    Highly recommend Windsor Ridge! My experience has been so great from touring to moving in and now living here for a couple of months. Sabrina has gone above and beyond to make sure my experience here has been great from the day that I toured. Her and the rest of the leasing office team are always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is also awesome and any issues that I have are always resolved very quickly.

    I just moved in and the entire process has been amazing and seamless. I looked everywhere in Austin for a place to call home. I met with Sabrina and toured the complex. She was super informative and sweet. I applied the same day! I needed to move quick and she was amazing at making the process quick and efficient. I can not wait to start my journey here and feel so confident knowing I have Sabrina and her team behind me if I need anything!     My family and I made the choice to move into The Windsor Ridge apartments a few months ago and we absolutely feel like it was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We had to move from our home suddenly and it wasn’t easy having to make so many difficult decisions all at once. We toured about 15 different apartments and within maybe 20 minutes after our tour with Sabrina we knew this was the place we were going to call home. Our experience here so far has been wonderful. We didn’t expect everything to align as perfectly as it did and for that we are so grateful. Sabrina was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She answered all of our questions with confidence and went above and beyond by sharing information we didn’t know we needed to know about apartment living. The complex seems to always be kept up with around the building in the area in which live. We haven’t felt any reason to feel unsafe so far. Gym is great. Amenities have been fun. We’ve also had very positive interactions with Shanieka (very kind and professional), Manny (kind and professional), Carla (my son’s favorite - she’s so sweet), and Khalid (kind - maintenance). Thank you all!The only con I have about this complex is that there is always dog feces everywhere (around where we live). The employees are not to blame of course, but it seems like no one picks up after their dogs and it’s so frustrating most days since we are outside walking our own dog often.

    The team overall is fantastic at Windsor Ridge, kind caring and conscientious. The are keen on keeping a safe and clean environment for their residents.Recently I needed some maintenance done and they responded promptly. Mohammed was great.     Office staff is always super helpful and the maintenance staff is top tier. I had some odd issues on move in with an alarm blaring (in 2022) and maintenance arrived at odd hours to help as soon as they could and resolved the issue same day. The gym and pool feel like you are at a hotel. I moved in because a friend of mine lived here and loved their unit as well.

The grounds are well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat within the bustling city of Austin. Alettes recommendations for local spots and community events have also helped me settle in and feel right at home.Its rare to find someone as committed and caring as Alette in the property management field. Her exceptional service has truly made my experience at Windsor Ridge Apartments outstanding.     We lived there for 1 year. Overall, we had a good time living there. Nice apartments, great location, clean complex, good amenities, great staff and prompt maintenance. The only downsides were 1) poor noise proof as we constantly heard our upstairs neighbors walking / running around (kids) and 2) unfair rents for month-to-month option if you decide to extend your contract by 1-2 month (more than 50% more costly than the regular rent). In a nutshell, we’d recommend renting there for sure.

    Windsor is a great community. Its quiet, plenty of parking, and safe. New management came in a few months ago and really have stepped up in keeping the community clean. I always feel heard when I have reached out to the front desk management for assistance. They are never too busy to help out, which is what I felt from previous management.The maintenance team here is also amazing. They are prompt and so professional, especially William. All of my work orders have been filled within just a few days, if not one day. Truly appreciated!

    One of the best parts of living at Windsor is the friendly staff. The front desk staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. Brooke helped escalate an issue I had with my washing machine. The maintenance staff is also 10/10. William Harvey always responds to my maintenance requests quickly and is incredibly kind. He always goes above and beyond to assist. Very friendly and courteous people.

    Windsor ridge has been nothing but welcoming and amazing since the moment I signed the lease.Any time there has been a mishap, the staff go out of their way to help me. For example, during the ice storm while the water was out, they did everything possible to make us comfortable, even paying for hotels for the residents. The maintenance team has always been sweet the very few times I have needed them. Ben, Carlos, and William are nice and recently did a great job quickly solving an electric issue I was having.I have never lived in a complex that I feel actually cares about me, and is so receptive and responsive! Nor have I been able to find any apartment that comes close to the beauty of the pool and common areas. I highly recommend living here.

