    My family and I had the best experience with Krystal. She was able to answer all of our questions and help make the process so enjoyable. She was down to earth and enjoyable to be around. Most of the time when you are looking for a new home it’s such a long stressful process. The office was clean and so welcoming. I must say the attached garage is great. It was a must. I would recommend my friends and family to come live here. Krystal, thank you again for making this process great.

    When going through a hard time in life its lonely and stressful. Krystal at Western Station has truly made EVERYTHING easier. She is the most professional, kind, caring person and office manager I have ever met. There have been a lot of managers come and gone since I moved here, but she isnt going ANYWHERE. Her being helpful and respectful is 1 of my favorite parts of me living here.

    The new manager Krystal shes great. Any issues that i have had she gets them taken care of right then. We need more caring managers like this. She is really working hard to correct issues that were here before she got here and I really thank her so much and the maintenace crew.

    I’ve been a resident here for about 6 months now. When I first moved in, the management didn’t seem to want to get anything done, and we had similar issues to other reviews that have been left. Since the new management team has taken over they’ve done an excellent job at communicating and working their hardest to clean up the mess that was left for them. Krystal D (the manager) has done a great job taking over the role she’s been given and I’m very happy with the progress she’s made in the short amount of time she’s been here.The maintenance team has been amazing the whole time we’ve lived here. They do a great job of maintaining the property and handling in unit repairs quickly.

    I went in to tour today with crystal and maaaan if you have not had the pleasure of touring with her, please do so. She went out of her way to assure she’s work with me and my family to try to get us in. She showed us the property and even went back up for my son’s phone with nothing but a joke and smile on her face. After a day of bad apartment tours she really turned our day around and we cannot wait to move in! Give this girl a raise.

    These apartments are beautiful and welcoming! I am so glad that the manager Krystal and Lydia were able to show me an apartment that is Amazing! I am extremely excited that is in Basswood Elementary school district since school just started and i was worried about having to transfer my son to a new school. The property is ideal and i look forward to residing within this lovely community!

    Ive been here for 2 years. The Maintenance team works their tail off and does a great job. That is the only positive thing here since I moved in to these apartments. All of the external facades and wooden balconies have rotting wood that is old and falling apart. The back gate has been broken the entire time Ive lived here except maybe 3 months last year. They took bids for the job to fix the gate system back in March and April, but the owners have yet to pay for the repairs, which is a very common theme in this complex! The 2-man management team tries there absolute best, but the owners make it impossible for them to accomplish anything and are so cheap that now even critical components in the complex are down. They are increasing my rent while the gates are still broken and no new residents get a working gate clicker, at least the pools are fixed finally. The grass is all dead and most of the property is rocks, roots, and dirt. The previous painters that were commissioned before I moved here did a horrible job, so expect overspray and paint splatter everywhere, especially in the bathrooms and kitchens. The kitchens are all half done and Ive had to paint the cabinet interiors on both of my apartments because the stains were so bad and the owners wouldnt pay for the repair. Half of the complex looks like its falling apart and the owners cannot be contacted by the residents, they prefer to use the unfortunate property managers as a shield from the residents complaints about the complex and the owners extortionist policies.

    “She came in like a wrecking ball” Western Station’s new manager Krystal, and I couldn’t be happier about it!! Krystal has been the manager since August and in the 3 months she has been here has done more for this community than in the year I have lived here. The difference she has made in such a short time is great!! It doesn’t matter how busy she is, Krystal will find time to listen to your concerns and will actually work with you to resolve them. Given time she’s going to make the property a much better place to live

    Update: The regional manager has reached out to me and was extremely polite, apologetic, and helpful.Work orders were completed promptly a few days after we spoke on the phone. The maintenance and corporate staff continue to be extremely helpful. With repairs quickly conducted, I’m hoping for a communicative staff at the office improving on their interactions with residents. The porch railings still need fixing up, but the internal repairs have brought the apartment back to working order.

