Evan and his team are top notch professionals.With exceptional knowledge, they did full aspects of data analysis on all possible properties. Not just leasing us whatever available, Evan truly approved himself as an advisor, and looking for our best interests ( how often will you hear a realtor recommending you to lease a smaller space to same money? Evan did, knowing that he would get compensated less if we accepted his recommendation!After signing the lease, Evan is still checking on us and coordinating with landlord for any questions and concerns.Last and least, Evan knows the perfect approach to work with us. He was there to get things done, but never made us feel over loaded. Our whole leasing process was done smoothly and efficiently.

Another great benefit with working alongside Evan was that he knows all of the local dental lenders and suppliers. He was able to answer all of the questions to Henry Schein and my lender that I didnt know the answer to. If Evan didnt know the answer off the cuff then he found out immediately.