    Me and my husband are living here since 6 months. Staffs are really friendly. The Maintenace team is awesome! Our door lock was not working, and the maintenance guy fixed it in few mins.I really appreciate the team for working with the water leakage due to the freezing climate. They are quick and keep on updating us whats happening.Few months ago there were homeless ppl getting access inside the building and the management fixed the issue (just posting this since I saw complaints regarding this issue in the old comments).We dont have any concerns till now. I will recommend this apartment to anybody whos looking to move North Austin.

    I have been a tenant since this property opened. I have resigned my lease because of how amazing this property is. The amenities are top notch and always well taken care of, which makes this place feel like youre living a resort. Another major perk is how friendly the staff is but also how attentive and efficient the maintenance staff is. Most of my interactions have been with William, who is alway friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure all requests are attended to promptly and that youre completely satisfied with the work before departing. I highly recommend this property to any one considering living here.

    Since Windsor has taken over the property, they’ve been great! Brooke and Shanieka in the front office have been helpful on multiple occasions, and have been understanding if I’ve ever needed anything. During the winter storm management went out of their way to try and care for residents the best they could given the circumstances. Every apartment community I’ve ever lived in has never cared about their residents like they do here. Also, William one of the maintenance employees is the best. He is always helpful, kind, and ready to help in any way he can on his end. Basically, everyone that works here sees you as a person rather than a tenant and they’re all down to earth. Super happy I live here!

    Im going on my third renewal of this property and have seen this complex build up. The office staff is outstanding in every aspect from my perspective. Let alone William (Maintenance team) is not only the most professional but friendliest and always having a positive attitude whether he is working in my apartment or I see him around the complex. I honestly stay in a property long-term when the office and maintenance team is as exceptional as they are.If anyone is looking for a place to call home, I can vouch that this is it.

    I usually don’t give reviews but the maintenance man William really went out of his way to get our refrigerator working. Very professional came the same day two consecutive days after the request was submitted. He eventually had to go to another building just to get us a working refrigerator and transport it by himself over to us. Now I can finally store my food in the proper temperature. Outstanding.

    The best management you will find at any apartment in the Austin area. I have had great experiences living at Windsor Ridge because of William Harvey and Brooke S. William is part of the maintenance team and is always around to help you if anything in the apartment doesnt work. He is quick, efficient, and friendly. Brooke is the property manager here and she is just as great as William. Upon move out she came to do a move out walkthrough with 20 minutes notice and did it with a smile. She also returned my wifi router that I had accidentally left in the apartment.The team here is great and is always willing to help. If you are looking for a property with great management look no further!

    A lot of great things to note!First: The property managers are SUPER friendly and helpful. I never got to tour my apartment irl since I was coming out of state on a short notice but Shanieka set up a live virtual tour with me and answered all of my questions then up to the day I moved in! In general the staff at the office are super nice. Ive had not so friendly leasing staff during college so this was a really nice change as my first adult move.Second: William is AMAZING! Hes had to help me out twice now and both times have been a wonderful treat. Each visit he tells me some tips and tricks to make my stay even better and to help reduce any other possible issues I may run into. Its also super nice that he lives in the complex as well so when theres an emergency, he will be there in no time!Third: Great amenities and parking! The gym, pool, and other rooms are always very clean. I park in the garage because my building is attached to it and there is ALWAYS space.Ive only been here for about a month and I LOVE it! It may be on the pricier side, but these are luxury apartments for a reason!!The trash valet, gated community, on-site maintenance, etc all make the apartment worth the price.Highly recommend living here, especially if you want to feel safe and calm knowing that they handle pest problems (if they ever occur lol) and maintenance fast, friendly, and perfectly!

    I have been living here for a little over a year and I love this place, if I wasn’t relocating I would have extended my lease.They have changed management a few times but honestly I liked the first people, Eddie (who helped me pick an apartment) and I like the new people too! The office staff are very friendly and will help with any of your needs.I absolutely love my apartment, I have the spacious A4 model and the extra cost for the open layout is sssoooo worth it. Everyone who sees it loves my layout and always comments on how big it is. It’s perfect for someone who likes to cook. There’s a lot of cabinets space and a BEAUTIFUL island.I haven’t had any major issues, although sometimes I can hear my upstairs neighbors but it’s an apartment so that’s to be expected. The walkways and elevators can get dirty but the new management has started to clean it once a week. That would have been the one negative but the problem was solved quickly after Windsor took over. It’s a great community and I would recommend it to anyone!

