I lived at Wooded Acres Apartments last year and had a great experience. Mrs. Linda and Mrs. Karen both have great customer service skills and anytime I needed something or placed a work order it was handled quickly. When I moved out I was able to receive my full deposit back and they also made sure I had enough time to move out my items and prepare for my move. If you are moving to Lufkin, I would highly recommend Wooded Acres or Greenbriar Apartments! 🤗

Older but well maintained apartments. Great for the price! Complex is quiet. Plenty of parking. Manager is easy to reach if you have any issues. Maintaince guys are always friendly.

Very nice clean apartments. Very efficient and close to town for convenience. Grounds are always kept very nice and clean.
