UPDATE:I contacted the Monarch Investment and Management Group, the management company for The Park, and the problem was resolved quickly. We are so grateful and pleased! Thank you Monarch for taking care of my daughter!!! They are aware there are issues and are working to correct them. I cannot ask for more than that. Thank you!!Only giving a 1 star because 0 is not an option. Don’t be misled by the leasing office that is newly renovated. NOTHING else in the complex has been updated. My daughter was shown the model. She signed lease. Went to get her keys and she was placed far in the back of complex. NOT nice! The apartment had clean carpet, but that was it! It reeked, I mean, REEKED of marajuana!!!! The bathroom was disgusting as were under the cabinets. The vent was filthy! Tried getting out of lease, woman was indignant that it would cost $2850, even though this was presented fraudulently. I’ve called three times and emailed the management company with no response. So beyond disappointed!!! I have contacted our family attorney. This is disgraceful!

I’ve had a positive experience living at The Park. The location is convenient with easy access to shopping and dining. The amenities provided, such as gas grills and laundry facilities, were well-maintained and added value to my stay. The maintenance team was prompt and efficient in addressing any issues. I lived here for yearssss. No delayed problems that was not taken care of. Never had a problem with critters, except for the occasional cat that scare the crap out of me. MAINTENANCE guys was great and friendly, very helpful. Had a friend looking for a place and I thought about this place, it had everything she was looking for and priced lower than others with alot less to offer..My encounter with the Manger, Ms Valerie was nothing less than awesome 👌🏿 👏🏾 👍🏾, detailed everything and had available what my friend was looking for. Thank you Valerie and your team for making this an easy transaction. It was really great seeing you guys. Be safe💜

As a current employee at tge Park Apartments I live here twice and really enjoy live here. I lived at central 28 a two bedroom apartment and would do it all over again. I enjoy living there. And then lived at south 118 a three bedroom. When i finish working in the evening I look forward getting home to enjoy my apartment. The Park Apartments is really a good place to live.

I have lived at the Parks for almost a year and it has been wonderful. Nice spacious living areas. The rent is reasonable.and the staff are all friendly, and ready to address any concerns you might have. The maintenance team are all very professional and they do the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. On occasion the water has been turned off, but not for very long of a period at any one time. Being an older lady, I feel very safe living here. There are law enforcement officers that live on the property that I am sure would respond if I ever needed them to. I would recommend these apartments for singles or families. The utilities are reasonable as well.

We live in a 2bd Townhouse going on 1 year and 9 months. We love it here.*** My neighbors are nice and quite never had any issues with them. Except when we get new neighbors on there side and they would party or fight and they would smoke inside.*** Maintenance are great anytime I had an issue I would do a request and they would come out to fix it right away even If I want my light bulbs changed of course I would buy the light bulb make a request to have them changed and they would bring a tall ladder to do it. Had a couple of problems with my AC but they would come fix it right away. Even had my bathroom redone due to leaky bathtub.*** If you have grass on your patio they come and trim it down. They text me the day before if the water will be off in our unit.*** The office crew are awesome & friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. Management is friendly and is on top of things. I know if things dont get done right away she makes sure it gets done.*** Laundry Center is clean and the washer and dryer always work. If my washer and dryer are not working I know I can go to the laundry center and do my laundry there but you have to take your own quarters they do not have a change machine.*** The only bad thing I can say about this apartment complex is the pool is never opened when it should be in the summer its always locked I think this year my daughter only got in it twice. And there is no shade out there.

Ive only been here for a total of two weeks and Ive been very satisfied with the leasing office especially Kandace! she has jumped through hoops for me and I appreciate her soooo much for working with me and making sure Im comfortable with my move in. The Park Apartments are a great place to live, the office staff is always friendly and helpful, the prices are good, and maintenance service is prompt! The location is also wonderful; its right next to a park, an elementary school, a convenience store, and the intersection of the Marsha Sharp and Loop 289, so it makes most of Lubbock accessible. Amy at the office is extremely helpful; she got my application and move-in paperwork processed in less than a week, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Im glad to be a long-term resident here!

Easiest moving process ever thanks to Kandace!! She made the whole process so seamless! I applied and was approved right away! I was so excited because my family and I needed a home fast! My favorite would have to be Kandance who really has listened and helped me these last few years. When you can get a hold of Valerie, she also can be a big help. Valerie is the greatest! Lived here many years then moved and came back as soon as soon my lease was up. Valerie helped me as a leasing agent and now she is (deservedly) running the office. Friendly, fun, helpful staff that is always ready to help. I love the floorplan and the fixtures are being upgraded. This is the most affordable apartments for the size and best location close to 50th and Slide. I lived here again for another 5 years and plan to live here for many years to come!

She is so good at answering any questions you have, she will help with what she can to find a spot that works just for you and family if need be, she will not make you feel dumb, and has a great personality! I had fun talking with her about what I was looking for and was given great info!!

The online application can be frustrating, but at least the people are nice. Kandace helped me and my roommate through the entire application process and ensured it was as smooth as can be.
