I loved working with practice real estate management. I responded to an email about opening a private practice and it was the exact sign that I needed. I reached out to Max and he immediately did market research to help me find an area in San Antonio where dermatologists are needed. Within two weeks I had seen multiple offices and he connected me with a real estate attorney to solidify a lease. He checks in frequently to make sure all of my questions are answered. I have recommended Max and Practice Real Estate to many friends and family members, and I will be using them in the future.

Hands down the best Realtor (Medical & Dental Real Estate) you can find in the North Texas region, I have known Austin since 2010 and he helped me and several of my colleagues find great locations for start up dental practices. His in depth knowledge about the North Texas region and ability to spend time and go above and beyond to identify the location which best suites the client is next to none. He is extremely professional, always on time and responds quickly. He maintains good relationship with contractors, lenders etc and will guide you through and make your process of owning your dream medical/dental practice in a good location easy. Having owned a couple of Dental offices himself, he totally understands the hurdles every dental practitioner faces.

Austin was fantastic in helping us secure a lease for our dental office. He really went to bat for us when the landlord got hard-nosed and he didnt back down. We loved his tenacity, PERSISTENCE, and knowledge of the market. He introduced us to many valuable contacts, many of whom I have become friends with. I felt we had an advantage having Austin on our side by giving us the heads up and pro and cons of various locations and salespeople. I consider Austin a friend after having dealt with him and I trust his advice and expertise. He will be our go-to guy when we open our second office.

I met Austin Wheeler at Southwest dental conference in Dallas two years ago. When I decided to open up my practice around in Dallas area, I was actually 5~6 hours away from Dallas. Due to the distance, I could not drive around the area very often. However, Austin drove around site by himself, sent me all the info I needed and had a phone conference with me. When I visited Dallas then we drove together from site to site and discussed pros and cons of each site. His dedication really impressed me and made the whole process go smoothly. Even after his scope of work is done, he is still answering my questions and helping me go through hurdles. When I get to open my next practice, I will definitely work with Austin again.
