We had no idea how much value Joanne Mirelez would add to our property search and purchase. There were so many details and processes in evaluating properties, negotiating the Letter of Intent and the Earnest Money Contract. Joanne orchestrated timely access to the space for inspections during our feasibility period; and negotiated a leaseback from the sellers after the closing. Joanne worked seamlessly with the title company and our lender to be sure all documents were in order; and timely. Being business owners of an insurance agency, we take care of many details for others, and it was great to have Joanne do that for us. Now we are building up equity in our own office condo in a great location; and not just paying rent to help another property owner build up theirs.