    These apartments may have had a bad rep, but after the management came in and actually listen to the residents I can say it pretty chill now. Maintenance is on point never have to wait more the 12hrs for any issues to be addressed/fixed. And I cant say enough about Jasmine one of the leasing managers. She has been so helpful the past few month. We are upgrading from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and she has been awesome. Always available to answer any questions and has been getting things done. Thank you Western Station Staff for all that you do.

    I love western station because of its location as well as the atmosphere it gives the feel of really being at home but as far as management as concerned oh my god I never had a property manager like the one I have ms Krystal wow hands down she is the best ever period any issue you had she will address it head on no waiting it will get done I definitely recommend moving here asap and one you get here you gonna wanna stay here thank you Krystal for the awesome job you’re doing definitely heaven sent I been here for a year and we went thru some ppl but since august when she got here definitely seen big changes and change is always great definitely 10 out of 10

    Christina has been nothing but a blessing since the moment I stepped foot onto the property!     I truly enjoyed my time living here. I would still be living there if I didn’t have to move. The apartments are gorgeous and the appliances are nice. The previous manager Stephanie was really sweet, she transferred properties and the new manager Kristina is amazingggg! She was really efficient and helpful with everything!You will love living here!

    Christina Perez is phenomenal!! The complex has been through several property managers in the last year and she is by far the best they have had. She addresses any issues right away and has continually gone above and beyond for me. I did consider leaving, but have stayed because of her.

    I have lived in this apartment community for many years. Christina, the manager is very nice and genuinely cares about the tenants and this community. Tony, in maintenance is skilled at his job and goes above and beyond to repair any issues that have been reported. This is a safe place to live and its really beneficial having an attached garage!

    So Ive been here for about 15 months. Seems longer. It was rough at first - personnel was going and coming at the office & no one knew anything about what the other was doing. I think its because it was different ownership. Okay, here we go. Well despite that Im delighted now, because Christina and Luis came to the property and since been joined by Yesenia and all have been grade A professionals. I cant say enough about Christina, the manager, and how she has not only been professional, but, beyond courteous and extremely responsive. Let me also shout out Tony - the maintenance guy. Fortunately, I havent had a lot of issues, but, when I have - Tony has come to the rescue quickly and QUICKLY matters. I still think there are a few more things that could be done around here - which is why they get a 4-star but, I am sure it is beyond local management. One find a second spot to stick a smaller dumpster. The overrun of trash at the compactor is too much at times. Secondly, power wash these blogs and refresh with some paint. I am good with my neighbors and they are good with me - so I plan to be here for a bit. As long as Christina and her team are here, it makes it easy for me to stay. She leaves and you bring another jerk or jerkess in here - then I start looking at options.

    I spent 8 months at Western Station and left only because my Job is Seasonal..Christina (The Manager) was always there to help me.I have lived in 3 separate apartments and have never had a Manager be as Responsive and Interested in taking care of my problems as Christina.     I love this place love here for almost 3 years now. Zenaida and Jazmine are the best, they are taking care of everything that needs to be fixed. They are by far the best management team they have brought In here.     This summer I had the most wonderful experience here , while visiting a friend. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the staff is amazing. I had most of my interactions with Stephanie and with just a few conversations with her, Im inclined to move here once my lease it up! I loved spending time at the courtyard and the pool area. I could really see myself living here.

    Update: Since new management has come on board, they fixed everything I was not satisfied with. The improvements have exceeded my expectations. These apartments feel more like a home than an apartment. All units come with their own garage, which is really helpful! They have been so helpful and have always worked with me. They are efficient when it comes to fixing things. I love the courtyard area, as well as the cabana! They are laid back and make living here enjoyable! Unit 238

The complex was was clean as were the units I was showed. Located near many nice restaurants. Going to recommend to my nephew who is looking for a one bedroom.

