    Ive enjoyed living here, the apartments are well laid out, although the bathtubs are hard to get in and out for those who have mobility issues. I love having all the trees in the facility. Great place to walk and enjoy the day. However, the one sticking point is the lack of parking. Theres not enough handicapped parking and what little they do have seems to be permanently occupied by the same persons. So, if you need handicap parking you have to fight to get a regular parking spot, sometimes having to park a long way away.

    The owner and property management truly care about the living environment for their tenants. I receive texts regarding feedback on how well living here is. I have frontal lobe epilepsy from stress, living here lowers my stress level immensely. On very stressful days, I walk around the beautiful property to get rid of my stress. The landscaping is beautiful and the lawn is mowed weekly. The trees are pruned and new trees are planted when needed. The grass is watered every night. The apartments are beautiful inside and outside. Management always makes sure the the exterior of the buildings are maintained. When something needs to be repaired, it is fixed immediately. They hire contractors that always do quality work. The pool is always kept clean and the grilling area is always cleaned and maintained. The pool area is beautiful. If there is a problem with the gates, they are fixed right away. I needed my garbage disposal replaced, so I went to the office to put in the maintenance request. Within the hour I heard a knock on my door. The maintenance team fixed it right away and made sure it worked before they left. The office staff and the maintenance team care about their tenants. I love living here. Ive been here since 2016 and would never move. Im blessed, grateful and thankful to be be living in a top notch community.

    We were put on the greenbelt and it is too far from parking. We bought a wagon to haul groceries which makes it easier. Our neighbors are always youn men and they are noisy. The one above us walks around like an elephant guess he has never lived in apartments.The other is upstairs also two doors down and is a head bagger,plays his music so loud bass only.Apartment manager makes her own hours.You do not have a maintenance person that knows how to fix rocking commode,over a year later it still rocks. Does not know how to do chalking,runs her finger through it looks bad. We had intentions to stay here but will be leaving in July our two years will be up. People come and go here too often.

    Though amenities are limited here, I enjoy the quiet and peaceful environment. Im blessed with great neighbors who lookout for each other. Rates have recently gone up but still very reasonable in comparison. Im not sure I can live here forever, but Ill be here for as long as I can. Going into my 4th year.

    The property looks nice. The apartments are nice and the area is quiet. The few work orders I have put in were taken care of right away. I rented without seeing the actual property since I moved cross country and was pleasantly surprised.

    The repair produced a very positive result. The tub looks brand new. There is quite a bit of overspray on the floor, but other than the dust left behind the outcome was good.

    We lived here for eight months and rather enjoyed it! Management was awesome and quick to respond to our inquiries. Super cute community. The unit was nice and spacious as well, and in fairly good shape. Our only complaint was that a neighbor was a smoker and that resulted in our place smelling like smoke regardless of what we did. Overall one of the better apartments we have lived in.

    The dishwasher was not installed correctly. It is not secured and if you open it the dishes fall onto the floor

    For our first time living in an apartment it was great. Neighbors were amazing. Yard was kept up. The husband worked ever day and I felt safe staying home alone. Any issues were fixed asap. Management were professional and friendly.

    We have lived at the Oaks of Bentwater for over 4 years. The complex is well taken care of, its very quiet and we have been blessed with great neighbors. We love the natural beauty that surrounds us and anything that needs attending to is always done quickly, professionally and cheerfully. I dont see us leaving any time soon.

    I been in the hospital with heart attack and was able to pay my rent on time. so i have $122. late charges. Iam sorry i was late. i was hopeing that you help me out on these charges. but everything else is very good.

    We have had a positive experience living here. The staff is friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to Jesenia in the office. Starting from our tour to now, she has gone over and above to help us.     Oaks at Bentwater water is quiet and peaceful. Landscape is always kept up and clean. I loved the bathtub. Lol. I wish I didnt have to move.
