gave valuable suggestions along the way which was super Helpful. The local agent, Lindsey, Chris was able to find for us was great. She worked very hard to find us a space that worked in our budget, was very good during the LOI negotiations helping us know when to hold the line and when to give a little and constantly followed up with us during the lease negotiations to see if there anything she could help us with. Chris and his team really helped us through every stage of the process.

Ive worked with Resolute (previously Retail Solutions) for over a decade now. Chris Flesner and the Austin team have always delivered for me. We dont always have the easiest assets and they do what it takes to lease the space up in a professional manner. Never had a tenant or broker issue with either team. Highly recommend for other Landlords in need of leasing help.
