    Ive lived here for almost 7 years and enjoy the hidden community that backs to a golf course. Jennifer, the Property Manager, gets the job done even when there are challenges. The maintenance person expedites the tickets well and timely.In 2025, I wish there was a time frame for existing, long term residents to receive upgrades to bathrooms and kitchens. Im kind of stuck in the late 80s with colors and fixtures that are old and worn. But Im happy here. Thanks Waterchase.

    Waterchase is a wonderful place to live with many residents having been her for years it is a very tight knit community. The manager, Meghan Johnson is always helpful and a pleasure to work with. Hector makes sure the maintenance of the place stays in tip top shape. If you are looking for a great place to live you should really check into this little gem of a place!

    I love the way MJ is so personable, the homes are large and spacious. The homes are large and the neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance has improved. I found a copperhead snake in my back yard that animal control removed but it appears that this is going to be a problem since the creek is a few feet away. Hopefully the owners will take care of it.

    I loved living here! Very spacious, lots of storage, truly private backyards with high fences (which is almost impossible to find) The community is incredibly dog friendly, all our big dogs that might be restricted at other locations are welcomed & loved here! MJ is wonderful to work with & is warm & informative. It was a wonderful year at Waterchase!

    Waterchase Garden Townhomes is the the best place to live at! So quiet and all neighbors are very nice! Management keeps Waterchase very clean and neat! Sean the property manager is the best manager, he is always ready to help you when you need help!

    Absolutely love this community! MJ is extremely helpful, sweet, and always answered any questions/concerns I had! She made the move-in process extremely easy and fun. The community itself is clean and beautiful. Dog friendly! My unit is amazing, good backyard, very spacious rooms and closets. Any issues inside the home they are more than willing to fix in a timely manner, maintenance personally introduced himself when I picked up my keys. Love love my new home! Thank you MJ & maintenance team!

    We moved to this apartment complex for the location, as I worked in Fort Worth and my boyfriend worked in Dallas. We loved having a backyard for our dog! The gated area is in the complex charming. It’s right next to a golf course.The only reason I am not giving the complex 5 stars is because it is older and things break a lot. However the staff is awesome and very helpful when it comes to fixing things!

    Had the privilege of viewing a furnished example of a unit available at this property last week with Meghan. Spacious kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. Attentive staff who are eager to please. Beautiful fireplaces along with other impressive update options available. Great upkeep of the property as well as uniqueness to each unit. Nice and quiet community.     Lived here for a year and I loved it! Mostly because the manager has such an excellent customer service MEGHAN JOHNSON !! never had a problem they couldn’t handle always helping residents in any way. One day I got locked out of my apartment and I went and knock on he door at 8pm and she helped me. That is the place where you want to be at. No matter how much it is!

    I had the pleasure of living here for a little over a year and it was great! There are not many places where you get both a yard and a garage and it was perfect for my dog. Meghan and Hector were always helpful and quick to respond to any problems which were rare.

    I love these townhomes! Its great having an attached garage. Also the kitchens are very large. The property is well maintained and the team is very helpful and friendly. The property is tucked back away from traffic but very conveniently located. Highly recommend!

    My apartment ceiling caved in in the downstairs. Manager treated me and my family so well and put us in their luxury 2 bedroom and den model home at there sister property. Nice a quiet, no bugs, no rodents. Im satisfied!

    Quiet, gated townhome community. Neighbors are friendly and seem to look out for one another. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders. Rent can be a little pricey, but the quietness and convenience of the location is well worth it.
