Whether your needing property leased or searching for a property to lease look no further. Julie has been amazing from day 1. She is an absolute asset to have on your team no matter the circumstances. Julie has not only been available the majority of times we needed to communicate with her she continues to demonstrate her supremacy in her field by returning all missed communications in remarkable time as well as her flexibility in continuing to meet her clients needs. Julie, in my opinion, has to be one of the best in the business; not only is she extremely flexible and personable she is just as knowledgeable. I will not be making any other calls in the future when needing space in DFW except to Mrs Smith. Do yourself a favor and condense your roledex as well but make sure Julie is the first number listed. Julie has been a tremendous resource in helping with my commercial real estate questions. She is very patient and takes the time to understand what I am looking for and how I intend to use the space. She is very thorough and helped advise me on the things I need to be prepared for and gave me important details that I didn’t think to ask about.
