While I am not a resident yet, I went in for a tour and the gentleman that assisted me was so nice, so friendly, and had all the information I needed. The apartment we viewed was gorgeous and I am very interested in making Union apartments my home in the coming weeks. This is definitely how staff should treat potential renters! Thanks again.UPDATE! I moved in to my apartment in November and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Management is so kind and the property is beautiful and well kept. Great experience from my initial tour, to move in.

I have lived here more than 3 years. Caleb has been very kind and friendly. His responses were always prompt and informative. Although there were many sudden changes after Equity Residential acquired this apartment, the leasing office team is trying to address our concerns as much as possible. While the leasing office has been great, I have a few concerns to the corporate team.1. Residents know what you guys are doing to cut the expenses. Please listen to the residents. Mobile gate pass / automatic light system in the parking garage were horrible ideas. Not everyone wants to use the phone to enter the gate with multiple grocery bags.2. The only reason why I gave 5 stars was that the maintenance and leasing office have been fantastic. Please know that people are not happy with some of the changes the Corp made. Its dark in the parking lot, the mobile pass is so slow & inconvenient, and its depressing to look at all the stones you guys put in the garden area that used to be green.3. If residents do not expect things to change or get better, they wont give any feedback. They will just leave. I am only leaving this feedback because I know the leasing office team is trying to address the concerns.Dont be too late.

Amazing Management!I’ve had the pleasure of living in this apartment community for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about the management. From day one, my go-to person, Caleb Garcia, has been professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Every issue I’ve had, whether small maintenance requests or general questions, has been addressed promptly and efficiently.The property is well-maintained, the grounds are always clean, and the amenities are in perfect condition.I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a hassle-free living experience. The administration truly sets the standard for excellence!

Moved in a month ago and the whole experience thus far has been amazing. Caleb, Jesse, and Raven have gone above and beyond to take care of me. I sincerely appreciate the immediate responses via email. The community and the garage have been safe and the other tenants are welcoming and kind. I had a service need which was fixed the following day. This is my third rental in the DFW area and the apartment is by far the classiest and the experience has been top-notch. Grateful to be a new resident here.

This was my first place out of college after sharing an apartment with 6 guys, and I cannot recommend this place more.The Union is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained; they are very timely to maintenance requests and have decked-out amenities (2 separate pool areas, massive 5-floor gated parking garage, modern fitness center with proper equipment, lounge area, etc). This apartment is in the heart of Downtown Carrollton and right by the DART station, so the community is vibrant and there is tons to do and eat. I highly recommend checking out Cane Rosso (Italian), Babes Chicken (fried chicken), and Twisted Root (burgers).Huge shout-out to Jesse and Caleb in the leasing office for always being so friendly and professional. From corresponding at the very beginning to the final move-in day, Jesse and Caleb have been consistently helpful throughout.

Caleb is the best! His knowledge, patience, and dedication are unmatched. Honestly, if it weren’t for Caleb, we’re not sure we’d be here today. If we ever have a problem, Caleb’s our guy! That really makes a huge difference in an apartment complex. You can have great amenities, beautiful apartment, but if the leasing front desk staff aren’t good, the whole experience is terrible. We’ll be here as long as Caleb is here!!

Ive been a resident for a little over a year now and happy to have I just renewed my lease. From the moment I first came to see the property at Union at Carrollton Square, Jesse has been extremely helpful and gone out of his way to ensure any and all questions and concerns are answered in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues reported are completed quickly and though a new management company has recently taken over the property things continue to run well. If youre looking to make Union at Carrollton Square your home you will be very pleased!!

Caleb and Raven in the leasing office went above and beyond to help me find a missing package recently. The missing package happened to contain my engagement ring and the package was delivered to the complex without an apartment number. Fed ex was unable to help me in any way other than telling me the package was delivered to a random apartment in my complex. I called the leasing office 5 minutes before close freaking out not knowing what to do. Caleb offered to call the resident of the unit I was told it was delivered to, to confirm they didn’t have it. Caleb and Raven both searched the package room until they found the package, kept me on the phone for an update, and waited for me to arrive to retrieve it. I could not be more grateful for these two and for their caring and swift actions on that day because it could have ended really badly. Of all the apartments I’ve ever lived at I have never experienced people who work at the leasing office show such compassion and be willing to stay after close to help a resident, the fact that Caleb even answered the phone at 5:55 is enough to show that in and of itself. Thank you soooo much Caleb and Raven yall are amazing!!!!!