    I mainly am writing this review to give LOTS of credit to William. He is the maintenance guy for this apartment complex. I swear this guy went above and beyond for me. I moved here less than a week ago and he has helped me tremendously moving from one unit to the next, also coming to my unit and replacing the batteries when the fire detector was going off in the middle of the night. Never complained just simply wanted to help. He is super friendly, he says hi to everyone who lives here. Just an all around very kind and personable guy. Seriously, he has made my experience here great! The only small problem I have here is the ants. They’re HUGE and more than I’d like to see. So, definitely recommend this apartment complex, just close your drains when not in use as what was recommended to me.

    I have had the most amazing experience with this apartment complex ! I enjoyed my stay here the ONLY reason I am leaving is because I have to relocate for work. The property is very clean, they have over night security which is amazing. The gate is always working ( unlike most apartments and the amenities are always clean. The staff is always very friendly. The management is always attentive. Shanieka M. Mitchell is by far the best property assistant manager I have came across. Always replies and never makes you feel like a bother. Overall 10/10, I would recommend anyone looking for a nice, quiet apartment live here. - Destiny

    During the crazy snowstorm in Feb 20, a pipe exploded in the unit above causing water damage and we lost water for a week. The team did their best to communicate what information they had, make accommodations (including a hotel during the rebuild), and concessions to the rent. This helped tremendously. A big thank you to Brooke, Megan, William, and Khaled for getting us through it!Once Windsor took over the community management, things have improved drastically. There is an onsite patrol in the evening to make sure we are safe and that folks are not being too loud. The maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner and professionally. There are also some fun events periodically and the leasing office staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful.Unfortunately, some residents forget that the bass carries through the walls very easily. However, we can usually find the issue (billiards room right below our unit) and the residents are quick to apologize and remove the noise.Overall, this is a wonderful community with Windsor at the helm!

    Windsor Ridge is a great spot, one of the best things about Windsor is William Harvey on the maintenance team. He stopped by my apartment well into his shift and didn’t leave until he had a solution to my heater problem. Incredibly nice and attentive staff as well in the office.

    I live in one of the swaggy units not connected to the buildings. I love it here. Santos and William the maintenance guys always come and fix my stuff, they’re great dudes. Brooke and shanikea are always helpful. I feel safe and at home. I just resigned another 16months. I highly recommend living here. The spot is hot commodity. And they never lack communication.

    Ive come to the community numerous times to visit a friend. The upkeep on the property is the best Ive seen in a while. The maintenance man Will Harvey there is always smiling and making sure that things are taken care of in a timely manner and done right. He is doing a good job and he needs to be praised.

    Ive only lived here a few days, but Im extremely impressed by the professionalism of the Windsor Ridge staff. William, Megan, and Shanieka have promptly addressed any issues discovered during move-in. For instance, my they offered me a nice portable A/C unit to keep me and my pup comfortable until their team can access the roof for repairs. Courtesies like this really set the standard for luxury apartment living.

    I have had a good experience living here. The front office staff have gone above and beyond to help with issues in the past, such as Terah (thank you!). So far have not had issues with noise, bugs, safety, etc. My maintenance requests have also generally been addressed very promptly.

