I’ve been living in this apartment for two months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I toured the property, Emily has been exceptional. Her customer service is top-notch; she has been incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions and needs. I had some keys issues in the beginning of move-in and got fixed very promptly! The community is welcoming, and the amenities are fantastic. I truly feel at home here. Highly recommend this apartment complex! It is a quiet neighborhood which I love and very close to things/shops I go to.

We’ve been here at the Verandahs for 3 years and our experience has been great! The area and neighbors are very calm and it’s nice to have the greenery all around. The outside view of the apartments are very nice as well which is what grabbed my attention when looking around. The view from the balcony where we are at is super pretty at night! The only thing I would say is the building we are at has limited parking but no big concerning issue. I really love all the amenities they have: The pool, grill area and clubhouse is well maintained and accommodating. The staff is also very helpful and responsive. Emily and Stephanie have guided us through the renewal process. We are definitely renewing here and would recommend these apartments.

I recently toured the apartments, and I can’t say enough great things about Emily L.! From the moment I walked into the office, she was warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond, taking the time to explain all the amenities and answering every question I had in detail. Her energy was contagious – it’s clear she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place to call home. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, and on top of that, she’s just super cute! My time here at Verandahs I would say has been great. Obviously due to COVID things got a bit difficult in terms of communication and use of amenities but I cannot penalize the office staff and maintenance team for something nobody could prepare for.As for the apartment, I loved the upgraded two-bedroom unit I was able to find. I used to be a leasing consultant in FL so I did my research before moving in. We got the upgraded stainless steel appliances, wood-vinyl flooring, granite countertops, etc. (pictures attached). We loved being so close to many grocery stores, restaurants and major highways.I enjoyed the gym while it was opened prior to quarantine and the equipment was great for an apartment complex. The dog park was right next to my building, super convenient! The Amazon hub is cool, but some of these delivery people are LAZY and leave packages laying around sometimes. The main pool is spacious and has a nice grill area.My biggest compliment would have to be for the maintenance team as they were always friendly and super helpful/responsive to our apartment needs. The online portal was easy to use and submit request.I would say the biggest room for improvement here is communication, as it can be difficult to get in touch with the staff at times and email responses are a bit delayed but it wasn’t absolutely awful for me as I got most, if not all my issues resolved in a timely manner.

We hot to see the unfinished unit before hand, and it was already in great condition. Parking isnt ideal for some of the buildings, but the amenities and location make up for a little walking.

Note: Ive been living here 7 years so this just refers to the current staff and management group. The staff is friendly and responsive and know the tenants by fave. Its gotten a lot better here, the staff is more firm about enforcing rules which is nice because I dont have to watch where I step, trash out, etc. The biggest thing is the tenants and actual visitors of tenants are allowed, especially the pool which is great because I dont have to walk a mile with groceries from where I had to park to my apartment because half of North Arlington decided to throw a pool party. If you are reading reviews looking for a good place to throw your family reunion, try a park not here- youll need a wristband to get in.

Ive been at Verandahs for about six months now and I have to say, Ive had a great experience so far. Before deciding to move here I had visited three other apartment options and nobody, and I mean NOBODY was as friendly, accommodating and communicative as Verandahs. My boyfriend and I have a one bedroom apartment with the vaulted ceilings, open concept, with washer & dryer. For the rent, amenities, gated community, dog park, fitness center and so many other things that are included, I would say that this place is more than fair. I do appreciate that overall it is a very quiet place to live, especially at night. For how convenient it is, I dont think youll find anywhere better. I love how its almost exactly a 20-25 min drive to Fort Worth and the same with Dallas.CONS: Yes, the maintenance does take a bit long to service your unit due to low staff but if you reach out to them consistency theyll come to assist your unit depending on the urgency. Also, the outdoor pool hasnt been open for a while now, if you want to be in pool the indoor pool has always been open and they dont close until 10pm.Overall I would recommend these apartments, and I already have to a couple friends + family.

Micaela and Breonia were super helpful; they allowed us to tour multiple apartments until we found the perfect one. They were also able to get us moved in sooner than we expected! The facility is clean and the apartments are close to many grocery stores, gas stations, malls, etc. We don’t regret our decision to move here!

