They were professional, courteous, and even cleaned up the packaging afterward.The refrigerator itself is amazing—spacious, and stylish. I went with a Bosch counter-debth option. It has more room than my Kitchenaid did. Water and ice is hidden inside for a more sleek finish.If youre in the market for a new appliance, I highly recommend Wilsons!

Delivery of our new Asko dishwasher went very smoothly! Technicians notified us of their arrival within 10 minutes. We received a previous window of expected arrival for today. We were prepared and access to the old for removal went great. In with the new with a recommendation of what to use for detergent. Two men were personable and professional! Thanks so much Wilson Appliance for this positive experience from purchase to delivery, removal of the old dishwasher and installation of our new quiet Asko dishwasher! They even ran a test wash and just as expected, the door being on auto door open option popped open for the dry cycle. Double benefit; dries naturally and puts some moisture in the air!

Wilson appliance has a great staff, from the showroom to the delivery team everyone was friendly professional and very helpful. We purchased our new appliances VERY early in our remodeling process and Wilson was very gracious to store them until we were ready for delivery almost 5 months later. We weren’t pressured or badgered to get them earlier or before we were ready and we received excellent service even though our business was conducted months prior. I cannot recommend this company more. 10 stars.

A new self-contained vent hood (to replace the old in-line one) was installed perfectly by the install team. The existing settings were a bit off for the new hood, but the install guys adjusted everything as needed to match the old “footprint”. It looks great, and performs even better than the old one. Wilson is definitely now my go-to appliance store for any future purchases.

When a refrigerator dies it is always a big deal. Fortunately Wilson’s was there to make it less of a big deal. I dealt with Terra and Logan. Both of them were very helpful. Today my refrigerator was installed by two very knowledgeable, helpful technicians. They made sure that I understood the workings of my new appliance. This is the fourth appliance I have purchase from Eildon’s and I heartily recommend them.

Robert and Candriel from Wilson’s installation team recently installed a new vent. It had to be fitted into a space that had been custom built for the previous vent hood over the stove. It was not a simple job! They worked together smoothly to figure out the many hurdles and got it done. It looks and works great! While Candriel was working on the last part of the vent, Robert noticed that our dishwasher was extending too far out and offered to fix it for me. That had been bothering me for years and Robert had it pushed back and leveled. (So happy!) They were polite, professional, and very skilled. Logan, my salesman, was very helpful finding a nice new vent that would fit and kept me informed as he ordered the parts. You all exceeded my expectations! Many thanks, Gail Brown

Wilson’s installers did a wonderful job. They confirmed with me exactly what they were doing and when. They also let me know my duct was completely clogged and needed to be cleaned fir safety reasons. They made it functionally safe to use while waiting for someone to clean out the duct. Wilson’s is completely professional and reliable from first inquiry about purchasing new appliances through installation and healing away the old appliances. I don’t go to any other appliance dealer ever and haven’t fit many years. Uncommonly excellent service!

Wilson to the rescue! I have to shout out to Home Depot for referral to Wilson! They could not deliver/install a new fridge for us when we needed it (Today!) after the old one failed. The nice lady suggested I call Wilson! Marissa is an angel, she took care of me by phone and email so I didn’t even need to leave home! We spoke at 9am. She emailed 3 options and promised delivery by end of day. I was thrilled, but even more so after the delivery team arrived at our home at 1pm! Expert, detailed delivery team! We are back in business the day before July 4 holiday thanks to Marissa and the outstanding team at Wilson. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Wilsons is my go-to appliance store. So, when I learned my double wall oven had to be replaced, I called Wilsons and spoke with Helen and she placed the order for a new oven. Helen retired shortly after placing my order, but Logan followed up with me and arranged for the oven installation. The transition from Helen to Logan was seamless. My new oven arrived and was installed in just a few days. Wilsons provides excellent service.