    I visited with Stephanie for a tour the other day and was very pleased with the customer service she provided. Very professional and kind. My sister has been a resident here for over two years and I enjoy visiting all the time. They are quick to work on any maintenance issues and always make sure you are taken care of.     We are about to come up on a year here and This complex was so good to us. Everyone we came in contact with was so sweet. Very quiet and perfect for families. Also the maintenance men are VERY sweet and super helpful. But my only complaint is the guy in the front office is INCREDIBLY rude and unhelpful. Had several questions when it came time to renewing our lease and turns out he gave us a lot of WRONG information and left out lots of information. And whenever we called up there for different questions he was just rude and unwilling to help us. Kristen was the one to step up and help us. Absolutely ask for her.

    My fiancé and I went new home searching this past Monday. After visiting 6 different properties and being “sold” on apartments we were drained. We decided to make a stop here and we had the best experience of the day. Roberto not only made us feel welcomed. He also made us feel like this is home. There was no pressure, and we didn’t feel like just another sale. He made us feel as if this is where we where supposed to be. I’ve dealt with the moving process multiple times. I can honestly say Roberto was the BEST experience me and my fiancé have ever experienced. We’d be crazy not to do everything in our power to move here!Roberto is the real MVP!

    I am currently going on 5 years at Western Station and have recently had to have some things done within my apartment. The office staff has been so helpful. Roberto went above and beyond to check on my repairs and status while me watching him handle and delegate other tasks. My issues were fixed expeditiously and he even followed up afterwards to ensure we were taken care of and okay. Such a professional and charismatic asset to our complex. Thank you all in the office immensely❤️

    Our experience at WS has been a great one. The grounds are always clean and look nice. The balconies are massive. The pools are beautiful facilities with upgraded pool equipment (chairs, loungers, etc) and the cabana is an awesome amenity with over-sized chess, a fireplace, an area to grill out, etc. Every time we have guests over, they are impressed by the property.Our experiences with all of the office staff have been positive ones. Each of the girls in the office has been friendly and helpful every time weve needed something. Maintenance was quick to respond in the rare event that we needed anything. The property has plenty of shopping options near by, and is only a short drive from Alliance Town Center.Im surprised by the previous posters with negative reviews. Makes me wonder if theres a back story like not paying rent, getting in trouble, or being evicted and this is their retaliation. I just cant imagine these being legit....

    So far my experience here has been far better than any other apartments Ive been at. The space feels more like home and the staff has always been extremely helpful when Me or my wife had any questions or confusion. The amenities have been kept well and work orders have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Office staff is friendly as well as the maintanence, and have treated us with more respect than other places.

    I want to provide a more current review because there have been a number of changes. After this property was sold last year there were a number of personnel changes, including managers. I believe this has stabilized and the manager and assistant manager are committed to making many improvements. When I renewed my lease I was able to get several issues I had taken care of. In addition, there are a number of very positive improvements planned and they will be included in the budget for this year, in June. I give the management an A for effort but reserve the 5th star until I see what is accomplished in the coming months. I suggest tenants introduce themselves to the office staff and give them an opportunity to demonstrate their sincerity. The maintenance staff is also performing well so give them a chance.     First and foremost, me and my boyfriend absolutely loved our apartment and our time living here! I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where everyone was so friendly and very kind, starting with all of their office staff and upper management, to all of our neighbors! It was always so peaceful and quiet living there where all of your neighborhoods respected your privacy and always kept noise to a minimum! At one point we had a personal problem and management went above and beyond to help us out! That is definitely one thing I will never forget and always hold dear to my heart! If you arelooking for comfort and a place to call home, I highly recommend Western Station at Fossil Creek!

