    I was the Property Manager at this property for a very short time, but my experience was amazing! I only left for an opportunity I could not pass up, but would still be there had it not presented itself.The maintenance team was EPIC! They were full of energy and had been with the company for a very long period of time. Nothing was too big of a challenge for this team and that is rare in this industry.The residents at this property genuinely care about their home and make it a community.I have recommended and will continue to recommend this community to friends and family that are looking for a clean, cost effective, comfortable space to call home.

    This place is a steal. Juan, and everyone who works inside are courteous and quickly address any needs or questions you may have.Even though I am a new resident, it has been quiet, not a lot of noise in the evenings and they maintain the property well.Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to someone needing a new place of residence.

    I stopped by today (9/25/24) to discuss floor plans and was warmly greeted by Kendrick. He was extremely courteous and professional. I still have several months left on my current lease, but I will definitely consider this property when seeking my new home.

    I have lived here for 5 years and the staff is amazing! Juan always with a smile on his face, and the new manager is nice! just renewed for another year!

    I’m only leaving 5 stars because of Juan otherwise I would probably leave 0! Corporate is also no help. People like Juan deserve recognition. Very adept in customer service and great with his tone. He has a way of easing the moment. He listens and is quite articulate. You don’t have to worry about him getting upset with you for bringing an obvious issue to the table, but that attitude is expected from one who doesn’t know what they’re doing. Juan will be sure to get to the bottom of the issue. Thanks again Juan!

    I have been living here for 4 years and I love it. The office staff are amazing and so helpful. Maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner. I enjoy the pool being open year round and the fitness room is always clean. I absolutely adore Ursula and Donica they are both so nice and friendly and willing to help out with any concerns.

    Ursula the assistant manager is so helpful and sweet we wouldn’t trade her for nothing. One day i was looking for my mother a place to live so that she could be close to me so that i could help her more and i went to two sets of apartments and the first set turned us down i explained our situation and hoping that they would understand and give my mother a chance but the answer was no. I waited two days later to go and start searching for more apartments and that’s when i walked into Town Centre apartments and meet Ms. Ursula and i sat down and talked to her about my situation and she said i have two apartments will be coming available if the people decide if they going to move or stay and that she would speak to someone from The corporate office so that all went through except the the people decided they were going to stay and Ms. Ursula had to call me with the bad news and my response to her was thank you for your help and two weeks passed and i had gotten a call from Ms. Ursula saying that the people moved out and that my mom can start her paperwork if she hasn’t found anything yet and my answer was no she hasn’t so we got right on top of things and now my mother is officially a Town Centre resident and my mom will be renewing her lease when that time comes around next year and she loves it thanks to Ms. Ursula for making it happen with all of her help it should be more people like her so if anyone is looking for a place to stay look no further because Town Centre is the place to be and that you can call home.

    Ive been living here in Towne Centre Village apartments going on 5yrs and I personally LOVE it. I recommend speaking to Juan. Juan is amazing, helpful and very nice, he will not disappoint. Come out and check out the community and make sure you head to Juan. :)

    I just want to thank Ursula so much for helping me with understanding all the processes and walking me through all the amenities, floor plans, and costs. And as a future resident I would hope that she stays here for as long as im there. She is a great help to me and all the residents that currently live there. She brings so much light and positively made my day all leasing staff should look to her as a role model. Thank you Ursula talk to you soon :)

    So Ive been moved out now for a little over a month and wanted to share my experience at these apartments. Overall I was very satisfied with the complex. I moved down from wisconsin and needed a place quick. I was approved very quickly and everything went smoothly. Its a very quite complex and I was like 20 feet from the door to my car witch was very convenient. Ive had packages left at my door for days while I was out of town and no one ever stole them. My neighbors helped jump my truck several times and were very friendly. Location wise your very close to alot of restaurants and the mall. Walmart Is also like 5 minutes away. The price is very good for what you get. I will admit I did not use the pool once and only used the gym a couple times so I cannot speak on those. But they did look clean and well maintained. The maintaince crew was also quick. Like next day quick. The only complain I had was the laundry facility. Sometimes the washers would break leaving your clothes soaked so you would have to pay twice on a different machine. However there is a laundry mat right down the road. Overall 9/10 would recommend.

    I would love to share the experience me and my wife both had when visiting this property. Aside from all the other properties we visited in mesquite, Town Center Village really took the time and effort in giving us a proper tour. Vivian is so full of excitement and positive vibes that I instantly felt that I was in good hands. The overall experience that we had was hands down awesome! We will be moving here and I’m sure we will enjoy the longevity of the time we are here. Thank you Town Center Staff for making our home decision easier than we expected! 😊

    Went with a friend to do some apartment searching and came across Towne Centre Village Apartments. First of all, beautiful well kept complex! But the customer service was just as amazing! Vivian, was so polite and straight to the point and answered all questions and made the environment even more welcoming. I highly suggest going there and definitely asking for Vivian! She will take care of you! I went in with a friend for her apartment search wanting to leave as a resident!Thanks for all the help today, Vivian! You made a boring process a lot more fun this afternoon.

    Great experience with showing me an apartment even thou I was three/4 months in advance. I ended up choosing here for multiple reasons. Everything I wanted in an apartment, friendly staff, guided me thru paying all my move In fees, many residents with 5+ yrs there. So far so good!!! Will be back later to see how it is holding up. :)

    My wife and I moved in, in February of this year. This place is great and the office manager donica was great. She got to know my wife and I. If we ever had an issue she handled it quickly. The apartments are amazing and we loved the layout. If we hadn’t of had to move out of state for work we definitely would of stayed. Definitely will sign a lease with them again if we come back to Texas

    For the past 5+ years Ive called this place my home and its been amazing. Everything from the landscaping to the pool is well taken care of and I appreciate the excellent work Donica and Mechelle have done. They are so helpful and I love them like my own family. Mechelle has been promoted and on to another complex, but she will definitely be missed. Donica is amazing and I know she and the new members of the staff will keep making TCV my home for years to come!

    Donica and Michelle are amazing. I had to move quickly from KC for a job in Dallas and toured 9 complexes to choose an apartment. The management staff here alone could have sealed the deal. If it weren’t for the spacious apartment, tranquil grounds and accommodations for my 90lb dog, I would say they are the reason to live here. The office staff did EVERYTHING they could to help me. The other property managers should apply for an apartment here in order to know what the experience should be. Thank You both

    Love , Love the atmosphere! Natali was the greatest. She took the time to listen to my needs and was able to provide me the apartment that I needed.     Natalie gave me instant and superior customer service finding me a fabulous apartment. I needed a place to live immediately and she was able to accommodate me immediately with the PERFECT apartment at a great savings helping me financially!! I was overwhelmed by her compassion.

    My family and I lived here for the past three years. We hated that we had to leave! We absolutely LOVED living at TCV! Mechelle and Donica are awesome! If we ever had a problem it was taken care of quickly. This is best community I’ve ever been apart of, you’re treated like family!

    I’ve been living here for the past three years. Management has always been courteous , friendly, and prompt in dealing with any issues. I do have to say there hasn’t been that many issues.     Very rude office staff, pool is always closed. Takes forever for repairs.Things have turned around. Office staff attitude has improved, pool was open most of the summer, and maintenance has completely done a 180. Repairs are done in a speedy and proficient manner now.

    I have lived here nearly two years and any problem or concern has been taken care of in a timely manner.since crime happens any and every where we where, we had a couple of incidents last week .Mgt notified everyone and had crime meeting with three police in attendance,!so sad onlof resiattented.
