    I had one of my best and easiest online transactions ever with Royal Coin and Jewelry. I made a purchase through their awesome Instagram account, and within minutes of payment confirmation, I was contacted for shipping info and followed by a tracking number another few hours later. I had an issue with the tracking never getting scanned by USPS, and contacted them and they responded within minutes. They assured me their local post office has missed scans before and that the package would arrive just fine. It showed up 2 days later, right on time. Thats how you run a small business; be timely and have great customer service. Im definitely planning future purchases when the budget allows.

    I have been to Royal several times. They have ALWAYS been very nice and pleasant to deal with. I am an obvious novice and yet they have never treated me unkindly, taking the time to answer my questions in very pleasant and courteous manner.     Went into Royal coins expecting the same low ball purchase offer i had received from other local dealers on some misc. 1 oz silver rounds and a couple 5 oz small silver ingots. Was more than pleasantly surprised to get a decent market offer very close to spot price.     I had my concerns visiting a shop due to fear of being taken advantage of. Especially since I flew into Houston for the holidays. I’ve visited a few shops around the area before landing at Royal Coin. Don’t bother going anywhere else. These guys make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in! This other shop didn’t even bother looking at my coins. Lewis answered all my questions and he even showed me what to look for in my change! Not once I felt stupid asking questions. The staff is amazing, I send them requests of what I am looking for and they always find items for me. They also remmber you and when they get more of that item in they let you know. I have never been here in person, but cannot wait to meet them face to face. They have been fantastic answering questions about numismatic coins that I currently have or are looking for.     Royal coins has the best prices in all of Houston and the BEST customer service!!!!! For example, I went in there asking about there silver prices (after going into 3 other coin stores in Houston) and by far their prices were way better than the other 3 coin stores.     My grandma’s friend was looking to sell a lot of her silver, gold, and coins her husband had collected over the years to and these guys went to her home (because she didn’t feel comfortable transporting everything) and spent over 6 hours there to help her get the best price for all her times and made sure to go through everything. They even went back the next day to pick everything up and deliver her the check. If that’s not customer care, I don’t know what is.They were incredibly helpful and so fair, actually generous, on all their prices. My Gma has been a customer of theirs for a while and refers everyone to Royal Coin. I saw a commercial about a coin I had worth that is worth few hundred dollars and these guys were honest with me that that ad was just a BS lie. I even called another coin shop who offered me a lower price than Royal Coin on the coin. I also got more information than I expected to get from Royal Coin about the coin and how the prices are set. I didn’t feel like just a customer to them, it felt like they really did want to give me the best deal. I will be referring them to everyone just like my Gma. Thanks Royal Coin.

    I called to set up an appointment to get some coins appraised. Louis was very nice and gave me a lot of information over the phone and said that no appointment was needed I can just walk in.I felt welcomed when I walked . I walked in with my coins (no appointment), and about an hour later (I have a lot of coins), I was out of there, my coins never left my sight and I was completely involved with the whole process. Dywight was able to help me identify which coins I should keep and which ones were just spendable coins. The shop even sells coin cases and boxes to help protect the coins that should be protected.
