    I’ve been using Tyler Grace Auctions for several years now — both as a buyer and a seller and highly recommend them for others who love auctions like I do! They get such a good variety of cool stuff — it’s always very tempting to bid! But on the flip side, it’s a great place to take your no-longer-needed stuff (when you need to make room for all the new stuff you just got from them!) :) Seriously, I hate filling up landfills with unused stuff that others may need. So donating, regifting and auctioning help me out a lot with that. And it’s a lot of fun, especially when all the bids are coming in on your items or when you are in a contest with someone else to place the highest bid on that item you just have to have! Also, the folks at Tyler Grace know what they’re doing and help you every step of the way.

    My original review complained about what I felt was undue delay in receiving payment for items I had placed on consignment for auction, and I only chose three stars in my review. But Zoeys detailed response below satisfied my concerns about the payment process, and I have changed my rating to five stars. I want to stress that Ive always had a positive experience in on-site interactions with T-G personnel and look forward to continued auction fun.

    I have been doing business with this company for over a year. At first I was reluctant to participate in auctions. Tyler Grace made it very easy to compete with other bidders and very easy to collect my winnings. I have a sick mother in San Antonio. When Im gone, theyve held my items and saved them for me, even when Ive exceeded pick up times. I pick up my phone daily and go to Tyler Grace to find my next treasures. Thank you

    Reading the reviews, I think some of the bad ones are pretty unfair so I thought I’d throw in my two cents. I’ve bought from and even occasionally sold through Tyler grace off and on for many years now. I’ve always had a great experience when dealing with them. Nice people, very helpful with pick up or questions about auctions. Like any auction, some of the stuff I’ve consigned went lower than expected while many others went for way more than I ever anticipated. That’s just the nature of the game. They get a lot of eyes and activity on their auctions though. If I’ve bought something, I always check the items at pickup and bring up any concerns before leaving. They’ve always been considerate. They run a smooth operation with a lot of weekly auctions and it’s always been fun to bid through them. They get some great stuff and I’ve found some real treasures! Still my favorite auction house in Dallas!

    Overall a good auction experience. One thing to note to hopefully preempt any confusion, they have a 3rd party shipper instead of doing it in house. Youll get an invoice From Tyler Grace Auctions and on there youll see a link for Addison Circle Post. You fill out some information there and make your payment with them. Easy process, but did cause me a little confusion. Even with my confusion from not reading properly, their communication was super helpful.

    I have done business with these folks for several years now, with countless transactions, and I have yet to have an issue that hasnt been remedied to my satisfaction. They do their best to describe the auction merchandise and provide notes regarding condition if needed. As with most auctions, you get what you bid on and occasionally they may not be as expected and sometimes you get more value than expected. Amanda and her team are easy to work with.

Had difficulty with billing and shipping, mainly due to junk mail over holiday and me missing invoice. 3 days later all was resolved.Really did not enjoy using a second party for shipping.     These people are working hard at what they do! They make every attempt to go above & beyond at all ends, inside & out, but they dont tolerate any b.s. from anybody! They stand by their word, and mention everything (several times) in their terms & conditions before registering to bid on the website, everything you need to know as far as location for pickup and fees are clearly stated in this agreement. After auction ends, you receive the invoice in your e-mail almost immediately with all the very important information as well. Be sure to read thoroughly for pickup dates, times & location! It may be a lot of wording, but its there to protect each party involved.

    I have been doing business with Tyler Grace Auctions for several years. I used to pick up all I purchased however, I now live 80 miles from their location. It was no problem for them. They have shipped to me with no questions ask. (I only buy coins and jewelry). All of the folks there are professional and I have never had a second thought about bidding on any item. The descriptions are right on the money and I appreciate everything they do for me. I am sure you will find them refreshing as well!

    One of the best auction/estate sale companies in Texas! I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting the owners or their hard-working staff personally but they are outstanding to work with! I’ve been in this industry for about 2 years now and it’s not everyday you come across a company that truly cares about all parties involved and just keeps everything running smooth. Also, their auctions always have the most unique items! So, the top notch customer service combined with the never ending quality selection - they are one of my favorite auctioneers to follow, by far!     I have used Tyler Grace Auctions several times when I was downsizing my “stuff” at home and wanted to see if I could maybe earn some money back rather than donating everything to charity. I took some items to their location and their staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with how much some of my items sold for at online auction, and they paid me promptly. I took more items for them to sell at online auction and also had a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

    They dont beat one up on shipping fees with a fee here & there. They ship my lots pretty fast. They pack breakables just fine so they dont break with empty space in the box for it to shake then break from its travels. I never had a problem with them trying to sell something on false descriptions of the item!!I want to thank them for all these points I have pointed out. Because I do a lot of auctions that ship to me & it seems I always go back to them. Because you know what type of service youre going to get!

    Overall it has been a positive experience, I’ve only had maybe two items where I wished I didn’t bid high on if there was close inspection and documentation/pics (Michele Deco watch serial number probably scratched off by initial owners) but won’t hold them accountable hence my five stars😊.     They are the best auction company at setting up and presenting your belongings to get you maximum profits. Also they have a super fast turn around with there multiple auctions a week, so your not waiting to get paid. I sent them a box of stuff and they had auctioned it if within 2 weeks and got me more money than I was expecting and now the check is in the mail. You can not go wrong with this company.     Its been a few months since Tyler Grace Auctions helped us with our grandparents estate sale, but I have to let everyone know how kind, professional, efficient and awesome they are! We had a 2200 square foot house to clean out and I wanted it all to go to someone who would want and cherish the items and not the city dump. We chose to do the online auction because they said it had been working so well. I let them sell everything that they could, even the dining room chandelier as I knew Id be replacing it. The feeling I got when I walked through the door after their scheduled pickup date. A feeling of wow! Wow, all of my grandparents stuff was gone and WOW, all of it was gone! There were a few items left, but not much. All of the furniture, collectables, everything! I highly recommend them and if I ever have to do this again, will be calling them again!

