Looking for a new home can really be stressful, but lucky for us Lawrence made the whole process feel stress free and so easy! My parents were looking into selling their old house and buying a new one and Lawrence did us a huge favor helping us with both. He’s someone who is so calm, professional and really understandable . He explain the whole process to my parents and he would always triple check with them before any decision being made. One thing about him is that no matter what he’ll always make you feel comfortable and any idea you have he’ll always listens to it. I 100% truly recommend. Thank you so much for all your help we truly appreciate you. Now we’re at ease and we love our new home !

I have not tried to purchase a home in 38 years. That being said, my experience with Lawrence was that he was extremely quick to respond to MY urgent request to purchase a Townhouse. He was professional, polite, and calm. He explained what was required and the estimated time it may take to complete each task. He broke things down to a level that was easy for me to understand. He was timely on keeping me informed and updated on any progress and information he had related to the purchase. I unfortunately was out bid on the house but Lawrence is keeping an eye out for me and looking at homes that meet my particular requirements. I highly recommend Lawrence to work with if you want an attentive, efficient and personable person to assist you.

Everything you would hope to find in a realtor, you will do so with Lawrence. Communicative, honest, diligent and thorough are just a few of the qualities I found him to be, and how refreshing! Unlike a lot of people in the Realty industry, he finishes like he starts--engaged and with your best interests at heart--and has incredible follow through. Never once did I not understand the process, wonder where he disappeared to, or feel like I didnt have a great teammate helping me through the sale of my home. Working with someone like him made me wish I had more business to do honestly! It doesnt seem like he can be any other way than straight forward and efficient, and it will really work out to your benefit.
