Im not from here and rentals are different. You dont like the dwelling you can just move no issues. Texas is definitely different. I was looking for a place where I could call home and stay until I buy a house. The office down to earth atmosphere. They are very professional ladies Caty and especially my leasing agent Natalie. Things I had questions about dealing with reviews she answered all of them. One of the main questions was security. She explained that made me feel more secure; about people just coming in and out not staying here. I had issues with starting my account she told me to come into the office and she helped still didn’t work. This lady told me to call her in the morning and it should work. I love that helping and lady of her words! I got the apartment and I have a new home now in a good area. I can now move my sister that has passed kids and grandkids down. Oh and I got a new TV! I just cried Im over joyed with the ladies in the office.

I had been a guest on contract in the area visiting with some friends here. Unfortunately I had not properly read or understood the parking procedures here. I had registered but not parked in a proper placement. Due to this my car was, rightfully to the company, towed. I had taken this issue to the office and met a kind and warm hearted staff, whom even though were handling other clients, had made time to hear my issue and resolve it. The personal touch and care and dillangance of office management, Jake, was absolutely 5**. I highly recommend this property based on their spacious apartment layout, great amenities, ease of accommodation in the area, and most of all their top tier services! Thank you Jake for all that you do! Keep up the fine work!

Thank you Trinity Heights office team. These girls ALWAYS jump through hoops to whatever extent they are able to. I may not always get the answer I want but, if not, it’s because they absolutely cannot do any more to accommodate my wants or needs within their policies and, many times they find an alternative option that’s even better. You cannot please everyone but I can tell you that myself and MANY other residents are very appreciative and thankful of the office team.

Nice quiet place to live. The maintenance team responds in a timely manner. The management team is very friendly and helpful.Jessica Hammerback shows great leadership, as the Manager. She made sure that before I left the office I was totally satisfied.

The new management at this apartment community is awesome! They are really turning this place around! The apartments are spacious, well designed, and the cheapest in the area! The manager, Pam is amazing and gets things done!

The new Manager Pamela is AMAZING. So grateful she took over and the old manager is gone! I had issues that had been needing to be fixed for some time that I had told the previous manager about that were never addressed. I told Pamela and same day these issues were addressed, assessed and fixed. Very grateful for her 💜

My experience living a Trinity Heights Apartment complex has been a very good experience!All of the staff are very nice and professional.My apartment is very up to date and cozy.Maintenance is prompt with fixing work orders.I have an exceptional view of the pool which is an oasis!Really enjoying living at Trinity Heights!

I love the new staff and the changes that they are making. It was a BIG plus for me to be able to pay my rent online and renew my lease. I was in the office Friday and it was sad on how the residents were treating the new ladies. I dont think it was fair, they are mad at the wrong people. Keep up the good work ladies.

I was skeptical at first reading the reviews but i love my new apartment, me and my kids are so happy Tracey and Zoe the apartment managers was so helpful and such good people I work a lot and have no time to do anything I came to tour the property and, They sent everything to me online all I had to do was pick up my keys and the leasing agent brittney was a sweetheart and always checked on me and made sure I had everything. The process was easy and no stress Thanks guys so much. Im so happy please keep that lemonade going it was good.

I have lived here for 2 years of hell. I went by the office the beginning of the month to give my notice. To my surprise to see a new staff and new owner. The manager Tracy talked me out of giving my notice and got all my issues taken care off. I was happy to find out about all the new upgrades that the company and staff will be doing to the property. I am looking forward to all the new changes.

I absolutely love living here. I signed my second lease in September, however; I was not impressed with the first crew who took over last year. Howerver, the new office crew today is absolutely adorable. They are very helpful when you are in need. They have been making much nessarary changes to things around here and improving for the best. Im so happy with all the new and better changes around here. I would recommend checking them out here and would recommend family and friends to rent here. Thank you for the great office staff and new maintence. I really appreciate all the work yall are doing to improve it here and make it more friendly and a better living style.

I just move hear been 2 months I was skeptical cause of the reviews but everybody has there on opinion and everybody has there on experience so far my experience been great a lot goes on in any apartment complex we are not in houses people! I can say the leasing office Brittney was so nice to me never rude she help me the best way she can the property managers Toria was a so kind and answer every question i had and help when i needed and Tracey was very nice and also helping. Chris the maintenance is such as funny guy and was very prompt to my needs and move in Im hoping it stays this way cause i will be here for a year. Thanks for everything

I have lived in havenwood for a little while, and I think the new staff is great. Theyre friendly and professional and have always addressed any concerns or issues Ive had in a timely manner. I have talked with the manager Tracey, and she always takes the time to listen. I feel she is a huge asset to the company and a very nice person...great manager!

Well just moved in this past Saturday it was real quick wasnt suppose to move for another 2 weeks to fort worth but my job wanted me to start early and Brittney the leasing agent made it happen she is a cool young lady very down to earth her. The property managers was actually very cool to I expected the worst cause of the reviews but out of all the apartment in this area i went to theses apartments were better they wasnt rude like the others they didnt have a lot of foot traffic and coming from Detroit. My family stay here also in woodhaven and they say everything aint great in this area as far as apartment but these was alright so thanks to the office

Fantastic place. Easy to work with and area is clean.Nice pool and decent weight room.Big 2 bedroom apartments and the leasing consultant Lala Epps is amazing and works with you. Answers the phone when u call her and she stays in the office after hours usually and can help.

I have lived here for 4 months and have not had any problems with crime or roaches. The staff is friendly and maintenance is done in a timely manner. Only problem I have is with the gates. Its one way in and out which causes traffic sometimes. Though the neighborhood is kind of ghetto, the property is safe and the people mind their own business. Not noisy at all.

I went into the Havenwood Apartments office yesterday to learn how to pay online. I talked to Zoie. She was wonderful. She was so patient with me. I did not how to do anything on the computer. She set me up and even wrote down instructions for me so I could remember when I get home. She was truly a blessing.

Been living here for 5 years. Absolutely love it no major problems but wish the pool would stay open later but prior tenants messed that up for everyone by having a pool party and messing the pool area up.
