Does anyone know which representative is responsible for this district? The drag racing (or maybe solo racing is a better description) at night here is excessive, out of control and a safety incident waiting to happen (i.e. maybe placing speed bumps or detection cameras on the road here) and is going to get someone killed or injured at some point.

Here at The Reserve, we have great management from top to bottom, We have a wonderful property manager Amanda, who will sit down with you and work things out with you in accordance with your apartment home needs. Her top-notch team knows their business and is ready to assist you. It is a friendly and peaceful place to live. The landscaping is one of beauty, keep very clean. I highly recommend this property!

Just signed my lease here. Currently deployed military, Chris was super helpful over the phone very courteous of the time difference & understanding of my situation of being overseas and needing a place to live when I’m back. My girlfriend who stopped by to look at the place for me said he was very nice & helpful. Overall great experience so far. Let’s hope moving in , in March is just as easy!

Absolutely beautiful homes. The reserve is a hidden gem in the northeast. The pools, the clubhouse, the recreation areas, all very pleasing. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The person that stood out the most to us was Amanda Poblano. Wonderful customer service, was able to answer all our questions, and has a very contagious smile. Made my family and I feel right at home from the start.

Moving here from Arizona, I was told by native El Pasoans to stay clear from the NE. Not knowing where these apartments were, I ended up renting in the NE. Anyway, Ive now been in the Reserve for 2 years now, and I must say that I love this spot. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, the grounds are always clean, and you can rest easy knowing there are military and police officers who also live in the community.

Im currently a resident here, Ive been living here for almost a year, and I have to say Chris and Daniela are the best leasing agents Ive ever had. From day one, Chris ensured my living arrangements were taken care of. He was patient and very descriptive about the floor plans and leasing terms. In addition, he walked me through the leasing process and kept me up to date with the process. Whenever I have stopped by the leasing office with questions about my lease or any concerns, Daniela has been accommodating in answering my questions. I highly recommend Chris and Daniels for any leasing inquiries.

I have lived here for almost a year. It has been peaceful for me and my roommate. We had a few maintenance issues with the unit but maintenance and the office staff was quick to respond and fix the issue. We liked our apartment and felt safe. Always received my packages. I lived in building 10 no theft issues. Maintenance is very friendly and so is the office staff. Whenever I had an issue they were quick to respond. I like the location of the apartment because it was off the highway and in between McGregor and Fort Bliss. The only thing I didn’t like was that people allowed their dogs poop and pee every where. I am not a dog owner therefore it was a pet peeve of mines. Management tried their best to fix the issue but there is only so much they can do.

I LOVED my place!!! The appliances and finishes are top notch. From the microwave to the details in my ceiling fan. There were no corners cut. The grounds were always clean and the two pools were a really nice touch. However, what will be most memorable about my two years at The Reserve at Sandstone Ranch would be the staff. But in particular, the maintenance crew. They were EXTFREMELY helpful. Very professional, quick responsive and always friendly. I genuinely cant remember a time where Ive passed a member of the crew and they didnt at the very least wave. I am so grateful for the office staff and the professionalism I was treated with during my time there. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The apartments are definitely luxury style and for the price I was pleasantly surprised. A big thank you to the entire team!!!

Lived here almost 2yrs. Chris was amazing helping us move in and out and so helpful throughout. Loved that they had events for us all during holidays and tried to keep us involved with competitions. Overall they are one of the few apts that are so nice with plenty of greenery, gym, 2 pools, and dog park. Some tenants dont throw their trash in the container or pick up after their dog so it was a bit of a nuisance a few times. Overall good experience here.

Honestly, I moved here after 2 years of living in El Paso. This apartment complex welcomed my family after a horrible experience with a previous complex. The community, maintenance team, and office team are wonderful. We wished we would’ve stayed longer however, due to us PCSing we sadly couldn’t. They were super helpful with our move-out process as well, 10/10 would highly recommend

Maintenance people are very nice. They speak everyday. Helpful. I see them outside cleaning almost everyday. The old guy is very nice. Management has been good so far. I moved in a few weeks ago and had a few issues with my unit but Maintenance was quick to respond to get the issues fixed and when the issue couldn’t be fixed until Monday they called management and management made sure to accommodate me and my roommate. Johnny is great. He is quick and attentive. I will keep you all posted in a fewMonths.

Had a great experience living here, would definitely recommend. Staff is very friendly and responsive, and seem to generally care about residents. Apartments themselves are fairly new and in good condition and the maintenance team responds to problems quickly. Move out was fast and easy. Rent is expensive but there are no hidden fees or stealing your security deposit like many other locations.

This Place is amazing! Very quiet,clean, and safe community. The staff exceeds expectations, very friendly and receptive to what you have to say. They care about the residents a lot and are willing to go out of their way to assist you with any problems you have. I received completely new appliances only because I had a small problem with the old ones. The community is very pet friendly.They have everything you need as far as amenities goes, its like you live in a resort. Oh, and the holiday decorations are always amazing!

I have lived in this apartment for a little over six months now, and I can honestly say that hands down this is the best one yet. Ive stayed all over the place and in all kinds of units, but never have I encountered a leasing office as friendly and interactive and caring as those here. The apartment itself is great, and on the rare occasion that something goes wrong, they immediately respond to it and get it taken care of. Family friendly, military friendly, single friendly, and lots of parties! Choose this place, you wont regret it.