We moved here in mid September. We were moved into a unit that we honestly think wasnt meant to be lived in yet. We ended up having a leak in one of the walls. We were moved into a different unit which the manager at the time said she was getting us movers, she didnt schedule it. Luckily Stephanie was able to help get some movers later that day. The parking isnt that great, anyone can park anywhere. There are vehicles that never move that are in prime spots that can be used. Maintenance is great, everything is fixed in a timely manner. Ms Claudine is very helpful and nice. We honestly havent had too many problems since first moving in, but we cant agree on the nearly 10% rent increase to renew our lease for our one bedroom. We wanted to move into a 2 bedroom but none of the smaller units will be available by the time our lease is up and 1400 for the ones that are available is a ridiculous amount for an apartment. We might as well get a house at that point. I honestly wanted to renew because of the lack of issues weve had and the interactions Ive had with management.Update October 2020The apartments did work with us on the rent. We didnt have many issues. Our unit had some cosmetic issues with paint drippings on the floor, paint on towel racks, etc. it was a bit off putting. The only main issue was the ac during summer months. I think the windows need to be replaced and updated for the unit to keep cool if not youre paying a ridiculous amount for electricity for a 1bdrm. Maintenance always came when needed. We did have loose floorboards near the dining area. Our time here wasnt bad. If they ever fix the window/ac issues and could get more parking spaces, it would have been great.If we had to rent again in this area, this would be the first stop.

I finished all the paper works, pay my deposit, etc., and just waiting for the move. I live in Pensacola FL, so there is a lot of arrangements that I have to do before moving here. Then yesterday I received an email that the current owner will not move out until July 8th and the unit wont be ready until July 15. That my move-in date got pushed back. I had to call multiples places like insurance, electrics, and change my plane ticket because of this. I am annoyed but thinking to myself that things happens and just hope that the unit will really be ready by July 15th because my work start on July 20th, and I need a couple days to settle in.Previous review: Great place to live in. Breonia gave me such a wonderful tour. They have great amenities, great price, safe area, gated communities, etc. I airbnb in one of the apartment here for a week for apartment hunting and felt in love with this place. Very quiet and it is close to every thing. This will be my new home!

When I got to Texas from California and realized that the apartment I looked for online wasnt going to work out, I had to scramble to look for a new apartment in a couple of days. I was lucky enough to find The Verandahs at Cliffside Apartments and was able to move in quickly with the help of the leasing agent Keisha Cole. She was so friendly and helpful and got us settled into a new apartment quickly. The area is very quiet and has a nature feel to it when walking around. Theres a cute little dog part, a nice swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sunset, and air conditioned gym. The apartment itself is very clean and furnished with a fridge and microwave. I have been very satisfied after living here for a couple months. The housing maintenance responds quickly if the issue is urgent and will respond in about a week for other issues that are not as urgent. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a home, and Keisha made the whole experience of moving in go very smoothly.

Prior to me moving in I was given a unit that I didn’t like so much due to it not having a fireplace and carpet. Keisha came into the office on her off day and worked out a few things to place me where I wanted. Julie helped process my paperwork and helped me get settled in the same day. Since we’ve moved here back in March, we haven’t had any problems as far as neighbors, the office anything like that. We’ve dealt with Julie from the start, she has been amazing! She always looks out for us and stands by her word. There’s another lady in the office (idk her name) but she’s really nice too. We’ve had a few issues with rent and the posting on the website but was resolved. Maintenance is awesome here never had an issue with them. We’re pretty quiet people so maybe that’s why we don’t experience some of the other issues others may have?? But we haven’t had any problems. A few little bugs here and there, nothing major but normal for time of year. Neighbors are cool. We stay in a quiet area so it’s nice.

I love my apartment! I stay on the 1st floor in a large studio, and dont have any issues with loud noises or bumps from the neighbors above. Its a very quiet and reserved complex! Also the staff is amazing, especially Megan, the assistant manager. She will always do whatever she can to make sure you are taken care of! Anytime I have an issue it is taken care of quickly, and they are just all around nice people. Also location wise, you cant go wrong; I stay about 6 minutes away from the 2 major highways, and Hurricane Harbor is right up the street! Lastly they took my German Shepard-Lab, and I had been looking all over Arlington. If you want some where amazing come here!

