Kennedy has been so friendly and accommodating I’ve toured tons of apartments before finding the Sadie and she is definitely the best leasing agent I’ve meet. She is the best at her job and her communication/emailing back is so fast and so informative. She’s also super patient this is my first apartment ever and you can tell she never got upset with the amount of questions and concerns I had. Loved her thank you so much!!!

I recently visited The Sadie with a friend to tour the apartments, and we had an amazing experience! Kennedy, the leasing agent, was absolutely wonderful. I went by to your the Sadie Apartment complex..might I say the the floor plans are stunning! Fantastic landscapes! Just stunning! Kennedy showed me around and she was very informative and knowledgeable about the complex! She answered every question I had! Definitely will be keeping The Sadie as a first pick apartment! Found The Sadie after searching for months around DFW of where I should move to because I was incredibly unhappy at the apartment I was living at. Toured the Sadie ONCE and immediately decided it was worth breaking my lease at my former apartment in order to move here ASAP. Kennedy in the office was so incredibly welcoming to me and my partner and really made us feel at home before we even lived here.I moved into these apartments this week and they have exceeded my expectations tremendously. I don’t know if there would ever be a perfect apartment complex in Fort Worth, but this one is pretty damn close.Beautiful property overall, top to bottom. We toured several different units before settling on the floor plan we picked and they are gorgeous and incredibly sleek and spacey, even the ones with smaller square footage. The leasing office is stunning and actually feels like you’re in an art gallery. The Gym is MASSIVE and I don’t see how anyone could need to go elsewhere if they live here to work out. The pool looks great and I can’t wait for this cold Texas winter to end so we can try it out. The neighbors we have met have been so friendly. Absolutely no complaints. I have been ranting and raving about this place for the last week since we have moved in to anyone that will listen. So excited to call this place my home !!!

My daughter and I have been searching for a place to call home for some time now and I do believe we’ve found it here at The Sadie. Aside from it being near the lovely Trinity River walking trails, it’s a place that has all of the what I like to call, “the must haves”, Architectural appeal, security, and a sense of community. I knew the moment I was greeted by Moriah, there was something special about this place. She is just bursting with kindness and knowledge! Before I knew it, she had sold me on a unit that I hadn’t planned on viewing and I absolutely love it!!! I’ve been privileged to meet the entire team, Kennedy, Morgan and Mackenzie who are just simply shining examples of what true professionalism looks like. A special thanks to all the behind the scene staff that keeps this place sparkling!

Some of these recent lower ranked reviews are so funny. This apartment complex is great and for the looks, amenities and the community, it is miles ahead of any other complex in the area. I really don’t think you can find a better complex in Fort Worth. It’s quiet, beautiful and feels like home. Management team is fantastic and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable, and we have had no issues with any of the ongoing construction.Mailboxes are not an issue considering the post office is less than a mile up the road, and it takes maybe 20 minutes to pickup mail (if you aren’t lazy and don’t project that onto the management team). This is a new address, and the property cannot install just any random locks on the new mailboxes as they must be given to the property by the USPS themselves, and that can take months. USPS will not deliver mail to an apartment complex if there isn’t secure locked mailboxes for the units and it has nothing to do with the property. Take up your gripes with the post office. Let’s have some sense people and stop blaming things on the property they have no control over.

Incredible apartments! The Sadie has everything you need and more.The location of the apartments is amazing. Westworth Village is less than a mile away. Downtown, Stockyards and the main FW attractions are less than 10 minutes away. The Sadie allows me to enjoy living in Fort Worth, but also enjoy working in Arlington. The commute is perfect!The community here is vibrant. The leasing team is spectacular. A special shoutout to Mackenzie. She’s the best!Super happy The Sadie is my new home!

Where do I begin! The property is gorgeous!! The units are beautiful and well kept. Location is ideal and close to a lot of different things. Mackenzie went OVER & BEYOND making sure I was happy with my move in. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the process. Definitely a gem!

Kennedy made our entire touring experience so amazing we canceled all of our other tours and applied. We felt so welcomed as soon as we walked in, she was knowledgeable about all the features and amenities. I couldn’t have asked for a better touring experience.After moving update: I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and it has been the best decision. I had the best move in experience, have loved living here, and enjoy use of all the currently available amenities. The neighborhood is quiet even with dogs, maintenance is always quick to fix issues and even worked around my work schedule.

I have lived here for a few months and overall I love it! Leasing team was friendly and addressed all the questions I had throughout the leasing process. Maintenance is always super quick to fix and address any issues I have. Community is friendly, and the amenities are great! The gym is super nice and always clean. The only “downsides” are that we still do not have access to our mailboxes, and have to go pick up our mail at a Post Office down the street which is quite inconvenient. Also, we do not have access to any trash chutes, so if we need to throw out our trash on days valet trash doesn’t come, we are forced into throwing it out outside into already overfilled small trash bins. Some neighbors will leave their trash bins out for days in the hallways, and It’ll stink up. I have also noticed many dog owners do not pick up after their pets outside, so I have to consistently be super careful of where my dogs step to make sure they don’t bring that inside to my apartment. Despite these things, I understand no apartment complex is perfect, so I would still recommend living at the Sadie.

Moving here has to be one of the best decisions we made this year. The energy here is all good vibes. The leasing team are all wonderful people. The common areas are awesome. The gym?! Literally the only place that has an actual squat rack and not a smith machine - that’s a game changer for me.Speaking of this place having great energy, let me tell you a short story of one of my dogs: he has separation anxiety and at our previous apartment, it was bad. REALLY bad. He was not himself - unrecognizable to the point where my boyfriend and I planned on re-homing him. But we decided to hold off until after moving here to The Sadie to see how he does. He’s now the happiest pup and back to his old self. It’s crazy! Separation anxiety gone. Like what?!Dogs definitely sense good and bad energy, and clearly moving here was the best choice for us! We love it here!

Just moved in about two weeks ago, and the place is great! Even though there is ongoing construction, it hasn’t been a bother—the workers are quiet and don’t interfere with our day. Our apartment was perfect and ready to move into as scheduled. The staff is super sweet and always available when needed. The neighborhood is calm, quiet, and feels safe in the evening.Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a place right in the middle of the Stockyards and downtown (only about 4 miles either way).
