Okay, I have been doing corporate law and finance for 30 years, and I have seen more than my fair share of commercial leases. Here are my takeaways from reading Bob Gibbons book Confessions of a Recovering Landlord:• I knew some of it• I did not know most of it• Most private companies do not realize that their commercial lease is probably the largest “investment” they will make early on• I will definitely use (and recommend) Bob on future commercial real estate endeavors

Our small business was referred to Kristi McCampbell by a friend of ours as we began our search for a business office. From the time we began our 1st contact with her in January 2023, we knew she was going to communicate well and follow through on what she said she would do. She has been nothing but helpful and patient with us as we searched many locations and even took a break from looking in the middle of it all, which was on us. She didnt push us and was available to help us whenever we were ready.