Ive lived here for almost 5 months and love it! First, their customer service is excellent from the leasing agents to the maintenance guys . I am always greeted when I come in to the office, even the manager is always friendly (which isnt the case in a lot of apartment complexes). Keep it up guys! It makes a difference. No issues with the neighbors, I received a package at my door and it was still there after a late night of work. Maintenance requests are usually done within 24 hours. Access gate is always working, that was a pretty big deal for me. The only few times Ive seen the gate not working it has been fixed within a couple of days. My only complaint would be the trash valet fee, the trash isnt picked up on the weekends which makes the dumpsters full and an eyesore. It should be optional or at least half the price especially for the ones that live close to the dumpster. Overall, Im happy here and plan on renewing my lease provided that my rent doesnt go up much.

Moving to the Verandahs was the best decision i could have made. Not only are the amenities the best in the area, the maintenance crew are always on hand. Anytime Ive had any issues they have gotten to me in a reasonable time. The office personnel are always friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have. The Verandahs are a great choice period!!!.

I just moved into my apartment and my experience overall has been great. This was my first time applying to an apartment in Texas and Rafael made sure I understood everything throughout the application process and kept me updated every step of the way. It’s quiet here and very clean. If you’re looking here then you’ve definitely find a good place to live.

I moved in November of 2017. My stay so far has certainly had some mishaps, but that is life. It is how the staff has handled these mishaps that has impressed me. The leasing agents, particularly Rodderick, are super nice and incredibly helpful. The Management, particularly Shelia, is clear and honest about any situation that may need their attention. The grounds themselves definitely are in need of an update, but it seems they have begun to do just that already. I wish the parking situation, especially the handicapped parking, could be addressed. Too many people park illegally and, although there was talk of a constantly monitoring tow truck, I rarely (if ever) see one. Overall, my issues with this complex are small, in comparison to what they could be. I get a sense that the employees really care about the well-being of their residents and that is appreciated, above all else.

Best stay Ive had at an apartment! Weight room facility nearby is brand new, and has plenty of functionality. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a plus, although I did not use them too often. Never had any problems with management or other. Although I would not recommend this, Ive had my motorcycle stationed outside and never woke up to an empty space. Good people and good apartment complex. A+.

I wanted to come on here and write a great review because my husband and I seriously love living here, and Im shocked at some of these reviews. The apartment grounds are so beautiful and well kept, we have incredible amenities, most apartments have BEAUTIFUL views of nature, every time Ive had to deal with management they have been so kind, and the updates the new management keeps making keep increasing how much we like living here. We plan to stay until we decide to move in to a house, and would not want to live anywhere else!

Rafael Javalera is seriously the best leasing agent! He has been working with us from day of touring the property on and he is always attentive and great with communication. He is easy to get ahold of, quick to answer questions or solve issues. He’s super friendly and personable. He has made our experience with Verandahs at Cliffside great!! His customer service was one of the big deciding factors in choosing this property to move to, and I don’t regret that decision at all.

Chile let me tell ya. From the moment I walked through those office doors these dorks treated me like nothing less than. They made sure all of my paperwork was taken care of and organized. They were always professional. There was always someone available. They got me exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. Yes my joint is dope. The entire team made sure the process was smooth. I have just begun on my journey at Verandahs at Cliffside, and so far it has been a joy thanks to Julie! The property was my first real try in purchase terms and the dream appartment is priceless. Julie did a fabulous job and the pool makes the complex feel more personal than a weekend home. This location is in a beautiful park with pool, jogging/walking paths, creek, horseshoe pits and waterfall, gated campground, tennis courts, lakes, and showers. I have not been so thrilled with my efforts in purchase of real property I dont own!

Im very happy to post a review for The Verandahs at Cliffside in Arlington! I recently called the office needing some answers with a problem, a policy, and a possible resolution. Claudina Long the Leasing Manager answered the phone and I could tell right away she was listening and ready to help! She was so professional and made me feel like I was the only one she had to tend to that day. Claudina made a call for me, emailed me back quickly with some answers, and made sure it all worked out. She went out of her way to help my son and gave me confidence that he is in a great, safe complex where people care. I cant thank her enough! Very sincerely! Julie B
