Thank you Jenn, Laura and Michelle! Jessica thanks for showing me the little iPhone trick.This has been home for years, I have moved to other properties, newer properties and none of them come close to the Vineyards. Apartments are built so that you are not sharing too many walls, very spacious and comfortable. People stay for many years or transfer to another apartment on property. They only leave if they have bought a house. Everyone walks on the property, neighbors are kind and respectful. Michelle the Property Managers is always available if you need her and does a really good job of making sure needs are met. This time around I transferred to another apartment on property, Jennifer, and Laura took excellent care of me, I got a great rate and my apartment is as fabulous as the other. They are busy bunch over here but take the time to make sure move in is smooth and spotless. You will love it here and so will the kids and animals. Maintenance is fantastic, they always take care of issues and then some. Appreciate all of you, thank you so much! 20 Stars!!’

I just recently moved into this apartment community, and I am incredibly pleased with the leasing office staff and maintenance service. Jessica, helped me with my application process, she is THE BEST whether its answering questions or resolving issues, they handle everything with a smile and genuine care. The leasing staff are exceptionally helpful, welcoming, friendly, and respectful, with Jessica and Jennifer standing out as the best due to their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personalities. The maintenance service is excellent, with requests addressed promptly and efficiently. Overall, 5 stars for the leasing office staff and maintenance service.

My wife and I have lived here in The Vineyards Apartments over 13 years. It really feels like home! Michelle the Manager has been here many years and her staff keep the grounds in such beautiful condition, the flowers are just gorgeous. This is a gated community and only residents have access, so we really feel safe! When you decide to lease you will talk to Jennifer she also has been here many years, you will love talking with her she is so easy to talk to, she really listens to your cares and concerns so you get the right home for you. Come check it out for yourself, I know you will love it like we do!

You redefined excellent customer service with your amazing work ethic and customer first approach.So sad that I could not move in this time due to work commute being too long, but would love to be back some time in near future and would highly recommend to my friends and fellow international community members to try out this place.Well maintained community, super calm and quiet neighborhood. Overall, this is a good community to live in. I have lived here for about two years now. I have worked with Jessica and Jennifer several times and their customer services have been nothing but amazing. Michele and Laura are also always there to help. All my work orders and complaints have been taken care of without any issues. I enjoy spending time playing the pool 🎱 located in the front office. The gym and the swimming pool are awesome. The staff also helps to connect people in the community by organizing several occasions throughout the year which I think is a great idea for meeting your neighbors. Parking has not been a problem since I moved here. Yes of course there is always room for improvement and I believe the management is committed to ensuring that will happen within reason. I recommend this community to anyone out there looking for a decent and safe place to live!

This is a good community overall to live in. I’ve lived here on 2 separate occasions once from June 2018-Dec 2022 and I just came back end of October 2023. The reasons I value this community and came back is management and Office staff Michelle, Laura, Jennifer, and Jessica are all great and turnover isn’t high like other communities. Michelle and Laura property manager and assistant manager are both caring about the property and fair. They are always looking for ways to improve the community within reason. The parking where I currently live can be a bit challenging but they did tell me that upfront and I’m adjusting to it. I’ve never experienced issues with pest while living here either. As they’re really good about having pest control maintain a regular schedule. Maintenance for the property is fine as well. If for some reason something isn’t properly fixed the first time they are good about correcting whatever the issue is. The Vineyards also host events for the residents throughout the year which gives us the opportunity to meet our neighbors. Many of the people who live here are very friendly and like to help one another. This is a great diverse, safe, and quiet community to live in whether single, have a family, or for couples. This community isn’t perfect no community is but Im very happy that I moved back.

The Vineyards Apartments in Frisco were by far one of the best apartments I’ve lived in over the past decade. Having moved to Texas in 2021, I lived in a complex that was consistently having ant/rodent issues, closed down amenities, and the worst management I’ve ever seen (**cough cough** Ridgeview Ranch Apartments); however, I moved from there to the Vineyard Apartments in 2022 and lived there for 2 years. If it wasn’t for moving into a new house, I would still be at the Vineyards. From the amazing management (Jessica, Jennifer, and Laura) who are always going above and beyond, the amenities that are always clean / taken care of, beautiful apartments, and the friendly neighbors, I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to l consider the Vineyards. From move in to move out, you won’t be disappointed.

