    Moving is already difficult 😕 🙃 but add Christmas and a move in date where Texas decided to do one of its only snow days - talk about stress.However, the leasing staff, maintenance, and neighbors have all made this SO pleasant and inviting for us.Im so very consoled that I have a home here for many years. And cannot wait until this summer when our girls 😍 can enjoy all the amenities!

    The ladies in the office are always so helpful & so sweet. They’re not afraid to answer any stupid questions (I ask a lot, so I’d know). Maintenance is always on point. Juan is very personable & came to fix my heater today (took him 2 minutes). This is definitely one of the better apartment complexes in Abilene.

    He was amazing! He showed up, helped me with some issues that I had going on from prior maintenance, plus the washer fix I actually needed him for! Also told me to let him know and he would help hook up my new dryer! Very nice, hardworking and respectful!! Very happy with his time, effort and work ethic!

    Chloe and John are the best! They helped my friend out when her battery died in her car and helped us jump start it. It was nice that they took the time to do it when they were already in the middle of doing their own things! We appreciate you guys!

    So far so good. Been here a few months with my toddler and husband. I feel safe here and really haven’t had any problems. We got a good deal on our unit and I like being on the third floor. Our appliances are a little older, but they work so no problem. Any time we have had issues with something requiring maintenance, it has been handled quickly and efficiently. Our neighbors are really chill too. Great area to live in that’s close to a lot of things. Lots of storage space and just space in general. Office staff have been good to us. We haven’t had any bug issues or noise issues and like I said, I don’t feel unsafe here for myself or my toddler. I feel like our neighbors keep an eye out for each other.Ok. Edit. So the new neighbors we have smoke weed all the time, front door wide open sometimes and we’ve complained multiple times and nothing has been done. That shit soaks through the walls like crazy and we have a two year old, so that’s fun. It stinks. Also our down stairs neighbors are always loud. Banging around and yelling at their kids crying all night. I know we aren’t the only ones complaining about them both, and nothing ever gets done. So idk, maybe an honest Google review might do something. We shall see. Other than that, my original review is still pretty solid, just wish our genuine complaints about not wanting to smell weed all day didn’t go unnoticed. We really like this place, but come on…come on..EDIT EDIT : I appreciate someone actually reaching out to me verbally...even if it was after the previous edit. Lets see if the citations issued and the fear of the on-property security checking every once in a while, will be good enough for the people next door to take a hint. I do feel better as a resident that at least citations were issued. Fingers crossed. Thank you again.EDIT EDIT EDIT : Its been about a month and while the smoking from neighbors completely stopped at first...now its happening again but not nearly as much. We had our apartment inspected, and of course nothing was found. Id bet theirs was to and they hid things well or in their car, but oh well. I cant really fault the apartments as they did try and it worked for awhile. I hope they keep their word and have the on site security check in with them occasionally, of course this usually happens late at night and weekends. Oh well. I dont know if we will renew if we have to keep living in this building, but we will see.Hopefully final edit : The smoking has ceased for a few weeks now. Thank God. Listen idc if you smoke or whatever, but do it in your car or the park or somewhere where kids arent inhaling it in. Our building is literally full of children. We recently re signed our lease and hopefully wont have to deal with that crap anymore. I appreciate the complex doing whatever they did to really make a point to those guys.

    Our maintenance guys are awesome. Juan and John are both so sweet and thorough with what they do. The ladies in the office are always super helpful when we need it. When we had some issues with things they did what they could to get it fixed. Theyve got a great team here!

    Timber Ridge Apartments is a great place to live all the amenities and everything are outstanding. Staff is wonderful from the girls in the office to the maintenance staff that work diligently and very hard. If you are not living at Timber Ridge, you are missing out.

    On April 19 I had the pleasure of meeting David and Dan who are maintenance employees here at Timber Ridge. They were polite, funny, professional, very patient with me and most importantly they took care of all my issues. Timber Ridge is lucky to have such dedicated and experienced men working for them.     I have been here seven years this year. This has been a great apartment complex. The people who have worked in the office have come and gone Shante the office manager is a great person to work with. She has been here six years and she will work with you if you are willing to work With her. Like with every apartment, they have their ups and downs. Maintenance is awesome at what they do.And I appreciate everything that Timber Ridge has done for me.

    The best maintenance service ever. I just needed one thing fixed and he helped me out with more small things. He was thorough is what he was doing. He explained to me the problem so I could avoid the same issues in the future! He was really sweet and didn’t leave anything unfinished. 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Hosted my daughter’s birthday in the main office. Chante was super helpful and made the rental process quick and easy! Staff was also great! This area was such a perfect place for us to host! Lots of seating for our guests and a kitchenette that allowed us to get food and drinks ready! Overall was an easy and nice experience for everyone!

    Juan Rodriquez did a WONDERFUL job figuring out what was keeping my air house hot still even after replacing my compressor or whatever it is called. Ever since he got the inside fixed my ac keeps the whole house cool and especially at night time too.

    Timber Ridge is a very decent place to live. The front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating and are friendly, too. Annual checks are regularly done ensuring a safe place to stay. The area is clean and peaceful - one of the reasons I love to stay here.

    So far not a single problem with these apartments. Maintenance team is usually quick with work orders and everyone in the leasing office is very nice and approachable. Shoutout to Chloe and Sorrell for being so helpful and always spoiling my dog with treats every chance they get!

    As I was looking for an apartment for a friend, I visited this community based off the reviews online. When I visited I told the ladies in the office i wasn’t looking for myself but for a friend and I am unfamiliar with what info i should pass along. They all helped me by writing all the info down on a floor plan list and emailed me pics so I can send over. I was very surprised by the instant hospitality and even though I didn’t personally lease they made me feel welcome.

    Sorrell was fantastic. Great service!I havent seen the apartment Im leasing yet but once she hands me the keys I will update yallUpdate. First impressions are good although I havent officially moved in yet. Have not tested any showers or appliances. If I find any issues will most likely be minor and a quick fix

Sorrell Johnston the assistant manager was very helpful, and insightful when it came to any questions I had answering them to the best of her ability.     Great staff in the office! I have lived here for two years and no problens with the staff. The maintenance personnel are always professional and quick on fixing any problems I have had. The complex is kept very well even with multiple dogs living there. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

    This is the BEST apartment complex in Abilene. People need to realize that this is also in the most congested area in Abilene, (and Abilene being a college town) there will be young kids in apartments! It comes with the territory! I have lived here for over a year and have no complaints at all, in fact if youre looking for a nice place to live for a short period of time, this is the top of the list. Lisa is one of the best apartment managers Ive come across, you will be taken care of if you are a decent person.