    I have been a customer for over a year, although I may not always be an active bidder, I am always one mouse click away from giving them all my monies in exchange for all the treasures. I have won several items in their Auctions - varying from their in-home estate sales to their weekly auction house offerings. On more than one occasion (through no fault of theirs)I have encountered a snafu when it came time to pickup my items. Now based on what some of these reviews state, you would expect that my inability to pick up my item would be MY problem. This, my fellow google investigator, was not what I experienced!! Each time I was treated with respect and offered multiple alternative options to be able to get my winnings. Regardless of how busy they are (lort knows they are dealing with hundreds of others like me every day) they still took my phone calls, answered my questions with clear and direct answers and offered solutions tailored to my current situation. Flash forward to today - TODAY I was fortunate to get Kaitlyn on the phone and she was beyond helpful!!! Aside from making herself available to me during auction pick-up time, she also played a huge role in ensuring my treasures would get to me via my independent courier. She didnt have to do this BTW, (they clearly state the buyers responsibilities in each and every auction) so a failure by me to meet those requirements is NOT their problem. Its important to keep in mind that many businesses are struggling right now, along with the issues we all face daily, its a different world we live in and any kindness that I encounter, I want to share that and spread the goodness around!! This veteran owned, family operated business is somewhere im happy to spend my money and todays experience reaffirms that!! Perfect? No. None of us are. Hardworking busy people who are willing to help? Absolutely. I have and will continue to recommend them! Dont be deterred by some one star review by someone whining about their broken coffee mug!! 😂 Give them a shot and do you a little treasure hunting on their website, youll be hooked!! 💙

    I have been so happy with A-Z Estate that I have used them twice. Once at my business and once at my home. Both sales were extremely successful! If I requested items to be listed for more (or less) they honored my request or let me know why they had taken the action they had taken. Communication is always key in all business relationships and they excel. I’ve recommended their services to family and friends. Not ONE unhappy person in this group! You can’t beat getting it right 100% of the time, especially with multiple estate sales. A - Z will be my choice for my 3rd estate sale!

    Excellent to deal with. After my mother passed we were faced with a large storage unit and a two-car garage both full of her belongings. It was overwhelming and didnt lend itself to a traditional estate sale structure. My sister, father & I went through as much as we could on our own to find what was sentimental or useful but most items we simply didnt need or have space for. Enter Tyler Grace. They sent trucks out & were able to pack up the loose items we had unboxed. It took two truck trips and the items they pulled resulted in well over 400 auction lots. It would have taken us a lifetime to sell or rehome all of her accumulated belongings. The way they grouped the items for auction ensured that there were no chachkas left behind. They certainly earned their commission and the reports that accompanied the checks were complete, listed each lot individually, disclosed sales price per lot, commission earned and tied out to the payout amounts to the penny. They got so much more for the items than we even anticipated and we are grateful to have had their service available to us at that difficult time.

    This probably has to be the best Auction company I have ever been to. Their staff is personable and welcoming, they always have tons of new items to auction weekly. I see things online and in person that I have never seen before regardless of how many times I go in to preview. I HIGHLY recommend going to their location in Addison to preview whats coming up next. They offer shipping and are super reasonable on allowing later pickups if you let them know ahead of time. I have yet to meet another local auction company who could compete with their collectibles and coins. I havent been able to find a more affordable way to find beautifully kept and high end crystal, furniture, and jewelry. I seriously wouldnt look anywhere else. These guys are legit.

    I had a very positive experience with A-Z. Amanda and Zoe know their business. They’ve sold thousands of items in different estate sale formats, and they both have an excellent eye.One of the nicest things is that Amanda took the time to explain exactly what to expect. I recommend that you listen to her, because she was right about how the whole experience turned out.I had some quality pieces, and I feel like I got a fair overall price. As expected, some things that should have sold for more did not, and other things that should have sold for less sold for more! Confused? Me too, but there were no surprises in the end.

    The people at Tyler Grace Auctions are wonderful. They always reply whether or not you call or text. Very courteous happy kind of people. The best thing about there auctions is being able to pick up your items on Sundays. Being a city carrier at USPS, its great to be able to do that since Sundays are always one of our days off, and sometimes the only day off.

    My wife and I love this place. We love chatting with all of the friendly staff when we pick up items every Sunday. They are all funny and friendly every week. They know everyone by name and are quick to put your winnings together carefully. To those who bash them for not getting enough money by selling through the site: Its an auction! They cannot make someone bid more for your best up old couch that your grandma paid $500 for back in 1940. Its still a 78 year old couch, people. As a buyer, you can and do get some great deals here and you can just bid online instead of being there live. Highly highly recommended.

    I love this place. Ive redecorated my house with many items Ive bought at auction. Ive increased my online business and actually resold 5 items in November 2016. Going to the auctions also gets you to think quickly on your feet. Is this a good deal?? Could I resell this item?? Who is that artist?? It is fun but have to know how much your really want or need something. I also go to their estate sales on Sundays.

They could do better showing flaws and damage in pictures, and sizing. Check descriptions and pictures carefully! The one truly bad experience I had with an item being broken without being able to tell through the one picture or description. they made good on immediately by giving me a refund.

    Tyler Grace Auctions and A-Z Estate Sales of North TX handled the estate sale in a professional manner. The problem was with me as I had never done this on line bidding before handled in this manner. I did not realize when the bidding is over at 7pm, it really isnt. There is a last minute time frame to bid again if your bid is outbid. I lost items I thought I had won. A hard lesson learned.