We’ve been living here for a few months and absolutely love it. MAJOR shoutout to their maintenance team, Jose and Enrique for being the absolute best. We had some issues with a leak in shower and they have been not only quick and kind, but absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed.The apartment complex itself is also really well cared for, the pools and gym and are always clean and the hallways really nice. The front office (especially Caleb!) are really helpful and pretty easy to reach.

Have had a great experience living here, shoutout specially to Caleb in leasing office; he has been super helpfull with all issues, no matter if small or big, and always has a great attitude!!We have been resident for 3+ years and have been very satisfied living here. The units and complex are nice, havent had issues with other residents and the maintanance team is quick to fix any reported issues. The Carrollton Downtown area is super convenient location, has multiple dining options, the city hosts fun events and just generally a clean and safe place to live.

Good apartments but I left just as new management was taking over so I cant speak to them. Maintance was always prompt and fixed any issue. Its a fabulous location as you have easy access to any events downtown and its a very walkable area. The only cons would be the train tracks nearby, we were told when we moved in that the train only came once a week....no. The train is there multiple times a week for a prolonged period of time, and for whatever reason this isnt considered a quiet area so they blare the horn and change cars which is loud metal slamming for about a hour. There is limited parking for the 1100 building during the evenings and weekends. Also, I never recall any broken pipes or power outages during cold weather. Overall these are good apartments in a very safe and walkable area.

I live here. Got a great 6 weeks free deal. Lucked out, in building A overlooking the small pond and jogging trail. 3 nations brewery is across the train tracks, which is also a popular instagram picture spot. I got a laugh seeing ladies in sundresses tip toeing over rail stones to get a picture with a graffitid box car. Its a cool spot and neighbors are friendly. Office staff is pretty on point and no complaints so far. My parents live in Carrollton and I never thought Id see a walkable neighborhood like this. Cant wait for twisted root to come back

We love this place and Stephanie who helped/toured us was amazing! She was so patient with us and helped us through the whole process. We had some technical issues and she was able to assist even when she was taking care of others at the time. This is truly appreciated and we are so grateful we had her when we toured! If you are looking for a place, this is the one! Ask for Stephanie, she will take care of you!Update- Lived here for 2 years from 2022-2024. This was one of the best apartments we have lived in. Being a first time apartment renter, this was a great place to start off and has set our expectations high for any future place we sign. We relocated to Fort Worth recently so this is why we left! Our time here was great and we never had any issues. These apartments are very well insulated and built well. Never any issues with weather and our energy bills were great here. The pool is AMAZING too. Never found a pool like the one at Union. Parking is great too. You never, and I mean never, find free covered parking at other complexes. This complex was the best value for the money, quality and for the staff!

Jesse was a great leasing agent and made my experience much better than other places I have lived or even toured recently. He is very helpful and responsive to all emails and phone calls. I really love this property and the location is amazing. They are very upfront about pricing, deposits, etc.. which I cant say the same about a lot of other places I just recently toured. Everyone here was very helpful throughout the leasing process and even during my move. They dont just forget about you once you they have you signed up. They even called to check on me after my move to see if there was anything else they could do or if I had any questions. I have rented all over the country due to my job and I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a look. Best leasing experience I have ever had.

We greatly appreciate Scott, the maintenance manager, and the office team for quickly finding a way to fix it before we got into the triple degree weather. Great property! Everytime i walk down to the clubhouse, marina the property manager always has a smile on, the staff is very helpful and accommodating to all my needs. Had some issues with my sink, i called the front desk, within minutes jose was at my door and the problem was solved immediately. I requested a transfer to the lux simply for the dog park, marina was incredibly helpful, she made the process as easy as possible. Im gonna miss this place a lot, but ill be just across the street from checkin in from time to time! Love this place, thanks yall for making a safe, reliable and comfortable home for me.

