Moving to TX in a couple months and this was one of many apartment complexes I stopped by however it was the best. Ashley was freaking amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable and the apartment I toured was beautiful! So big & spacious and spotless like it was clean as hell. Very quiet area, very clean gated community & close to a lot of stuff & the rent is WAY cheaper than CO. Super excited to call this place home in a couple months :)

We checked out many other apartments around town and no other places are comparable to this one. All the amenities you get, you really feel like youre on vacation rather than just coming home.Whitney helped us out and made the process felt seamless. And we are very much enjoying our new place.

I have lived here since before the complex was even all the way open. Moved in July 2020. I can’t say enough good things about this complex and the management. Coming from owning my own home into an apartment was a bit daunting, but it’s been so great. The resort pool sold me, then it was the granite finishes, the large gym and the location (close to shopping and friends). They address any issue I have ever had and I love being apart of the community. I have tons of friends here and feel very safe. I have a garage so the parking has never been an issue for me, but it can be sparse. That’s the only thing I can see that would be a problem for some. I would highly recommend this community and complex.

We’ve been living here for almost two years now and I really don’t have anything negative to say about this property at all! Maintenance responds quick to requests, the office staff is very friendly and inviting, and the amenities are great! I can say, sometimes delivery services can’t figure out the package lockers but that’s not to the fault of the apartments. I miss Brandice in the office as well! Has been a great experience for us.

Ive stayed here since 2021 and my experience overall has been positive. The area is nice and youre right next to the developing shopping plaza. The apartments are clean, new, and spacious. The price is very fair compared to other apartments in the area. The parking is limited but free and more available at certain times than others. I had issues with my water bill and month to month fees and the staff was very kind and accommodating the entire time. I only left because I moved cross country. Would highly recommend them. If you have any issues, the staff will make it a priority to help :)

This is my first apartment and the experience has been amazing!! My apartment is so beautiful and perfectly fit for me and my dog. It is a very gated community which I love! The process for everything went smoothly and they really so care about making your stay the best experience. Brandice Smith has been with me every step of the way. I definitely would recommend checking this apartment out.

Great apartment and great staff! Since day one, they have been so helpful and understanding. Amy is the BEST manager any apartment can have, and the supporting staff is even better! Such a great resort style pool and I love the complex as a whole. I truly enjoy living here because the staff is so great as well as the maintenance team. If you have a chance to live here, I suggest you go for it because you will not regret it.

This property has always caught my attention when driving to work everyday. My friend is in the market, so I stopped by to show him what property I’ve been mentioning. We walked into the office and was greeted by Edgar Villanueva, the Assistant Property Manager. He was very welcoming, informative and respectful. The property is new, clean, beautiful and exactly what my friend is in the market for. Edgar really made an impression and is what everyone in the industry should be like when encountering prospects and helping them find there next home. I highly recommend checking this property out if you’re looking for updated appliances, in unit W/D connections and a good location. The only issue I could see arising is parking. It does not seem like there are a lot of resident parking available and tenants can only have one car. There was not very many guest parking spots at all either.

Lovely place with excellent amenities ( pool, club house, exercise room, landscaped grounds, nearby park). Edgar and the staff are helpful, courteous and professional. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Great services like daily trash pickup and fast/efficient maintenance make living here a pleasure.

We visited the TSC apartments and Brandice Smith was very helpful and even let us tour an apartment. The apartments were beautiful and spacious! The community was very well maintained and quiet. We loved the apartments as soon as we stepped on to the property. After touring the apartments and Brandice informing us more on the apartments, she put us on the waitlist. Fast forward we applied and she made the applying stage so easy to understand and is keeping us updated! I would definitely recommend making this your next home! If you do visit ask for Brandice S. she’s great!

I came in for a tour and was already nervous as it is moving from another state and when I came in May gave me the absolute best service from beginning to end, my experience changed from being nerve racking to a smooth and beautiful tour of complex, throughout the whole process May made me feel like I was at home already sadly due to the change in my military orders I wasn’t able to go through with the full move in process but if anyone I know or myself moves to the area Trails at Summer Creek will definitely be a sight to see again.

I moved in on August 7 and I love my new home. It’s not just for the young because I am 69 years old. Sarah was such a big help and I had such a smooth move. I recommend Trails at Summer Creek because you will be happy and love it. Everyone is so helpful and kind.

I could not recommend this place enough, I went to visit a couple of weeks ago with my husband, may gave us a tour around the property my favorite part was definitely the pool area, we view the A4 where it has the w&d in the bathroom/closet area and i am keeping my eye out for that unit, i love it !

The only reason there’s not 5 stars is because of the noise.. these apartments are not quiet at all. But the staff is incredible! Whitney & Sara are such amazing managers. The apartments all around are very nice but my only complaint is the noise.

Finding The Trails at Summer Creek are an absolute treasure for my family and I. The broad expansive amount of high-end amenities and living accommodations are second to none for the affordable price. The location is wonderful, as it resides in on of the most exciting, up and coming areas in the greater Fort Worth area. I would recommend this facility to any and all my friends and family.

Very nice and quiet place to stay. They have a lot of things going on like yoga, wine nights, karaoke night, free breakfast and things like that. Gym is convenient and the pool is awesome.

It is a very warm place and you feel a very good vibe when you enter, I went for a tour and a Latin girl named May took care of me. Since we arrived, she took great care of us and helped us with the Spanish language since we dont speak English very well, She treated us in the best way and was very attentive. She offered us drinks and sweets.
