People rarely write positive reviews, so I came here to make sure you have one to read. Perry was our realtor for the purchase of our first home. We had many questions and didnt know any professionals in the area. We stumbled upon Perry by lender referral. We were so lucky! He DOES know all the professionals, and DID have answers for all the questions. We, as first time buyers were sweating the whole time, but not Perry. He made the whole process feel very relaxed. He hooked us up with the inspector and a plumber, both of which were amazing! The title company he uses- amazing. If you need an agent in the area to ease your worries about real estate transactions- residential or commercial, call Perry.This was not a sales pitch, I swear. We were just really happy with how everything turned out. I looked at houses in the height of COVID and cried every day because I was afraid of spending the money and the market sucked. Perry eased so many of my fears.
