    Sequoia is an excellent leasing agent. Very kind and polite. She makes the Apartments feel like homes. She is very knowledgeable and wise for her age. I saw from the little time she’s a go to person. I think she needs to get promoted. I think she will make a great Manager if given the chance.

    My roommate and I just moved here a couple months ago and it’s been a truly wonderful experience thus far. From the office team to the maintenance side, everyone has been super welcoming and friendly. We absolutely love the location here. Just down the road from The Domain, right next to the soccer stadium and surrounded by phenomenal food spanning from authentic taco trucks to high class dinning.Very modern feel here both with the amenities and our apartment home. We love the cabinets and countertops as well as the no carpet all wood floors.We can’t think of a reason not to move to Windsor Burnet. To say we made the right choice in choosing where to begin our Austin journey would be an understatement.

    Signed a lease and cant wait to move in! My experience has been fantastic so far, all because Kelsey Jackson (leasing consultant) has been nothing but helpful, flexible, and personable. When I went in to tour, he was so professional yet personable and really listened to my wants and concerns. It says a lot that he knew every resident we walked past by name and was so intentional with everyones time. I love Kelsey!

    I recently moved in and have been very impressed with the service from the staff. Everyone has been friendly and very helpful, assisting me with everything that has come up. I especially want to thank Sequoia for her assistance both during my pre-move-in process and on the day of my move-in. Additionally, I want to recognize Robert for his prompt response in addressing the minor issues I discovered upon moving in.

    Have lived here for almost 3 years and I must say, through good and bad, the management team has always been outstanding! Now that they finally got rid of the parking enforcement system they were using, there is really nothing negative to say about the living experience here.A HUGE shoutout to Kelsey on the management team who shows up ready to go every single day with the best attitude one could ask for. No matter the issue or circumstance, he tackles everything with 100% positivity and is an integral part of the living experience at the Windsor Burnet.

    Great staff, great location. Very clean and crisp. Maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and fix things first time every time.The team recently did an AC repair. Called to see when it was convenient to make the repair, kept me informed of the progress and left a note confirming completion and testing. That’s customer service.Just an update. Maintenance and management team still going the extra mile.

    I moved here a couple months ago and everything has been absolutely fantastic. All of their amenities are very modern and well kept. The full team between the leasing office and maintenance has been warm and friendly. Move in was super easy. They walked me through all the steps needed and made moving easy!     We moved in here this Feb 2023 and really love the great view from our apartment, most importantly. The balcony faces out to the JJ Pickle campus on Burnet and sees a wonderful sunset everyday!Our apartment gets some great sunshine thru our balcony, and I love hanging there reading my books or just soaking in the sun, especially in Fall times. The Fall sky view is graciously gorgeous!The management here is super helpful and extremely approachable and responsive. Alisa Martinez at the office helped us tour the building premises, explained all the finer details, helped us choose our wonderful home and ensured that it was extremely smooth for us to move in! Thanks and cheers!

    A huge shout out to Abbey Isler at Windsor Burnet! After moving to the Austin, Texas area, I toured and solicited information from almost every multi-family apartment complex in the city. In a sea of outdated and overpriced apartments, apathetic staff, and corporate property managers who barely maintain livable conditions, the Windsor properties (Burnet in particular) stand out as the clear winner.Not only does Windsor excel in all the essential criteria, but their staff also stands out as the most empathetic apartment team I have encountered. Abbey Isler, in particular, was incredibly helpful during my apartment search. She was extraordinarily organized, providing prepared documentation and detailed information on apartment options and features. Abbey was informative without being pushy and followed up with me after the tour, offering her time for any follow-up questions.If you are looking for an apartment in a larger community, Windsor Burnet is one of the few that makes the process easy and enjoyable.     1.) Great Management. Very friendly and responsive, work very hard.2.) Great Interiors. Pristine when I moved in, really comfortable and modern look, my apartment got me into interior decorating, which Ive never been into before!3.) Great amenities. Love the pool and gym, Great Room is also a nice place to sometimes go and do some work. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and operational. Parking deck is safe and spacious.4.) Great location. Walking distance to the Domain, lots of great food and shopping nearby, anything you could possibly want is right here.5.) Affordable. Prices really arent bad at all for the area.Really cant ask for better in an apartment. I always love coming home!

