I want to be honest and share my experience at Tinsley on the Park Apartments. Candace was incredibly helpful in assisting me to find my first apartment. She truly deserves something special for all her efforts. Every time I walk into the office, she greets me warmly with a smile on her face, making me feel right at home. This sense of belonging is exactly what we want in a community. Monica is also very friendly and has been of great assistance. Both Candace and Monica prioritize the residents needs and always go above and beyond to help with anything required. Additionally, Cely from the concierge is very, very friendly and always helps with your needs, making the experience even better. The maintenance team does an outstanding job. Every member is wonderful, very helpful, and kind, ensuring that all tasks are completed correctly. One of my favorite apartments. I love the location. The staff Candace, Monica, Christina, and Amber are wonderful. They are both very friendly and professional. The manager Adrian listens to my concerns and ensure the property is maintained. The socials are good using a great caterering company. From day one, they have made my apartment living experience great.

I have lived at Tinsley for almost two weeks now and it is great. Monica was extremely helpful throughout the entire application process, especially considering I had a quick application to move-in timeline! She was knowledgeable about the property during the tour, she was attentive while I completed the application, and she even stayed late on a Friday to make sure I was able to move in on the next day as planned.My living experience thus far has been great- the apartment was cleaned before I moved in, maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours, and I have no complaints!

Hello! My boyfriend and I just toured on Saturday the 21 at 12:30pm. When we first got there we thought our appointment was at 11:30am but it was not showing up in the system graciously Monica took the time to look and set us for 12:30pm. She did a very lovely time explaining everything to us and taking us around the complex and showing us the floor plans we liked. Monica made it very easy us to make a decision and we cannot wait to make Tinsley on the Park our future home!

In the recent weeks I viewed a few Apartment complexes and Tinsley on the Bayou was the most comfortable. Monica is the young lady that assisted me and she was absolutely wonderful, I enjoyed how she took her time and explained to me what Tinsley had to offer. I recently toured with Monica on 9/3/24 ! BEAUTIFUL property ! Nice amenities! Great location! Monica answered all of my questions the property is currently undergoing upgrades do bare with them but the gym fully equipped comes with a Barre studio and trainer Tuesdays Thursdays, a massage room, the pool , the game room and conference centers are emaculent! Thank you so so much for letting me tour the one bedroom A3 STUNNING with new fully loaded refrigerator and stand in shower.. editing the only cons would be the parking, the excessive $40 lifestyle fee on top of the rent which should be included with rent as amenity fee and the security deposit was steep for right now! Besides that I loved it !

Me and my boyfriend was driving by when we saw this complex and was able to tour with Lauren, she was highly professional and very knowledgeable about the property, she was super nice to me and my boyfriend, and we look forward to leasing and applying soon! The amenities were AMAZING, the pool is GORGEOUS, and the view of downtown is one of the best ones Ive seen. The place smelled so good as compared to other mid-rises Ive been touring! Most leasing professionals are careless these days, but Lauren definitely seemed passionate about her job! Thanks for an amazing touring experience!

Honestly the best property I’ve stayed at! All of the staff are helpful and professional, especially Sam! He’s always so attentive when I need anything. The amenities are a 10/10. My only compliant is the dog park, some residents don’t pick up after their pets, yuck! I also wish they had more floor plans with a full city view. Aside from that, all around good property :)

I recently went on an apartment tour at Tinsley on the Park and was lucky enough to have Sam from the front office show me around. Let me tell you, Sam is a tour guide extraordinaire! Not only did he answer all of my questions with ease, but he also managed to make the tour entertaining and engaging. Sam kept it classy and professional while still keeping me laughing.When I mentioned that I was looking for a place with a yard, Sam immediately knew which units would fit the bill and quoted me a price/move in date.I have to say, Sam has a real talent for sales. His ability to read my needs and recommend a unit that fit my lifestyle was impressive. Plus, his awesome personality and quick wit made the tour all the more enjoyable.As for the apartments themselves, they were top-notch. The amenities were great and the location couldnt be beat. But in the event I move in, it was really Sams enthusiasm and knowledge that would seal the deal for me. Overall, Tinsley on the Park gets five stars in my book, and Sam deserves a raise for being such a fantastic ambassador for the community.

Ive been living at Tinsley for 6 months now and its such a great place to live. The location speaks for itself but the amenities and care by those that run it are what really stands out. Sam and everyone in the office are always pleasant and attentive to residents needs. I had a relatively complicated move-in where timing was of the essence, and they made sure it was easy and smooth for me.The view from the roof top grillin n chillin area is unreal, gotta be one of the best views of downtown in the entire city. Every common area is well kept, comfortable, full of awesome amenities, and overall, just a nice place to relax. Wait until you see the pool! Full of cabanas, shaded lounge seating, in water pool chairs, and a huge gilling area. I spend a ton of time at the pool and its always clean.Youre also right off Buffalo Bayou so if youre somebody who likes/wants to spend a lot of time in that park, youre 1 block away from being right in it. Short walk from the dog park there too.Its like a $5 uber to downtown, midtown, montrose, the heights...etc. I go out a lot so its nice to be so close to many of the areas I frequent and be able to get to/from for cheap.You really cant go wrong living here. Its not a cheap place to live but theres good reason for that.