My leasing consultant, Stephanie Guzman was beyond exceptional during our apartment hunt process. She was very responsive and did a great job putting us to ease with our concerns as we had a horrible experience at another property. We have now been at the property for 3 months and absolutely love it. The amenities meet our needs and the property keeps it fun with doing resident events often. Lastly the area is by far the best great coffee and several shops. I would defiantly recommend!

The staff here is INCREDIBLE. Great customer service and they will do everything they can to make sure you are heard, taken care of and that your hard earned money is NOT wasted. Definitely would recommend this property over their next door neighbor, Lux on Main, who seem more focused on making quick cash out of applicants, and then denying your app for bogus reasons without any way to move forward. Union will go above and beyond to assist you and make your application process as stress-free as possible. The prices at Union are great, location is great, staff is great. What more can you ask for? I definitely recommend checking this place out (and staying FAR away from their sketchy sister property next door).

Moved here 3 years ago from out of state without visiting and the management team did a wonderful job to get me prepared and make me feel at home.Pros:Staff- Mercedes, Octavio and Caleb have been great when I see them around and are always so nice to my shih tzu. Theyre always on top of everything and usually have anything resolved same day or within 24 hours.Location- Right in the middle of Downtown Carrollton, a block away from a good mix of restaurants and a great dog groomer. Block away from the public transit center in case you lose access to a vehicle.Price- Ive shopped around in the 3 years Ive been here and the value for price is great. I even checked out the other 3 apartments in the Square and the others have a nice gym but not much else for the price they charge.Quality- Ive had to call maintenance only a handful of times since Ive been here, all appliances seem to be holding up well.Convenient- Easy to pay rent only, make a maintenance request, have a question answered, update your contact information.Cons- Lackluster Gym but the treadmills just got upgraded. Would love to have a stair-master !Mailroom Hours- My work schedule makes it so its usually closed when i need to get a package last minute but I understand they want to make sure its only open when a stay member is present.Access- The system to buzz people in stops working on and off but I dont get deliveries much .If I was staying in Dallas, I would definitely renew my lease for a 4th time.

Our daughter set up an appointment and we drove three hours to attend. When I tell you Caleb Garcia was the best tour guide. What struck me as so unusual is that he answered every question we had before we even asked. Now, that take skills. It takes good customer service and discerning the hearts of your potential clients. In my book, he alone got an A+++++ because five stars dont even come close to the way I felt after being in his company. So, maybe youre like me. Wanting a place that your daughter will be safe. Out of all 4, no apartment complex and leasing agent came close to the experience Caleb gave us and the look and environment of this apartment complex. Caleb was so informative, honest, personable and overall, a fantastic employee. The apartment complex was clean, quiet, updated, and in a really cool area. We are VERY excited to live in downtown Carrollton at Union at Carrollton Square.

My overall experience at Union has been a positive one. During our apartment search, Jesse made everything so easy for us. He answered all our questions honestly and was always available if we needed him.We love our apartment and all perks that come with the location. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the 3 Nations Brewery. We are within walking distance of Downtown Carrollton and DART train. All shopping destinations are within 10-15 minutes by car. I love the big city living with the small town feel.There are a lot more amenities I did not mention, but I recommend you take a tour and check this place out for yourself!

For real, this place is AMAZING!!! From the team at the front office to the maintenance team, everyone is always so friendly and willing to help any way they can. My wife and I, and our 3 kids, moved in about 4 months ago. The first thing we noticed was how Jessie jumped through hoops to help set us up on the apartment that fit us best. Then I quickly got on a first name basis with the maintenance team; Kendal, Moses and Chavez are awesome! I also enjoy coming into the front office anytime I can because Whitney and Marina are always smiling and down for a good laugh! We moved here looking for community and it is EXACTLY what we got!