The Reserve at Sandstone Ranch is not only a place that you will come and live. In this place, you will also be treated with a great staff member willing to go above and beyond to serve you and your family. Facility areas are always really clean, one of the things that I like the most is the fact that in the lobby area you’re greeted with some complimentary food, drinks and high-speed Internet connection with a printer for your convenience. A lot of apartment complex only offer you one swimming pool. Here there are two swimming pools and one hot Jacuzzi, for those cold winter nights. My overall experience here has been more than pleasant, so far I have 3 months and I’m not planning to move anytime soon.

The apartments and amenities are very nice. The apartment was spotless when I moved in. It is pet friendly with dog walking stations outside. The maintenance staff has changed out in the year and are very personable and willing to help. The leasing staff, namely Vanessa, bends over backwards to help when I walk into the lobby. As a new person to the area, Vanessa gave me advice on many of the attractions and local flair to enjoy. Vanessa also takes a personal interest in the social events that the complex caters so that the residents get to know one another and you feel as if you are truly in a community that cares about you and your neighbors.

Ive lived at The Reserve since February of 2018. I originally took over someones lease and just recently decided to renew for another year. Johnny Ramos, is very attentive and a great listener. He helped us find a larger apartment when renewing the lease and has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The staff always goes above and beyond what is expected of them. I highly recommend Johnny and this complex to anyone looking for a place to live.

We lived here 2.5 years ago for 8m about and I got orders to deploy they did amazing with working with my orders and getting us out on time. After my deployment we knew we would be moving back into these amazing apartments. We did a lease through email to hold the apartment that worked for us. I love how they do so many parties and get togethers with everyone :) and everyone at the leasing office are amazing and nice! Will definitely miss this place when we pcs. Also the maintenance workers are ANAZING I have never seen one of them not working their butts off!

I currently live in this apartment complex and they have been THE BEST I’ve lived in. (And I have lived in plenty). Excellent management, great maintance, pet friendly, they even work with you with pet deposit payments. I would recommend this place to anyone, you definitely get what you pay for.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a group of staff, Chris in particular is really good at giving you all the information you need and not boring you to death while he’s at it. Answering any questions you may have and doesn’t act as if he’s only talking to you for a paycheck. (Chris himself gets 5 stars!) The rest of the staff is great, everyone works with you and smiles are everywhere. The complex itself is nice, only problem is some of the people who live here but truthfully that’s not The Reserves fault, there’s just some gross, irritating human beings out there. Overall the complex is a joy to stay in, decent people aside from a select handful and beautiful scenery with a relaxing and calm feel to it. I’d recommend this to anyone moving out the El Paso or even just moving around in El Paso.

This is a nice community to live in. Priced only slightly higher than nearby communities but way nicer for the extra $100 a month. Chris at management is awesome! The staff truly is amazing and extremely helpful with and issue that may arise. They are great at making this place a true home for you and your family. There are so many community events, amenities, and sweet treats waiting on you in the office. In my opinion this is the best place to live in all of El Paso.

I really enjoyed living at the facility. The staff was very good to work with and the place was quite nice. I liked the experience of driving into the place - which I know impressed my visitors. I regret I did not use the amenities as much as I should have. Attending the SGM course and working on a college degree made for little personal time.Now for some of the challenges. While it was a 12 mile drive to USASMA, most of the time it only took me 10 minutes and alternative routes were there. El Paso is very spread out - so going anywhere is a long trip anyways. The proximity of the facility to the highway is a strong reason why I chose it after looking at places that appeared to be closer but in reality forced you to drive through neighborhoods and such to get to the freeway.I thought the customer service was outstanding, but they did not respond to voice mails and the e-mail on the web site went unanswered. I let them know this, but it still was a problem. The personal e-mail of the manager was responded to.The facility is nice, but it is contractor grade. The first night I was there (Sunday night too) the washer flooded the kitchen, but their repair person was there in 30 minutes and was very good and helpful. it was fixed the next day. The only real heartburn I had with the place was the location of the apartment on a busy road. The windows may be double pained, but they did not block out the noise. It took some getting used to and I seriously thought of finding another apartment in the facility, but stayed put. The single car garage was small - you could not open a door without hitting the wall, but it was necessary living in El Paso.Overall I highly recommend the place, but would tell someone to not get an apartment on either street that border the west (Sean Haggerty) or north (Marcus Uribe). I would also recommend an upstairs or top floor apartment because it gives you higher ceilings. Lastly, having the garages below you were great so you were not surrounded by noisy neighbors - which, for this place, was not an issue.

I am a resident at the Reserve and about two weeks ago I had a pickup bed full of things to put in the dumpster. As I was unloading it all into one of the onsite dumpsters, two maintenance workers stopped and helped me unload everything. Although I was capable of doing it myself, they took their own time and initiative to help. Thank you Jose and Jesus! Please let them know their kindness to the woman in the red pickup was noticed.

After living here for over 1 year I would have to admit these are luxury at the best. Clean well kept pools, play areas for kids, and movie theaters for everyone. They provide refreshments for the movies (popcorn, sodas, water, cookies) with a different movie each week. Only thing that is an inconvenience is the watering of the lawns, there are some spots that water has been there for over 1 year tempting mosquitoes, the landscapers need to do more landscaping not just mowing the lawns, which are great to look at and walk on for the most part.
