Charlondra was my first realtor, and if I have my way, will always be our realtor! As a first-time buyer, she walked me through the process, connected me with financing, home inspection, everything. When I had questions I was always confident that she would help me find the answer. We bought during a very crazy time in the Houston market, and made several offers before finally closing on a wonderful home. Buying or selling in today’s competitive market is hard enough, but Charlondra truly stepped up and helped my husband and I understand every step of the process. I was in the process of purchasing a building and I was connected with Mrs. Charlondra who is very professional and passionate about what she does. We had our share of ups and downs when it came to getting approved by some lenders not wanting to do their job.