Loved the office team that originally brought me in, but we have an incredible 5 star group now that truly care in all aspects.With a few minor issues, the maintenance team has always been been friendly, top notch and address the same day. I toured even though it’s a bit too soon to commit just to get a feel for the floor plan and to narrow some options down. Jesse was so helpful and patient with me going through all the options! We like the security management here, each and every entrance is secured and feel safe living here. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. We are living here from almost 19 months and loved it. The management is friendly and helpful. Wayne is very friendly and best at his job all the time. The amenities are kept clean and all service requests are handled promptly. The maintenance guy Brandon was very prompt, always responded to all the requests very quickly. If you are looking for a secured and cool place to live then Union Square is the best place… We would recommend living here!

If youre looking for a new home, this is the place to be. My wife and I just moved in today and we absolutely love it. We signed blindly about 2 months ago and it was the best decision we couldve made. Jesse Juan has been so helpful in the moving process for us. He has answered what probably seems like a million questions without frustration at all. Hes so dedicated to his work and the complex and it shows! Bonus: our balcony faces the 3 Nations Brewery across the train tracks and they have $6 brews daily. Also, the complex has a guest suite that is available for use (if that brewery hits too hard). Yall come check it out!

I have lived at this property for over a year now and I love it so much that I renewed my lease for another year. The staff is very attentive and and always friendly. Maintenace staff is always quick to respond when you put in a service request. Jesse in the leasing office always goes above and beyond when his assistance is needed. He always makes you feel like you are the most important resident in the complex. His attention to details on his walk throughs has helped keep the property nice and tidy. I highly recommend this complex.

It is my first HOME in the US! I am so glad that I found this apartment.Everybody always greets me with joy. Office alway takes good care of my packages. There was once I need to find a dog sitter. The assistant managers (forgive me for not having the name) offered me so much help.It is so easy to ask for help on maintenance. Brandon always brings dog treats with him and he is so nice to my dog. Garbage disposal dripping water? No problem. Brandon came help and got me a brand new one the next day. I feel like every request I put either through their online system or calling the office got taken care of so well.Gym has basically all you need for doing daily routine. And it is so clean and organized. Two pools are just lovely. I love the barbecue.It is all the details that make me feel like this is HOME.

My husband and I just moved in today after a lot of anticipation! We found the listing for our apartment on Craigslist 2 months ago after hitting a LOT of brick walls in our apartment search. We hadn’t even come up to view the property, but something just felt so right about it and we signed blindly within 48 hours. Well, we found the perfect rate for what we were looking for, our apartment is in one of the best spots in the complex, and we have so much more space and luxury than we ever thought we could afford! A huge thanks to Jesse Juan as well; he helped make the transition so easy and answered our thousands of questions. If you are concerned at all about anything, Jesse is your man! As a long-time resident at this location, I have nothing but praise for Andrea and the entire management and maintenance team that go out of their way to make this property a clean and comfortable place to call home. A DART station is just a short walk away and is a great transportation alternative if you dont want to drive. The property is just by the I-35 exit so its easy to get to if you do decide to drive. A good management team will make or break a property so we are most fortunate that the entire property management team here are conscientious professionals that genuinely do care about customer service.To add on to what I wrote above, the property has new owners who appear to be making significant investment to spruce things up a bit. Happy to say that the maintenance team continues to do a great job in keeping the property and grounds looking good, and they should be recognized for that. Kudos to them!

The Cares team coordinates socials or fun events every month to help enhance community in the apartment complex. It could be anything from handing out chick fil a biscuits in the morning to a super bowl watch party to appetizer at the local restaurant (1 block away). They also hold community crime watch meeting once a quarter so security is always improving. We love it and feel safe living here. The area is great too! We would recommend living here!

This place has been a gem and it will be hard to beat the quality here for a lower price. The security doors on property actually lock, which is an improvement over a lot of apartments around here. Plenty of parking and green spaces right across from downtown and the light rail station. Even during Covid they found creative ways to put on community events through food trucks and alcohol to go. Jesse is the only staff member I have interacted with so far, and each time he has been fantastic.Fantastic place to live. Keep up the good work:)

My fiancé and I just moved in here a week ago but it is amazing so far! The leasing staff was excellent in communicating with us during our leasing process and the online application made it super easy for both of us to apply on our own time with our busy schedules. Once we got moved in we had a couple of small maintenance issues which got taken care of the same day we had alerted them to the office. The maintenance worker even offered to take some of our empty boxes to the dumpster for us, and took the time to answer our questions about the community. I feel very safe in this community and I would have no issues walking outside after dark. The community is adequately lit and they have a courtesy officer who lives on site if there’s any security concerns. Our apartment faces the DART track (and we are on the second floor so we are almost at the same height as it) and when we are inside with the doors and windows closed, the trains are barely noticeable. Overall we love this community and as of now wouldn’t hesitate renewing our lease.

