Josh with JLR Homebuyers was exceptionally easy to work with. From beginning to end, he made the process understandable and convenient. Josh met us at our location, at a time that was convenient for us, and was always prompt and professional. I would absolutely use Josh and JLR homebuyers for the purchase of my property again without hesitation.

JLR Homebuyers is a team of professionals to say the least. Josh and his team were kind, courteous, and prompt when it came to answering my questions about selling my house fast for cash. When we needed answers about how to avoid foreclosure and get rid of a home quickly we contacted JLR Homebuyers and they gave us a hassle free, no commitment quote on what our home was worth and we knew within a few days that we could trust them because we checked out the other we buy houses signs in the area before and many of them had tried to bait and switch us last minute. Josh and his team are truly honest and good mannered and its no wonder considering he spent 12 years in the navy handling a budget of 12Million dollars on his ship.
