They assured me that every week or two I would receive a report of all activity regarding my building. I was impressed how hard these guys worked. I was very impressed with this group. Colin was persistent with trying to get me signed up. I am usually afraid of persistent people, but I finally trusted his integrity. I have never been on the selling side, but only on the buying side. I was trying to lease or sale my property on my own to save the commissions, but after several months on the market I chose them. Within a month it was leased and they did all the work. Should have chosen them right away and wouldn’t have lost so many months of income. For all you conservative people out there..give them a call. For that one star rating person out there, I would have to question your integrity!