    Ive lived here since COVID hit us all. Excellent location, fitness room, package concierge, pool, covered parking, elevators. Oh, and the Q2 Stadium and Domain are well within walking distance. The best thing though, about Windsor Burnet is the team here. Kelsey and Alisa are the best! They go above and beyond. They care, they make it fun, and have a genuine interest and compassion for residents like me. Living in a community like this is one thing. Knowing the pros who manage this community like Alisa and Kelsey have your back? Its a gamechanger.

    Ive been a long time resident of this property, I was one of the first residents to move in. With my lease ending in June, my fiancé and I were 100% going to move out until the property management changed. A few months ago a new Property manager came in along with multiple staffing changes and WOW what a difference! They provided excellent communication during the winter storms and provided alternate solutions for anyone experience water outages. They have been nothing but responsive and helpful and Im happy to say we will be staying another year because of this change.

    Really fantastic experience living here. Apartment was immaculate on move-in and the complex has always been kept very clean. Fairly good noise insulation for a mid-rise apartment, super friendly staff, and high-quality finishes throughout. Really cant say enough good things about my experience here -- sad to be moving out, but just changing neighborhoods due to my job.

Love the community they have built for their residents and how they go above and beyond to make living at Windsor Burnet a great experience. I love living super close the domain and soccer stadium. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Proud to call this place home.

    I had been looking for an apartment in North Austin and was welcomed in for a tour at Windsor Burnet. I worked with Renee, who was welcoming and helped me understand the different floor plans that the complex had to offer.The entire process was smooth and polished, and Renee was very knowledgeable about the building and area. The building amenities are amazing and elegantly styled, and I decided to apply shortly after we finished.Thank you Renee and the team for your pleasant and professional service!

    BEAUTIFUL units! You will not find more spacious and luxurious feeling units for this price and this close to the domain! Complex just got bought by Windsor so staff and management have all changed, which has been really great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Issues actually get addressed and resolved under the new management. This is the only condo I have lived in that actually feels like a home and not an apartment. HUGE gorgeous windows bring tons of natural light in, lots of space to take your pups out, common areas are well maintained and actually worth using! You won’t be disappointed living here :)

    Yesterday I bumped into Laz, one of the maintenance techs here at Windsor Burnet, and I mentioned my tub not draining properly. Today, he showed up and fixed not only that, but changed the filter for my A/C, patched up some nicks and dings around the apartment, and made it feel like a brand new apartment. My moms are coming to visit this coming week, and when he found that out went far above and beyond the call of duty to help make my place an even more amazing home to share with my family while they are in town. I am so thankful for his kindness and professionalism

    I moved in sight unseen due to my circumstances and couldn’t be happier. I’ve read some reviews about Angelica Franco and the negative comments are far from the truth, IMO. Angelica was amazing, understood my situation and was nothing but polite and helpful the entire time.The only down side to this property is the noise in the hallway and slamming doors. It’s an apartment and you’re going to have to expect that but I think some emails sent out on a regular basis would help with the issue. I’ve called about this issue before but have never seen an email sent out about it and I think regular reminders would help. My neighbors on both sides are extremely quiet and I went 4 months before getting an upstairs neighbor and they are the only loud ones beside the random hallway heathens.

    If you’re looking for an amazing apartment in the Domain area this is it!I’ve had the pleasure of living here for almost a year and since day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel truly at home. I am a former Greystar agent, and Windsor staff are unmatched. From lease start to lease end they held my hand through it all (was bumpy at points) and always had my back. I loved the community so match I decided to move to another Windsor property and the staff went as far as putting in a great word for me too.Thank you Casey Sorrel, you have been a joy to get to know! You do what you say you’ll do, you always go above & beyond. Alex, you are the most patient manager I’ve met and your dedication carries into your work. Haleigh, you are a girl boss. Empathetic, understanding and works to ensure your residents are taken care of. I’m sad to leave but so grateful I got to call Windsor Burnet home!Pros: Walking distance to restaurants, Austin FC soccer stadium. Close to shopping & 15-20min to DT Austin.Cons: A lil heavy traffic on main road during week day work traffic. Be sure to leave 10min early if you work in DT.