Very nice showroom in Dripping Springs. Friendly and helpful staff. Logan in Sales was very helpful and informative which made my purchase easy. No pressure. The Installer Hudson was very polite, he worked quickly, double checked everything before departing, and hauled away the old appliance and debris from the new one. I will shop again at Wilson AC & Appliance when the need arises. Thanks for being nearby. p.s. John Merz from Service has been out a few times for other repairs and always does a great job. Because of the parameters of our kitchen, we had to switch some of our original selections, but Andrew guided us to other options that worked out perfectly. We love Wilson Appliance in Dripping Springs! We are repeat customers and this time I purchased four appliances for our new, remodeled home we just purchased in Dripping Springs. Helen, our salesperson, gave us STELLAR service! She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and helped us select exactly what we wanted. She doesnt stop until she finds exactly what you want. As an avid home chef, I take my kitchen appliances very seriously and, with her help, I got exactly what I wanted! Her job didnt stop there. She also let us know every step of the way on the status of our purchases and when they would be installed. The installers were super nice and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. And, last but not least, the front desk employees are extremely helpful, courteous and soooo nice! Its more than just a store, its a family and they made me feel like I am part of their family too. A real perk is that they occasionally host chef events in their gorgeous state-of-the-art show room and I really love that! We had an amazing experience with Wilson AC & Appliance. We wanted a 36” induction cooktop with the ability for a timer to switch off a cooking zone automatically. We tried Bosch and their brands (no go) and GE Profile (no go).We finally contacted Wilson AC and spoke to Helen who was amazing. She took the time and did her research on the cooktops that have this function and it was only the Miele (for us - KM 6370) that have it. She also asked her install experts to ensure the cooktop would fit into our granite cutout. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient with my questions. She also gave a great deal on the cooktop. I was also informed immediately when the cooktop came and was ready to be installed.The installers (2 of them), Cook and Robert, informed me in advance of their arrival and came on time. They were professional and friendly and installed the cooktop perfectly. Most importantly, they took the time to ensure all the zones were working, there was proper power, the timer for each cooking zone worked and answered any questions we had.It was a really great experience working with Wilson AC & Appliance and I highly recommend them. Josh came and said it was old and probably needed a new condenser, but he would order a part that he thought might fix it, but said it was a longshot. He returned with the part installed it but didnt work. So they tried. We went to their store and saw many options..they were very helpful and we now are enjoying a new one. From beginning to end a VERY positive experience.

We made the trek from Cedar Park to go see everything person.The delivery guys came yesterday and were here just over 2 hours installing a new washer, dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.We bought the front load Speed Queen washer, regular SQ dryer, a whirlpool microwave, and a Miele dishwasher. Mike, the owner of Austin Custom Remodeling was also fantastic. Mikes communications and customer service is excellent. The quality of Matt and the teams work is unmatched. And, everyone was just fun to work with. They were helpful and always were willing to go the extra effort to get us what we wanted. Renovating a kitchen is not fun because you are out of everything for several weeks but everyone associated with our job did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. A few years ago, I used Wilson for a new washer & dryer, and now Ive replaced my refrigerator. Theyre low hassle, dependable, and their prices are as good as their competitors. Ive never visited their store but handled business over the phone, email, & text. Very smooth, & their salespeople can figure out what I need & send suggestions. Whats really helpful is that their delivery people show up on time & know how to handle the installations even if it gets a bit complicated with narrow passageways or the necessity of changing outlets. This is the opposite of the negative experiences friends have had with Lowes in particular with delayed deliveries & confusion at the home office. Wilson has got its act together with competent and punctual employees, and a large inventory.

I have been doing business with Wilson AC and Appliance since 2006, when I moved west of Austin, about 6 miles from Dripping Springs. They have sold and installed 5 appliances for me personally. This is my first purchase of an AC System. After taking 3 competitive proposals from other companies, I worked with Vincent Jones to come up with the best balance between cost and efficiency.After a review of my system, we decided that the Trane 3 Ton XV--20 Variable Speed Hi-Eff System was best.Wilson AC technicians arrived at the agreed upon time. They installed flooring protection, completed the removal of the existing 15 year old system and installation of the new system. They double checked the performance of the new system, cleaned up the boxes and trash and they were done during normal business hours.I could not ask for better feedback from the AC Manager. He gently guided me through the decision- making process, keeping me from making any unwise decisions. The technicians could communicate with me and they were friendly and courteous. The Google review only allows for a 5-star max. They deserve it.