Exceptional Costumer Service. From the very first visit on my hunt for apartments, Jessica Balderas, in the Frisco lease office, performed high level of professionalism and kindness. Not only for her bilingual capabilities, which is definitely a huge convenience, but also and mainly, the way she gets involved, guiding you through the application process; her interest on meeting my specifications; the patience on the showings every time with a smile, built a special bond and made me feel that I was in the right hands. This is my first time such an amazing experience living in apartment in america.Generally other places I have seen , until the time we move to the apartment they are polite , and then they do not care about you.BUT , In Vineyards apartment I am living here almost 3 months , their behavior is very sweet which is same as the time when I moved here.Jenn - Leasing consultant - I was looking for east facing apartment desperately .She came like a Goddess , saying hey your east facing apartment is here :-) He processed all the formatities with other leasing consult Jessica (always very helpful too) just within 1 hour .Then I met Asst. manager Laura - a smiling face -always ready to help .Finally Met the manager Michelle - I have very rarely seen such a gentle woman in my life . She welcomed me in such a way as if she knows me for long time . She is much more interested in Arts and culture too. During the talk I just expressed casually that I am a musician , singer . I shared her a youtube link. She praised me for that .Finally after few days , I came to know that Michelle went to some Indian restaurant for dinner and there she requested the manager of the restaurant to play my video song in their TV.OMG - It never happened to me in my life in America . Such a nice people-Everyone!Finally I love to express the truth very honestly that this place is great for living , here leasing stuffs are great and very respectful to everyone .Their maintenance work is very very quick . They kept very well expert , polite and gentle staff too .I love to announce If you are looking for apartments , please come and join here - Great Place - Filled with fresh air and greenery

We have been living at The Vineyards since 2011, and it’s been great. We love Jennifer and Jessica, they are always helpful and courteous. Everything is so close to this location. Our son’s school is 4 mins away. The apartments are older but maintenance is great and they keep apartments in the great shape. We never moved out because this place is so lively, it feels safe and home. You will always see someone walking outside and working out in the gym. It’s fun for all kids to get together and play.

Her friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel valued as a prospective resident. We also met Laura when we printed paperwork at office , she is also very nice and helpful.We received excellent support from the maintenance staff if had an issue. People make all the difference and the relationships I have enjoyed with the staff are priceless. Jenn, Jessica, Laura, Michelle, and JC to name a few have given me confidence that I am secure (its a gated community) and comfortable with the beautiful landscaping, clubhouse and pool. I love living here! The trees and clean grounds make it feel like a real community but the staff and the residents make it feel like home. Ive lived here for almost a year and I LOVE IT. The staff are very friendly and timely. Jessica and Jennifer truly treat you like family. This apartment went above my expectations expectations as an older property. The Floorplans are spacious and if anything needs fixing they come within 2 days to resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

We moved into the Vineyards Apartments a few days after we landed in the US. We got a recommendation from a friend in Frisco. We came to see the apartments and received a very professional walk-through from Jessica in the leasing office. We took a tour of the large and well maintained estate in the battery operated buggy driven by Jessica. We saw the vacant apartment and we were pleasantly pleased to see how well maintained it was despite our short notice visit. We moved in a few days later. We have always received excellent support from the maintenance staff if had an issue on moving in. There is an efficient work order system that tracks the order to completion followed up by a feedback from the apartment resident. When ever we come here to the Club House it is always a pleasure to be warmly received by Jessica, Jennifer and Laura! they are the best! The Tennis Court, Gym and swimming pool offers healthy recreation for the family. Location is lovely and quiet.

Apartment is well maintained, all the staffs are helpful & everything about this neighbourhood is wonderful.

My family and I moved to Texas May 28, 2017 from Los Angeles due to relocation with my job. Before the move, I came down here solo to look at apartments to get an idea of where we wanted to live based on the location of my job. We even placed deposits on two apartments which we were certain about when returning for good. Once we arrived, we stayed at my brother in-law’s house as neither apartment would not be ready to move in for a month and a half. In the midst of waiting, we continued to look at apartments locally due to either price or location of the other two. We stumbled upon The Vineyards Apartments online and decided to visit the same day. We were greeted by a wonderful staff at the time when arriving. After viewing the complex and apartment, we decided to put a deposit down as they advised that we could move in the following week. Unfortunately, I lost my deposit for one of the apartments we intended to move into, but it was worth the loss. It has been a blur since moving in as we have not looked back. Although staff here has changed slightly, Jennifer, Jessica, Michelle and Laura are like family to us. They are always attentive to our needs and in a very timely fashion. All of them are very sweet as well. Our lease was up the beginning of November and we were seriously considering buying a home, but the amazing experience here has made us stay another year. Kudos to the front office for a job well done! You guys rock! Love you bunches!

