    Absolutely adore this place! It’s quiet, in a great location! Ms. Lupita and Ms. Max did such a stellar job getting my husband and I settled in. Everyone is attentive and the place is very clean.Update a few months later: Communication speed has greatly improved, which has in turn answered my concerns and questions and made my living experience much better. Another upside to this complex is it doesn’t seem to flood much at all with heavy rain, and we have yet to lose power even during really bad storms.

    What an absolutely amazing experience I had from start to finish!I recently had the pleasure of moving into Yorktown, and let me tell you, it was an absolute breeze thanks to the incredible assistance of Lupita.Lupita and the entire office staff are just so delightful and always ready to lend a helping hand with any questions or concerns I may have. They truly made everything so much easier for me.Thanks to Lupitas expertise, I was able to secure a wonderfully spacious unit that perfectly fit my budget.     Ive been loving here for just over a year and I absolutely love this place. From the very beginning, management was quick with setting up the lease. Liputa Rosas is by far the best leasing agent Ive experienced. Shes always nice and halpful and remembers me by name! The complex is always well kept, management and maintenance staff is friendly, work orders get done quickly, and the apartment units (at least mine) are beautiful and spacious. Definitely recommend this place!!

    Apartment’s great. Living here two years already only complaint is probably the gym needs an upgrade but other than that nothing else everything is in order maintenance team is there u can go to them if u have an issue. Also new management is great Suzette and Lupita always helpful and professional. They also helped with moving and stuff so that was great

    We moved in 1st week of January. We loved it when we toured and still do. We checked out 6 other complexes in the same price range in this area and this was the best. While unloading our moving truck, several neighbors asked if we needed assistance which was really thoughtful. Never loud noise - at least not in my building. Very well kept grounds. We have a 2 year old and he loves it here. Feels very safe. Most apartments we have lived in had poor quality management, but the staff here have been great. The lady in the office is super nice and always helpful. There is also a stand up tanning bed for tenants to use which is cool :)Also want to add that I havent had any of the bad complaints I see on here - like noise issues and lack of parking. Might just be the building I am in, but there is always parking and Ive never heard/seen a party going on that was disruptive or heard loud music from next door...Our neighbor happens to be a really nice Sherriff though, so we may have been lucky in our apartment hunt :)

    I have lived here since December 2016 and I have never questioned my moved here. The staff is so friendly and caring. When we have a national disaster or something is happening they make sure the community is protected the best way they can. Whenever I need something fix they always have it fix as soon as possible. One of my favorite things they do is events to bring the community together. Food truck Friday is also another favorite of mine. If your looking for an a apartment i highly recommended these!

    I have to say so far great experience here at yorktown. From the first day I visited, the staff, Lupia, was very helpful. This is my first time renting on my own and she was very helpful every step of the way. Being first time renter, I was very nervous and had lots of concerns and questions. Lupia was not annoyed by my repeated questions and concerns, always with a smile ready to help and ensure that I would be happy here. She was definitely right. I made the right choice of moving into this apartment. I am very happy and very thankful that Lupia was here to help me every step of the process and still with a smile ready to help and answer all my questions even after I moved in. Apartment complex is very nice. I even feel safe with my 4 year old toddler walking around the complex. I cant wait to start using the swimming pool in summer!!!!!Thank you Lupia for being very kind and very helpful! You are awesome!!!!!

    I’ve been here for 14 months and my lease is up in June. Unfortunately, I have to relocate due to personal issues. All and all, I absolutely LOVE THESE APARTMENTS! This is my first time renting and when you’re a tenant who already knows how properties work...there’s nothing to complain about. I use to have issues with parking but not anymore! I actually tend to find spots really close to my apartment. The property is ALWAYS clean. Maintenance is awesome! It’s been one time that they came by to fix something and it didn’t get fixed completely but once I informed them, they came right away. The staff from the office to maintenance team, they all are great. There’s nothing I can say wrong about this property. I’ve had issues with neighbors and they(the staff) definitely helped. Had issues with payment online and they were constantly getting back with me about issues. They’re very proactive and that’s how it’s suppose to be. If I get to move back on this side of town, husband and myself will definitely return :) Thank Yorktown Crossing for the best experience for us 1st time renters. Made my familys living super easy and the best.

    I have lived here for almost a year (my lease is up end of January 2016). I have truly never had any terrible complaints. However, I do live near the doggy park in the back unit on the apartment premises and it isnt the dogs inside that are the problem, its the dogs in the houses across from the apartments. They constantly bark all through the night.The office staff is wonderful and truly care, whether youre putting in a maintenance request or just picking up a package. Ive never had any issues with my car, although parking can be a burden at times (like any other complex). All in all, Im choosing to move because the rent is going up next year and I plan on moving out of the area. Its a wonderful complex with a great pool and workout room! Do not hesitate to give them a call. Definitely enjoyed it and the safety while I was here.

    Great place to live! My partner and I were victims of the Harvey disaster. We needed a new home and ASAP. These were the first location we looked at and we fell in love. Staff was extremely friendly I felt like I knew them forever. I was able to get my apartment as little as a week. Amie was AMAZING. She was the one that helped us and understood we needed to move in soon so she was on top of it! The property is very nice clean and quiet! I love my new home!

    I love this community. Lupita is amazing. Anytime I have questions, she finds an answer right away. I am very pleased with how the grounds are kept up at all times and the neighbors are not loud at all. I was nervous about moving in due to the prior reviews but I’m glad I chose Yorktown.     I have been living at these apartments for a good while now. Nikky was the first smiling face I saw when I walked in to view the property. I was very amazed at how she treated me . I had been to numerous apartment complex and I just didnt like the staff. Either they were rude or just seemed like they didnt want to help. In the other hand Nikky and madison are always great . Nikky answered all of my questions promptly and did everything she could to help in any possible way. The apartments are clean and the maintenance crew is always on top of there game. I am definitely getting ready to renew my lease soon. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

    Let me start by saying Nikki is the sweetest person ever! I called her about 15 times with questions in regards to leasing here for my dad ,and the staff not only answered them, but followed up several times to make sure the process was going smoothly. My dad is by no means a tech savvy person, and they were patient with him through the entire leasing process. Madison was outstanding with helping him in person in Nikkis absence, and my dad could not stop raving on how easy it was when he arrived to sign his remaining paper work.A++++ for entire office staff!
