    Had to go here for some business. Right smack in the middle of Tyler on the square and super easy to find. The only negative is parking is horrible because you are literally in downtown Tyler businesses, the courthouse, and other legal buildings. Regardless of that I was able to find a parking spot and even though it was metered, it only cost me 25 cents because I knew I would be there very long. Found the building and the office that I needed. Was in and out within 10 minutes and had all my business taken care of.

    This building has a lot to offer. There are a lot of public amenities, including connected coffee shops, frozen yogurt shops, a bar, public meeting space, art galleries, and the citys souvenir shop. The office spaces include a great view, as well as multiple private meeting spaces and game rooms. I only wish there were more bathrooms on the lower level.

    This property just changed hands in the past few weeks and I can already see a great future ahead for this building. The new owners have been so welcoming and attentive to our needs thus far. Looking forward to them putting their vision in place!

    I was at Andys getting some ice cream with my daughters I could see all the buildings from where I was parked. I was so relaxed by the beautiful view. I didnt mind the wind at all.

    While in Tyler on business, I had the opportunity to check out Plaza Tower and the planned renovations. WOW! The new owners vision is ABSOLUTELY what downtown Tyler needed! Renovation for success whilst honoring the buildings history. What a breath of genuine, fresh air! Alyx in leasing office answered all my questions, from square footage pricing to the offerings at Jack Ryans (the beautiful restaurant located on the main level). The customer service and attention to detail can only be described as outstanding! For someone being in the corporate world as long as this reviewer has, the opportunity to utilize the words, outstanding and customer service has been rare, which is exactly what is found at Plaza Tower, rare, genuine and professional. If you are looking for a place your business can call home, project success and you WANT to come to every day, Plaza Tower should be your only consideration!

    To be honest Im guessing if I know exactly where youre talking about Im thinking this was downtown where I got some fresh pressed juice in a vegan waffle if this is so it was great wasnt the best thing Ive ever eaten dont think Ill order it again the way that it was put together but theres quite a few things that I would order there a little costy