I have been living here for more then 5 months now and have never come across such wonderful apartments and especially such awesome staff at the Leasing Office ( everyone is best but Charlie is one of the excellent person) , there were so many instances where I had to go pickup my package almost after closing their office but they never hesitate to help people out at to the best. And coming to the Apartments these one of the best to live around here , very neat, well maintained , excellent maintenance team and never had issues finding a parking Spot. I have called this place home since 2013. The floor plans are modern and comfortable. The grounds are always clean an its a pleasant neighborhood to live in. The entire staff is professional and is always there for me if I need anything done. Derek and Jennifer are always helpful and have my interests in mind. Also Brittany is back as well so the place is running top notch. I highly recommend this place . The pool area is amazing in the summer time. They also throw great parties for the residents that is always family friendly. The location is also convenient for shopping and other needs. Give them a call.

8/7/22Thank you ladies & maintenance!!!************************Update: 5/6/22Parking Issues towards front by building 4. Its hard to find parking spaces near buildings 4, 5, & 6. Parking is filled up in the evenings.Emailed and called office to ask about vehicles that have flat tires and have been sitting in a parking spot that residents can actually use. Stalled vehicles are still taking up spaces that residents can actually use.***************************The staff are warm and wonderful. They will work with you no matter what situation you are in. Michelle, Laura, Jennifer, and Charlie are amazing!!! Maintenance are awesome as well. Walter and others are always there to fix anything that needs to be fixed.We live on the first floor and dont mind hearing any noise from neighbors. We live in apartments and youre going to hear your neighbors.The apartment we moved into has no carpet which is great because we have young children. The floors are easy to clean.We are glad that we chose to this place to live in. I highly recommend this location if youre looking for a place to stay.Its only a walk to the Collin Community College Frisco Campus. Its not that far from the mall or Wal Mart. Its a wonderful location.

We moved in The Vineyards Luxury apartment in July 2013 and its almost three years now.The service here is really nice and quick. The staff is helpful.The apartment complex is spacious enough and clean.The location is real close to major highways and right next to Preston which makes it easy to commute.The view from patio is facing wide open area towards Preston and has a daycare for kids right in the front (Kids r kids) of our building.Fun to watch kids playing on the ground.We love it here and will highly recommend anyone who plans on moving here to be our next neighbour! Welcome!

We had an exceptional experience at The Vineyards. The staff (Jessica, Jennifer, and Laura) were always pleasant and easy to work with. They always went the extra mile to help us in any way. I cannot express enough of how much we appreciate, and value the experience we had at The Vineyards. What also impressed us was that they were always making improvements and keeping the facilities clean. They were very responsive to any of our request, and without exception managed the trash pickup extremely well. I do not see how our experience could have been better. I want to thank the staff at The Vineyards for all that they did to make our experience at The Vineyards an exceptional one!

Moving from out of state is always a challenge and after visiting a few properties in Frisco we decided to go with the Vineyards because the office personnel was just wonderful. We had a great unit (ours was a remodeled one) and we got everything we needed, maintenance was helpful when needed and answered on a timely manner. I had an old dog and got a unit right in front of the dog park. Overall, it was a great experience, we left due to a job offer out of state.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a summer and the staff was extraordinarily helpful! I wouldn’t have been able to have my internship at a company in Frisco without them. Jennifer and Jessica were the best and did so much to make sure we were able to move in. Easily the best experience in an apartment complex that we’d had. Just moved in so far so great, only issue is the parking and being 6 months pregnant it kind of sucks to have to walk from one side of the complex to the other but the office staff was so understanding and so wonderful and the manager, I believe his name is Lyle, gave up his carport for me. Which was SUPER nice of him and he didnt have to, but incredibly appreciated. The community is nice and the maintenance guys are incredibly friendly. Great place to live. ❤❤

I have lived here for just under a year. Generally a nice place to live for the price. Washer/dryer included without any additional leasing fees tacked on. Front office/gym just recently rebuilt and looks great. Staff are overall friendly and helpful. Good location right off of Preston. Maintenance tends to my requests within a few days or so. Personally haven’t encountered many parking issues.

