Ive been living here for a few years now now and its hands down the best apartments Ive stayed in, its quiet, clean, family friendly, and the management especially Jerry is the best. Professional, friendly, fair and understanding. They are quick to fix any issues you might have regarding maintenance, would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

Community driven and safe for kids to play on property. Neighborhood meetings. Give aways like free rent pizza, food drinks supplied at these meetings. The maintenance man has not let a pet get away from owner’s apartment when responding to maintenance calls. Awesome caring manager understands about unforeseeable circumstances. He personally took my trash out more than once when I injured my back. Resident since 2016. Washers and dryers in laundry room. I love this place and my neighbors. Welcome home!

I wanted to give this heartfelt review I think Jerry is a good manager. Any place you ever go nothing is ever perfect. I think being a manager could be stressful sometimes especially when youre dealing with a lot of people. My whole entire life my only complaint has ever been loud Neighbors and maybe a few other things. But I feel like that Jerry can really get things done and clean up these apartments and make things right. Theyre definitely some issues here with the apartments but its the people not the manager. We have to be responsible and hold ourselves accountable for what we do in the apartment complex. We also have to receive correction because it makes us better in the long run. I do like how Jerry seems to have compassion for helping people and working with them when needed. I know management isnt easy but I really think Jerry can get the job done.

I am now in my fourth year of calling Villa Encanto my home. The last time I wanted to write a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review, I had lived here for two peaceful years. I now want to write an all new, hopefully helpful, review to share with people looking for a simple, safe, clean community where neighbors are good, fair-minded people. You may, perhaps, recognize that you share some of my values when choosing your place to live which include: a place where I am valued and appreciated for simply being a caring part of a caring community; a place where the rent is such a reasonable price that I am able to put some back each month to enjoy life; a place where the need for fancy extras like large swimming pools, lavish tennis courts, and popular on-site gyms are neither desired nor missed at all since I would be no happier if they were here. I am sincerely hoping that this honest and from-my-heart review will help you decide if Villa Encanto will meet your needs as well as it continues to meet mine. I have never once regretted choosing to live here. Even the location of the complex seems to be close to every place I consider important in making my life easier and more satisfying. Never even once in the four years here have I had a major problem with the staff or with my neighbors, and all routine maintenance requests have been both quickly and professionally addressed. I hope never to move from here where the present Office Manager, Jerry DeLeon, is as awesome an apartment manager as they come! He listens to me with compassion and responds to me in ways that allow me to feel respected and a vital part of this community. Each time I drive back into the parking lot at Villa Encanto, I feel grateful to be back at my HOME where I definitely belong!

Went to get information on this apartment for my friend and the manager Jerry was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about this apartment complex, he was also professional and caring about the new concerns of the future tenant. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home. Firstly, Hilda is an angel. She is extremely helpful, honest and has a true passion for the tenants. She is a true woman of God and a woman of her word. Maintenance is also diligent and is quick with work orders. The same day quick! The apartment is clean, beautiful and the community is quiet and very clean. Landscaping is well kept and the common areas are clean. We are so blessed to be here.

The other apartment kicked out us and Seth found out about the apartment so we set up a time to meet with Hilda and she showed us the place and we felt in love with it and we did the paper work with her and we moved in the same day. Hilda was friendly kind passionate helpful. She helped us with anything we need for the apartment and she puts in the orders right away. We love the place alot and also God answered our prayers when we needed a new place to live and be in a quiet neighborhood. We also know that the neighborhood is rough but we still love this that we can call home. We also like the idea of where there are stores and restaurants in the area and also by bus lines and walking distance to the train station.

Very good experience in renting here. After dealing with realty company and other apartment complexes, the Manager Hilda made everything a breeze. Very professional yet personal to work with. The apartment is in good condition and good rate plus the manager is making sure the complex is well maintained.