    I recently toured at Windsor Burnet, and though we ultimately decided to go with another Windsor property; I had to leave a review. Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, and shared extensive information about the community and neighborhood- which was especially nice since we are moving from out of state. He is a large part why we chose to live in a Windsor building! Burnet is a gorgeous building with great amenities.

    They residents are in shock when they see a man of colorSomething the Management must address..we have a few of us hear and Ive been told the same from several..equal living opportunities should be highlighted on lease application..if we can afford to be here that should say enough..very bothered by my experience.image the elevator experience!     I recently moved to Broadstone Burnet and would highly recommend this property to anyone moving to the area! The property provides tenants with attractive amenities, while not sacrificing on security, comfort or space. The location is also convenient and central to many restaurants, entertainment, and shopping destinations. The price-point (though always changing) is fair/competitive in comparison to other properties in the area.I was also impressed by the staff! Throughout the touring process, the staff answered my questions about the property with confidence and clarity. They set the leasing expectations up-front and communicated promptly when I had questions. This made me feel comfortable and welcomed, alleviating any concerns I had throughout the process.Office/Property Staff: 5/5I was welcomed by Will and Heather during my initial visit. Will took me on tour and highlighted the amenities while confidently answering my questions that I had about the property e.g. noise issues, security, breed restrictions on pets, etc. Pacing was appropriate and the information given was to the point, no fluff. Afterwards, Heather and Will listened to my concerns about move-in dates/budget and were able to able to provide me with something that met my needs. Their interactions and demeanor made me feel welcomed and at ease throughout the whole process! I ended up touring three other properties before coming back to sign. The leasing process was also very streamlined and Heather/Will made sure that all information/expectations were provided up front. During move-in I was greeted by Rendell and Will, and all documentation/payment was processed promptly. Both were very professional, friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my move-in went well!Noise: 4/5When touring I learned about the building structure and insulation between each unit, which helped alleviate the concerns I had about noise from adjacent apartments. So far, I have not had any issues with noise from the common areas or from neighboring units. Footsteps or small talk from the hallway have not been excessive and is not largely noticeable. Only feedback point would be to include extra soundproofing for tenants near heavy traffic areas e.g. elevator area or garage entrance.Safety: 5/5When touring, I noticed that safety is a priority here at Broadstone Burnet. The property issues key Fobs to access all entrances/amenities (controlled access) and provides tenants with: in-unit security systems, safety crossings in the garage, delivery/package storage, etc. As far as the entrance/exit gates, I’ve had no issues! The gate system is robust and operates as intended.Resident Services - Payment & Maintenance: 5/5The resident services were a main selling point for me! The resident portal is split into three parts: concierge, payment portal, and maintenance requests. With the concierge service, you are able to setup both delivery/amenity reservation preferences and away notices, as well as checking your package delivery status/history. Auto-pay and payment accounts are easy to setup and have had no issues here. The maintenance request tab has several categories to choose from as well as permission to enter and access instructions, which is important to me.I really enjoyed how easy it was to navigate and use the online portal. The options for package notices and amenity reservation reminders are flexible and easy to setup in advance, which are nice to have and give peace of mind.Neighborhood: 5/5The location is convenient and central to many restaurants, entertainment, and shopping destinations. The only concern that I have is accessing Burnet when traffic is at it’s peak, but haven’t had issues entering/leaving the property.

    Great place to live at. Awesome amenities and professional neighborhood. With domain soo close by, honestly there is not much to be said. The staff is moderate and could be better, but the rest of the package is appealing. This is a well deserve place to call home. Definitely a GO! Reach me for any referral and have a nice day!

    Its a great place and home!Only thing is that theres more and more private parking spaces and sometimes living in the first floor and having to park in the 5th or iseven the roof is annoying. Very. And most of the private parking spots are unused! I come home late from work every night and count about 4 slots that I could be parking in...but I almost have to park on the roof and it takes me about 10 minutes to get to my apartment. Other than that Im happy.