Very quiet place for families. The community is gated and makes you feel safe. Even though it is next to a busy street and close to shopping center (Aldi, Kroger, CVS, Kohls are nearby with a bunch of dining options), once you enter the Vineyards, you forget everything else. There are a lot of trees in and around. Always enjoyed my daily walks. I wish there were sidewalks within the premises. There are sidewalks outside to enjoy your evening or late night strolls.One of the gripes I have with this place is with the residents who do not pick up after their pets. Even though there is a designated pet area residents rarely use it and choose to use grass areas where children play. Due to my short stay I did not notify the management about this issue. I am sure they would enforce strict policy if made aware.Jessica and Laura are the best and the friendliest folks I have ever met. I did not have any major maintenance issues with the unit but Jessica was frequently checking in with us regarding our stay. Unfortunately our stay was short. Move in and move out process was very smooth thanks to Jessica and Laura.I would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay here.

This is a beautiful and well built and maintained apartment complex. Floor plan is modern, built quality is good, roads always clean, trashes are collected daily, nice pool and nice gym. My wife and son have lived here for almost one year, very positive experience with the apartment itself.BUT, the down side is the people who live here.. Some crazy and low people live here. Although the pool is nice, it is occupied by some rudest and uncivilized scums. My wifes car was used as smoke ashtray by some other crazy residents, left stains and damaged the paint.I would give 5 stars to the apartments, but 0 to some bad residents.

This was my first apartment and I lived at The Vineyards for two and a half years. Overall major problems with the management, community, or complex. Very spacious living space!Parking isn’t perfect but it was only an issue when you had to carry groceries to and from your apartment when you parked on the other side of the complex.Had a two instances were auto payments not going through. Worked with staff in the office, found out it was a computer error; management dropped the charge for the late fee.If you need maintenance done, call them or stop by to submit your request, do not submit an online request. They will come out to resolve your issue, time based on severity of the issue. My dishwasher was leaking into the apartment below me late one night, around 9 or 10pm, and they came up to stop the water and figure out the problem. They ordered the part and a few days later it was back up and running. My key broke while trying to enter my apartment and the maintenance guy was there in just a minute or two to let me in and fix the issue. If a light bulb goes out, they may come out to fix it, depending on their current schedule. But seriously its a light bulb, go buy one.Staff at the complex is great! Most of them live there and were easy to communicate with. Even went through a change in management and did not notice a difference of how the complex operated. They gave 48-hour notice if they were going to do any inspections or walk throughs.Community is a wonderful mix of people! Families with kids, older adults, and even young adults. As long as you’re a good neighbor by respecting others and communicating appropriately there shouldn’t be any issues.Wonderful experience and would recommend this to anyone in the area.

My husband and I moved here a year back during peak COVID times Jennifer , Jessica and Michelle were so helpful and friendly. We felt the warmth and immediately decided to rent the apartment, this is our second year living here and we are loving it. Everything about this Neighborhood is good.I would definitely recommend to my friends.

First off Jessica is the best front office worker I have ever dealt with in all my years of different apartments. The place is clean, fast maintenance times, quiet, friendly, and very affordable for such a good location. Could not recommend it enough, great place!

We moved in The Vineyard Apartment in February 2015 it almost one year now, we lovedthis apartment because it is very spacious and in very prime location. Management and Team are very helpful and friendly,maintenance is take care of any issues.So i would say The Vineyard Apartment is very good .

Vineyards is a great location to live. Its near to Preston road which is very lively by restaurants and shopping malls.Maintainace staff is really very quick, our issues are resolved quickly whenever raised to office. Apartments are in very good condition and well maintained. I will recommend this for families who are looking for apartments with lovely neighborhood.

Management and team are the best. Maintenance is on point and takes care of any issue promptly and professionally. Apartments are comfortable and the grounds well kept. Quiet and tucked away in a neighborhood, but close to schools,grocery stores,etc, without the feel of being in a busy area.

