I had the pleasure of living at Villas San Gabriel, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and hassle-free. They are always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything, making the community feel truly welcoming.The amenities here are fantastic—whether its the well-maintained common areas, the convenient facilities, or the peaceful atmosphere, everything is designed with residents in mind. The location is also a huge plus! It’s in a prime spot that offers easy access to everything you need, making daily life so much more convenient.Villas San Gabriel is perfect for anyone—whether you’re a student, a professional, or just looking for a great place to call home, this is the spot. I subleased from here this past summer and the experience was wonderful. First off, the amenities ranging from the pool/hottub to the gym were great and easy to access. The management was super responsive whenever we had any sort of issue. Additionally, the location is perfectly situated in West Campus and was very easy to park/get around. 5 stars, bravo.

I have very much enjoyed my time here. The building managers were awesome, they always responded quickly and fixed any problem within 24 hours for me. The amenities were amazing! Highly recommend.

Spent an entire year here - Rooms are huge and have great bathrooms as well. Was also great to have a gym and hot tub inside the building. Awesome experience!
