We are a small technology startup and needed to make our budget stretch as far as we could. The space we liked best needed some tenant improvements and he helped navigate that process to make sure we understood all the costs associated with the build out and negotiated a $50,000 construction allowance from the landlord! After the lease was signed Nathan continued to work with us through the construction process and has connected us with experts to give us advice throughout. Our robotics startup company decided it was best to relocate to Austin, TX. Initially we thought we would need 10,000 sf, but after consulting with Nathan he suggested we consider a smaller space that had a shorter lease term which would give us more time to build out our processes and space needs later on.He ended up finding a great warehouse space in South Austin that was perfect for our needs. The price was lower than what we expected which our investors loved!I felt that Nathan had our back and put our needs first. He really listened to our needs and also thought outside the box to show us other possibilities/options that we hadnt thought of.Only negative would be a very bad experience with the contractor he suggested but that was more out of his hands.

I have to admit that when I first searched Google to find office space for rent in NW Austin and found Austin Tenant Advisors I was initially a little skeptical. I was reading reviews of their service like you are right now and the fact that I couldnt even find a couple of negative reviews among the hundreds of reviews Austin Tenant Advsiors has across Google, LinkedIn, and Yelp seemed to me too good to be true. Im a person who likes to research and analyze just about everything. However after meeting Nathan I could tell he was very experienced and that I would be in good hands.Fast forward several months and one successful office lease later, Im very pleased to report that the service I got was exactly the service I read about if not better. Nathan couldnt have been better to work with.What I (especially) liked:* This was my first time leasing office space, so I had a lot of questions. Despite this, he cheerfully and promptly answered them* While I started off looking for a direct space which would have required a longer lease term, Nathan found a sublease with a shorter lease term that actually fit better with our current business situation, and Nathan was extremely knowledgeable about the process, costs, and pros and cons involved with subleasing an office* Nathan has an awesome set of folks e.g. contractor, data cabling guy, internet service, etc that he knows well from his time in the business and trusts enough to refer which made my search easier.* Nathan is an extremely talented negotiator. Initially there were not very many warehouse space options to choose from however Nathan kept looking. Just when we were getting close to signing a lease term longer than we were ready for right now Nathan found a warehouse sublease that was perfect. So it’s imperative that you have experts - a great commercial real estate team like Austin Tenant Advisors - who constantly evaluate your current and future office space needs. Nathan’s group was with us from the old days when we only had half a dozen people and 800 sf. Two expansions, two subleases, and two relocations later, we grew to 90,000 sf and several hundred employees.We didnt have the time or expertise to manage the process for these multiple moves/expansions on our own. With Nathans, our level of worry and effort expended fell by an order of magnitude. He made sure that our office space needs were taken care of and that all of our contracts provided the flexibility to accommodate our current and future needs.