The Union is such a great place to live. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious, and the office team is helpful and friendly. (Shoutout to Whitney, hey girl!) The maintenance team is always on top of requests if you have any. They aim to get your request done on the same day, and they usually do. The apartment complex has a parking garage at no additional cost unless you want a reserved parking spot. They also have carports and garages for the buildings that are not attached to the parking garage. The gym is good and well maintained as well are the pools, which is highly appreciated, especially during this pandemic time.One of my concerns moving in was the train, but honestly, as a light sleeper, I dont hear it. The hours of operation for the train are from 5 am to midnight, so technically, not a problem. The location is good. Right next to I-35 and like a five-minute drive from PGBT. So, a less than a 15-minute drive to visit Las Colinas at Irving, if you wanted to. K-town (H-mart, Daiso, KBBQ, etc.) is literally an 8-minute drive. Grapevine Mills is about 13-20 minutes from here, depending on the route. Galleria and Northpark are about 15 - 20 minutes away. 3 Nations Brewing Company is right across alongside Babes and Cane Rosso; you can walk over there if you wanted for either a beer or food. UTD is a 15-minute drive as well. The Field of Carrollton is about 15 minutes away too. This apartment complex is a hidden jewel.

We could have selected any place to call home, but my experience with the level of service from Wayne was above and beyond. I called in 1st and he answered the call unlike many other apartments when its 1 or 2 people there you get the answering service the whole day, however Wayne addresed all my questions when I called and didnt rush me off the phone. Then I decided to go in, not only because I love the apartment build layouts....No I went because many apartment agents dont take the time go address the customer like Wayne did, but instead they are short with you,trying to get you in and out quickly and dont care if you rent with them or not leaving with unanswered questions. If you are looking for a really nice place to call home, wanting 5 star service, and be treated as if you were their only possible tenant. Then you have found it at Union At Carrollton Square. I didnt really meet everyone in the office yet, however Im basing my experience I had with Wayne. He know his job and I can tell hes not just there for a paycheck. Place is pretty nice. My only real complaint is the noise.The train is loud AF. It is not the DART rail, but an actual train. It comes every few hours between 10PM and 8AM. The dart rail also comes by, but is significantly less obnoxious.Also, they just broke ground on Phase 3, which (for me) means backhoes and massive augers and dumptrucks rumbling around every morning at 7AM. During the week it wouldnt be TOO bad (but is still annoying), but even on Saturdays I have to get awakened with (LOUD) construction noises way earlier than I want to be up.This is transitory, and only affects my part of the complex, but it would have been nice to get a heads up from management that this was about to dominate my life. (All the construction started 4 days after I moved in.) And the train also probably should have been mentioned.Other than all the noise, it is a nice location. I can walk to some of the best food joints around, and I often do.UPDATE:So, apparently these guys are pretty awesome. I went down to the desk and voiced my complaints about the construction and the trains. They said a lot of people were upset about the construction, and they were working on giving the residents their Saturdays back. They were trying to push back the start time to let everyone sleep in. SWEEEEEET.But, more importantly for me, they offered to move me to a unit farther away from the trains. I accepted, and will be moving in this weekend. I will be sleeping so hard next week. OH SO HARD. HARD AF. SLEEPING LIKE A DEAD GUY TAKING A NAP ON A SUNDAY AFTER A BRUNCH WHERE HE DRANK TOO MANY MIMOSAS.So, they took care of me and it sounds like they are trying their damnedest to take care of everyone else too. Good on them! This place is great. REVIEW UPGRADED!