    This is our second stay at a Windsor Property (the first was Cityline, in Richardson), and weve absolutely loved both of them. Theres so many positives to talk about here: the amount of trees, the spacious feelings of the apartments, the little details like cable-hiding holes for mounted TVs, the AMAZING pool... Honestly the list could go on and on.The biggest one for us however, has been the people. From the moment we first called to ask about touring, Shanieka has been there to answer every question with a smile on her face and an answer at hand. And William in maintenance has absolutely never let us down, whether its an emergency after-hours trip to help restore power to our refrigerator (because I am a dork and didnt realize we even had a circuit breaker, lol), or to just do a routine air filter swap, we always feel safe, secure, and looked after.Like any place youd live, of course little things will and do pop up. But what sets Windsor apart is that people like Shanieka, William, and the rest of the Ridge team genuinely care about ensuring that when they do, they are there for their residents to find and implement a positive outcome. And I really dont know what more someone could want from their apartments. Keep it up guys, thank you =)

    Windsor Ridge is the place to call home, with spacious and competitively priced apartment homes and amazing amenities - we love their two dog parks, swimming pool, and fitness center. Conveniently located near Mopac, HEB/ shopping centers, and not to mention the Domain. Management is super friendly, very responsive, and they put together really fun resident events. Give them a call, you won’t regret it!

    Moved in about 9 months ago. No complaints up to this point, but nothing really blowing me away. However, I believe the response to the weather craziness has been everything I could reasonably ask for. Though I went without water for quite a while, then a leak came up in my room the response has be caring and accommodating. I sent an email fully expecting pushback as Ive received many times from previous apartment managements, but within a day the request was handled and exactly what I asked for was provided.Really appreciate the management teams efforts right now.

    Upon move in I had some things that were in need of being fixed. After putting in a work order Khalid and William two maintenance men came and fixed it all in no time. They were very friendly and very informative. Having a good team behind the community you live in is something that I find extremely valuable and important. These two are a great asset to the Windsor community!

    This apartment complex has been super accommodating, especially since the winterstorm. our whole apartment flooded and became inhabitable and they made sure we were in a safe and dry place for the time being. they’ve handled our situation so gracefully and have been beyond attentive! also while getting moved into our new unit, william with maintenance has also been great. he always fixes everything so quickly and is super friendly everytime we see him! thank you brooke, shanieka, and everyone at windsor. you guys are great ♥️

    I wanted to take a minute to say thank you for always being on top of my service requests, which are usually minor things that come up when you live somewhere for a year or longer. William once again did a fantastic job with my little punchlist items and I just returned to a flawless home.     Eddie is amazing! My boyfriend and I visited a handful of apartment homes during a busy weekend in January and signed immediately. We’ve been here for a month now and couldn’t be happier! Eddie and the Lenox team, including Maintenance, are super helpful, friendly and patient. Our neighbors are great too. We couldn’t ask for a better home!

    I have to admit Windsor Ridge was not out 1st choice, BUT after the help the management team showed us all that was available & made the application process so easy-we are glad this is where we live. I have been telling family & friends about the beautiful clubhouse & amenities plus can’t wait to show off our apartment space when we finally finish unpacking. Coming from Chicago this is a more perfect fit than we could have ever expected!

    If I could give 100 stars I would! I cannot say enough good things about this place and the and the people that work in the office. Delone, Eddie, Rendell, Amber and the property manager Eli are all amazing people! They all were super warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Not to mention...this place is gorgeous! We got a beautiful brand new apartment with an awesome move in special! The amenities here are some of best the in Austin. The pool area has sunken louge with swim up bar. Game room, work from home space, dog park, parking garage AND ELEVATORS!! If youre considering this place, trust me you wont be disappointed!!

    Another 5 stars review! I was away for the weekend and noticed my living room light was on. I contacted Shanieka to ask someone to go inside my apartment to turn the light off asap before I run up my electricity bill, and Santos to the rescue! He immediately went and turned off my light. kudos to santos!

    The team at Windsor Ridge (William, Santos, Kahled, Oz, Brooke, Shanieka, Megan and Yayo) were amazing during Winter Storm Uri. The personalized service despite how many residents were going through similar situations was really remarkable. The whole team stayed knowledgeable, responsive and very thoughtful. Glad to have been here through the storm.

    I had WILL HARVEY come fix my fridge and bathroom towel rack. Will was so professional and did such a good job fixing my stuff, as well as informed me on further precautions and steps to if I need help again. The man is not only a lifesaver, but also a gentleman.

    I love living here! Everyone is super friendly and attentive, the pool is always clean, I love the gym and all the amenities and I do recommend purchasing an apartment here; I am about to start my second contract with Windsor 😍