I got home late tonight from holiday travels. I had a work order put in for the left side of the cabinet that had broken (it was the right side that had fallen but I was confused). Then I got a call saying that they had accidentally broken a mug of ours in the right cabinet. It was a mug I had gotten from my husband and my first anniversary trip to Walt Disney World. They told me they found it on Amazon and were going to replace it. I said thank you for offering to buy us it (it meant a lot to me). Of course I was thankful and shocked that they had even offered.When I got home the sweetest note was left for us. They apologized for breaking something that could be sentimental, but here was the kicker. When the shelf fell I had to take out all of the spices on that shelf. I was dreading to have to put it all away when I got home from traveling. But you know what Julie did? She put it all away for me. You may think this was simple but it was not to me. It was the extra step she knew I needed.The Vineyards cares about their tenants like you would not believe. When we first were going to move in, Jennifer told us the night before she was putting all new carpets in for us because they were not up to par.The people who work here are not normal apartment complex employees. They are loving individuals who know what it is like to live in a temporary place like apartments. I mean they have tenants who have temporarily lived here for 10 years!Thank you Vineyards for caring about us. We cannot tell you how much it means.

Great apartment layout and on the cheaper end for the square footage however there is hardly any parking. Residents frequently have people come over to the point that you might have to walk across the entire complex just to get back to your apartment. The utilities are high here too. I will say I called this place home for a short amount of time and had to break my lease. They were more than accommodating when I was in a bad situation. The matienance is always quick to respond and the grounds are well maintained. Its in the heart of frisco so for the price and square footage its very hard to beat in the area.

Penning down my 3 months experience .Day 1 -Feb 6 Landed in Dallas - started doing research for the best apartments to stay in Frisco area...Went through the reviews/comments via Facebook, google etc....Finally shortlisted 4 apts to visit and finalize one of themStarted with the first one which was The Vineyards. Called the office and Jessica helped in booking a slot for inhouse estate tour over the weekend...Jessica a thorough professional worker received me and took tour of the estate in a battery driven vehicle ...at my very first look really liked the house - very well maintained ...was pleased to see the greenery around ..loved the swanky pool...tennis court..gym...though i visited other apts..didnt had that great hospitality experience ....but here@ vineyards - really appreciate Jessica, Jennifer, Laura - all the 3 of staff members are very friendly and they work as one team and help around whenever you need assistance ...has been a great location to choose ...enjoying my stay so far...

The only thing wrong with these apartments is the parking. There have been many times that I have had to park on the street because it was actually closer to park there than inside the gates. They have also recently raised the prices of the covered parking. When I moved in last June it was $25 for covered. I put myself on the list and was given the opportunity to take one after waiting 2 months. I didnt take it as the price doubled to $50. I already pay $75 for a garage!

This place is amazing. From great staff to a gorgeous environment. I feel safe and welcomed. No noise. The leasing office have a tremendous way of communicating with tenants. No negative statements to say about living here.

I lived here for 8 months. The office staff, Derek & Jennifer are incredible. Derek is no longer here & his replacement is rude. The security gates havent worked in months. The friendliness and the immediate response to any complaint, by the office staff (Derek & Jennifer) made up for the lack of security gates.

Staying here in this community from last two months and we are totally in love with this place. Infact we moved here from out state and I booked this place over the internet based on Google reviews and I must say I Do Not regret my decision to stay here. Nice staff specially Jeniffer and kaylne (office managers). They are really helpful and courteous folks who will ensure that your move in is hastle free and smooth with no issues. Community is really spacious with a big tennis court and other amenities. Maintenance requests are handled on time always. Also this place is pretty close to all the eat outs..shops..malls and lots of happening places around. Definetly recommend this place for others.

Wonderful place to live in the heart of Frisco. Friendly management and staff, excellent maintenance, clean grounds and landscaping, and amazing amenities. Great Frisco ISD schools, walking distance to Collin College, and easy access to business parks, Stonebriar Mall and all major shopping, nightlife and conveniences. Reasonable pricing, great floorplans, and safety was never an issue. Great community for students, young professionals and families with children. Highly recommended.

The nice place to live. Apartment are too good. Staff, neighbors all are good. All shops are near by. Rent rates are also reasonable. Only one concern, school bus is not going inside.

I have been living in this property for almost 4 years, in all this time Ive had plenty of interactions with the management staff and all I can say is that they are the most helpful and caring team I have encountered ,they always make sure to find a solution to your needs and they do it with a genuine smile on their faces,in my field of work I have to be in contact with many apartment complexes leasing offices and I can really tell you that we have one of the best on these on these women.