I recently moved to Tinsley on the Park and I have to say this experience has been so easy thanks to my amazinggggg leasing agent SAM! I was moving from DC to Houston and was unable to actually see any properties in person. Every single time I tried to set up virtual tours with many other properties in the area I was given the run around or just ignored. With only 2 weeks before my desired move in date, I called Tinsley and spoke with Sam who was so consistent with communication! He always responded to emails quickly and returned calls. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all of my 200,000 questions. And he sent me videos of the unit I was interested in. I could not be more grateful for his excellent customer service. So far I am loving my new apartment! I also noticed early this morning a security guard sitting outside the gated garage. So that was comforting since I read that there is a lot of car theft and vandalism in apartment garages all over Houston.

I am extremely happy with our apartment at Tinsley. The apartment is beautiful and very clean our neighbors our friendly. I love how the amenities are always kept up with. The security system is awesome! It really feels like home and Bibiana was a great help in getting us here. There have been resident events which have been awesome. We are new to Texas so it is an awesome opportunity to meet new people. Also want to add today we had an “issue” with the dishwater and sent in a maintenance request and they came to our door 7 minutes later!! That was amazing. Turns out it was user error, so the dishwasher worked perfectly. But it goes to show they make sure you are always taken care of. This is so far the best apartment I have ever rented. 10/10 Tinsley! :-)

Talk about LOCATION! Wow this place was so nice! Walked in and was greeted by Victoria. This agent had such a great vibe and really knew so much about the property and its features. I have lived at Tinsley on the Park for about 8 months and I have absolutely loved it. The amenities are great and there is always some kind of community event going on. The location is very convenient if you work in Downtown and tons of entertainment such as restaurants and bars in the area. They have many floor plans to best fit your needs that have a beautiful interior. The property was recently purchased but we were all informed and the transition was very smooth. The staff and management are very helpful as well as the maintenance crew! They also have a courtesy officer on duty, which makes me feel even better about the safety of the community! I definitely recommend checking them out!

I am at the end of my lease here with Tinsley, and I honestly had a great time living here. The best thing thing about this complex is the courtyard, rooftop deck, modern kitchen, and the property manager Elvis. Elvis has been so helpful and kind since the day I met him when I came in for a tour. He is very caring and super professional at handling anything and everything. If you have any problems at all you can count on him to help you find a solution. The rental price here is extremely fair as well consider the location. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a city life.

Great place to live! Location for an active lifestyle can’t get better. You are a short walk from Buffalo Bayou and less than a mile from Downtown. Everything you need is close by. The gym and pool are great features of the property. Staff is always available to help with amazing energy!

Had an issue with move-in. My leasing agent didnt send over the welcome package so I didnt know everything I needed to have setup before move-in. The resident portal checklist had water, electricity, and renters insurance on the list but not gas so I had to quickly set that up. But it was her first week so I dont fault her for it. I get off work at 4am sometimes and I never have issues finding parking in the garage so thats a definite plus! You can hear people walking past your front door in the hallway but the actual walls of the apartment must be super insulated because I cant hear jack squat from my neighbors.

We moved in a few months ago and love living here. The apt interior is great, the amenities (skydeck, pool, gym, zen garden) are fantastic, and maintenance is always very friendly and responsive. I see some complaints about neighbors here, but sometimes that will be unavoidable living in an apt complex. We experienced rowdy visitors down the hall one night who ended up ruining the hallway during Hurricane Harvey, but Yvan came very soon after to check it out / clean up after we reported it (even with everything else going on with the hurricane). We have had a great experience so far living here and recommend it.

I appreciate your quick attention to make my daughter feel better about her decision on her first apartment in Houston. Thank you.

Natalie and the staff went out of their way to purchase an iron and board for us. I will regret the day when we cant stay there again to visit our daughter.

After Greystar took over Tinsley on the Park, it has been nothing but a positive experience. I went from frustrated and wanting to move out because of the previous management company, to renewing my lease. Everyone in the team is great! Starting with the property manager Elvis and everyone in the office, to the maintenance guy Jose and everyone else that up keeps the property!If Elvis or anyone in the office say they are going to do something, they do it. Everyone in the entire team is very polite and maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Ive never had an issue not been resolved the next day after submitting an online request. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a hassle free living experience.

Tinsley On the park is a great place to live and visit, It has everything you may need, a nice gym with really nice equipment, it has an amazing pool with sports to cook at, it has a beautiful skyline view where you can see all of houston, and most importantly it is always clean. The people who work there look very professional and will help you with any concerns you may have. I would really recommend these apartments!

Beautiful apartment complex, so good I signed twice. The staff is incredibly attentive and extremely kind. The complex is gorgeous and clean, and the pool is to die for. 10/10 would definitely recommend living here!

The location is amazing! I love that I can walk to Buffalo Bayou and there are plenty of stores and shopping nearby. Also, a cheap uber ride to midtown bars which are 3 minutes away! The maintenance staff is so helpful as well! The price is pretty high for my taste, but thats what you pay for the location and amenities. I definitely recommend this place!
