We came here on a viewing tour of the apartments and I can tell you that they are just incredible, the common areas, the pool area, the gym area, the restaurants, the unit layouts are great and big, and our leasing consultant Robert used all his time to tour us round two units even without prior appointment. He did not only go the extra yard for us, I really do hope we get to move here someday, there is just so much to live for there. -

Had the pleasure of working with Bryce Brown about 2 weeks ago looking for a rental home in a new state, New City. Im not sure of exactly how we got connected, but it was an eye-opening experience. While we were looking and applying for tours, we happened to schedule a tour and met Bryce. Before Bryce, we had not had the one on one connection or professionalism he offered. We bounced around, trying to schedule tours mostly to no avail. We applied for the first house Bryce showed us and were denied from unusual requests from the landlord. This seemed to motivate Bryce to get us the best home we could find! Withing 3 days, he had a scheduled for 5 tours back to back, and we fell in love with the first and applied immediately. Even though we applied, Bryce showed us our backup homes plus a few bonus fill-in houses that we just killed time with. He spoke to us like humans were laid back, very informative of the rental housing scene. We both have not rented in 10-15 years and are unsure of new rules and normality he was a great person to have on our side. He went through the whole contract period with us asking for updates, helping us complete and continue the process of getting the first home we loved. He still has kept track of us since the closing of the contract. We have sent him photos of our dream home to keep on the lookout and are looking forward to working with him in the near future to get our forever home. Go to Bryce and he will get you sorted. Bryce Brown was awesome and really everything you can ask for. I was looking to rent as a 2nd time renter with 2 roommates, and met Bryce by requesting some information about a property. He ended up helping us through what in hindsight would have been an impossible task on our own. He contacted tons of different places, scheduled tons of tours and worked on very quick notice. He knows which companies allow what kind of renter, for example he knew a few people that are lenient in leasing to new renters with new to non-existent credit, which was one of our primary issues. New Renters, go to Bryce and he will get you sorted. And if you have rented before, if Bryce can take care of the newbies, he can take care of you. -

My experience was beyond expectations. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and learning to do. Flex Group Real Estate especially Mr.Rob was quite helpful and patient. He helped answer every question I had with attention to details. He was so easy to communicate with. He provided resources and made contacts for my needs. I highly recommend this realtor, Rob Van Swelm. He was easy to get a hold of, easy to work with, and stayed on top of everything. I ended up getting a price reduction during negotiation. He also assisted me with very good references for lenders, inspectors etc. The process went very smoothly, and quickly. -

RJ reached out to me after a pretty bad experience with another realtor. He was very straight forward and told me what to expect during the process of selling my home. I wasnt ready at that time, but I contacted him a few months later and everything flowed very smoothly, as promised. He listened to my needs and concerns and was knowledgeable and answered my questions throughout the whole process. Id definitely recommend him and his team and will refer them to others. -