In past I’ve purchased a Bosch refrigerator from Wilson’s in 2021 and have had a good experience with the delivery and maintenance of the appliance. So I decided to purchase locally again from Wilson’s after looking online & at Lowe’s first. I had called and spoken to Helen who then emailed me a few quotes. I decided to check out the recommended dishwashers in person in the showroom. Unfortunately it was late Thursday afternoon before closing so driving out to Dripping Springs was a bit of a bear due to rush hour traffic but I’d been without a dishwasher for many weeks. After looking at the appliances Helen had recommended we discovered the Miele dishwasher had all the functions I was seeking (more pricey than others but had a $400 rebate). Didn’t initially know it was a special order until I was finalizing payment, so I had to wait several weeks for the order to come in. Once it was delivered it was discovered that it was not hardwired and we needed an electrician to install an outlet. I sent the dishwasher back as I couldnt acquire an electrician that quickly due to leaving for an out of state trip. Once we returned, I was able to get an outlet installed fairly reasonably and had the Miele dw brought back & installed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t secure and the guys had to be called back out another day and install a strip of wood to anchor it completely. Now its solidly installed and it feels great to have a high end appliance in place and functioning. I don’t like the fact that most my conservations with Helen were in email form since I requested to speak on the phone due to complications but we managed to get everything rectified. I do like purchasing through a local business when I can and will use Wilson’s in the future if I have a need for any additional appliances.

Bought a replacement subzero fridge. Placed an order about 9 months in advanced, and the delivery date was predicted correctly. My wife picked this company after looking at reviews and seeing they seemed to have the best installation related reviews in the area, since price was nearly identical everywhere. That ended up being really good. When shutting off the old water line the knob was eroded and broke off. We had to have a plumber come out to fix it. This was during cold weather, so many plumbers were backed up. The delivery people waited around to make sure we could find a plumber or solution before they left. They were detail oriented and the new install looks great.

We recently had a part go out on our five year old built in Miele coffee/espresso maker and Wilson was responsive and accurate in coming out and correctly diagnosing the problem. Part arrived quickly and the technician came out right away and got the machine working very quickly. I was impressed with the rolling workstation that he brought along. Allowed him to remove the unit and place it on the workstation to repair, rather than other firms that often have to use countertops or put the unit on the floor. Will always use them.

Placing a call to Wilson at AC & Appliance, I found them to be spectacular to work with. They accommodated some unusual needs. I could not make it to the showroom, so they looked at my needs, and made some excellent recommendations. After choosing the make and model, they communicated well with me through ordering and payment, still no trip to the showroom. The installers, Christian and Cook, were FIRST CLASS. They were extremely friendly, and also extremely EFFICIENT. They took my old stove away, put the new one in, introduced me to the features, and all in good time.

Wilson just replaced my aging/failing cooktop with a new unit from Wolf. First off - Marissa was terrific guiding us to what we needed with no up-sell or baloney. Super job, Marissa. An added treat was that the installers arrived on time and were remarkably professional in their demeanor and their actions. The old unit was out and the new one in place in about half an hour. They cleaned up behind themselves and were out the door with no muss and no fuss. These gents really knew their stuff. Very pleased, I am.

Wilson A/C and Appliance went above and beyond excellence during the process of installing our new Trane A/C unit. They were friendly, hard working, and clean. My attic space is very small so it was not any easy task. They also figured out why I had so much dust in my master bedroom and fixed that problem!! Because of a part that was not available, they put in a new compressor temporarily so that we would be cool and comfortable until the right one came in. Vince took wonderful care of us and his installers were top-notch.
