Tony was awesome, very attentive, polite, and helpful! He went out of his way to fix our drain. ChemMark is always on top of it, and we appreciate their quick response.

Called them at 9am with an emergency service request and they left literally immediately to head to my restaurant and had the issue (and another issue that I was aware of but hadnt fixed yet) resolved in less than an hour from when I called them. Can not recommend enough. I wish they worked on more equipment that I have in my restaurant because they would have become my go-to for all issues. But they are definitely my new go-to for any issues with my dishwasher now .