    The actual apartments are great and the price is fair. The reason I’m giving it 1 star is because of the do-nothing front office. If you have any complaints or issues, expect them to go unanswered and unaddressed. Terrible terrible management and even worse customer service.EDIT 2021:Changing my 1 star to 5 star. In response to the winter storm, management has stepped up their game with a new manager. On Monday, plumbers were sent to almost every unit and had triaged everything and gotten some water back. In addition to the plumbers, management also opened up an empty apartment to provide water for buildings that didn’t have any to flush their toilets with and also opened up the gym showers.Thank you Rudy and thank you Shannon!

    Best apartments and staff I’ve ever had an experience with! Ashley Rodgers was our leasing specialist and she was amazing!! She was professional along with personal and made us feel at home in the office before we even looked at our actual floor plan. I recommend these apartments for anyone looking to live in a nice, clean and friendly environment!!

    We looked all over the area for 3 weeks (4-5 apartments a day), and did not find anything even remotely comparable to Western Station. Between the price, amenities, balconies, garage, and sq footage, no other place compared. We have been here for just over a year now. The staff is very professional, and personable, and very quick to meet your needs. Factor in that it is within walking distance to 6 great restaurants and its hard to beat! Our experience here has been tremendous, and we would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking in the North Fort Worth area for a place to call home.

One complex was brand new with great management but did not supersede the exceptional customer service the manager at Western Station had exuded to us during our visit. Stephanie over exceeded our expectations of apartment living….coming from a large home.

    I’ve been here since January 2016 and have to say it’s had it’s ups and downs especially with the change in owners a little over a year ago. NOW, that there is consistency and stabilization in the office things run so smooth and timely! Rudy, the head maintenance man goes above and beyond to COMPLETE work orders and is very knowledgeable and friendly and promptly responds to emergency maintenance calls. They have a new courtesy officer on site that actually does his job and walks around at night and adds a sense of security here. The units are either updated with new blinds, counters, cabinets etc or will be before move in. We love it here and love the gym and two pools! ——— #238

    Ive lived my entire 15 month lease here. The managers are easy going and very friendly. My roommate had a few maintenance requests upon us moving in and they were always on top of their game. We had the 2 bedroom, with one bedroom balcony (that was mine) and i really liked having my own side of the place. The only reason why I am not renewing my lease is due to relocation to Dallas to be closer to work. I like that I can walk to Boomerjacks when I need a drink and also go for a quick run down the lit sidewalk on Sandshell. The community is clean, neat and there are always events going on. I live near the courtyard with the pool cabana... if you dont want any type of loud noises, dont live near there. Other than that, its a quiet community. No issues what so ever.

    I am so excited to soon be calling Western Station home! My mom is a tenant and has only good things to say so I went to the office to get some information. I spoke with Jayvin and he was great! He was very helpful, kind, and knowledgable and when I absolutely fell in love with the apartment I looked at he made sure I got it! Because of the staff, Jayvin in particular, I left with an apartment even though I just went in to look. Cant wait to move in and call this complex home!

    Update on the review---They have been working on the bill (after they did realize something was wrong, Kudos to Kristy)Been here for almost 8 to 9 months, place is okay but the utilities fee is out of the roof. Water bill with all kind of fees is close to 70 dollars a month for a single person living which in my experience is ridiculous. Had an investigation done with no success. Doesnt make any sense with no leaks and average water use the bill comes 70 dollars a month

    I truly enjoy living here! My roommate and I have been on a 15 month lease and havent had any problems with management nor neighbors. Not that much parking but still a great place. Things get fixed when you ask and their are very friendly about it

    They are very nice apartments with attached garages or covered parking. theyre located in a pretty convenient spot one block away from the toll road George Bush so if you had to do any commutes say fort Worth or the airport its quick and fast no more LBJ for you.

    I found this treasure on Google, upon first entering the leasing office Ashley introduced herself and made me feel comfortable and at home as if I had already been living there, she was very professional and answered every question I had and I had a lot LOL , she did a follow up call and invited me to come and look at a larger unit as I had concerns about my King size bed, She did not make me feel rushed or pressured, I have found my forever home thanks to Ashley!
