    Ive lived at this apartment building for about 2.5 years now—first during my freshman year, then returned for the second half of my junior year and all of my senior year. Overall, my experience has been fantastic.The amenities are top-notch and definitely add to the quality of life here. The staff is amazing—always friendly, hosting resident events all the time, which really helps foster a sense of community. Maintenance issues are handled super quickly, usually within a day.The apartments themselves are really nice and clean. As long as you clean up well when you move out, you’re pretty much guaranteed to get your deposit back. The network is wicked fast too, generally I get a gigabit wired, high 800s wireless. The area is also super safe, which is something I really appreciate.The only downside is that it’s a bit of a hike from campus, so if youre looking for a place right next to school, it might not be the most convenient. That said, I’ve had a great experience living here and would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn’t mind the slightly longer walk.

    Im living at the Nine for my second year at UT and Ive so far had nothing but positive experiences with the management here, theyre great! They always respond and help the same day and theres always events/giveaways for the residents. Our living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms are pretty spacious, and the kitchen has tons of storage space. Overall a great option for off-campus student housing!

    So far I have been living here for about 4 months of my freshman year, I had to find a place late July and was able to get a good deal on one of the rooms, pretty good price and amount of space considering my other options, how late I was to the housing game, and the rest of west campus. I either walk or take a short bus ride to campus which doesnt take too long. Management seems friendly, good amenities like the gym, sometimes the parties are a bit much (maybe Im just boring) but they seem fun if youre into it and are a rare occasion. Havent had trouble with loud neighbors or frat houses, overall has been a great, clean place to stay.

    I recently moved into the mine this past semester and it has been a great experience for me. I love the amenities and how the staff is always trying to create socials for residents to get to know one another. I love my apartment and my room is very spacious with its own bathroom. It’s a great place for the price and I would recommend it to anyone coming here.

    Someone I know told me about this place, with nothing to complain about so I chose to live here for my first year at UT. The least I can say is that this place is fantastic. The management is great, and they always respond within the same day for any questions/issues. They have tons of events where they give away free food and just give a place to hang and have fun. The living spaces are also just right. I’m renewing and honestly it wasn’t even hard to decide. The Nine is great y’all, shoutout Chris and the other staff for providing a wonderful experience !

    My roommates and I toured with Chris, looking for a four bedroom apartment. Chris was very helpful and thorough in showing us all the amenities and spaces. He was transparent about prices and the space itself was very clean and smelled very good. We are signing!

    Loved living here! The rooms were spacious with great bathrooms! Kitchens were super nice. Staff was fantastic, especially Josh! Great place to live in Wampus, especially for pricing & good walk to Moody classes.

    I love my residence at the nine at West Campus! The staff is outstanding, maintenance is super fast, the units are spacious and we have excellent amenities! Staffs really helpful and kind.     Property is beautiful. Loved my apartment and the property manager is very kind and worked with my roommate and I when we were dealing with a bad roommate situation. Very respectful and willing to work with his residents.

    My apartment and room are a good size, and management was able to help me with my lease while still being friendly. Maintenance in my unit was taken care of quickly too.Cleanliness around the building can be improved and the frats can get a little loud sometimes, but overall Ive been very satisfied with my stay here.

    I recently moved out of The Nine. The staff (a big thank you to Josh, Saul, Salma and Chris) went above and beyond to assist me during the moving process. From providing clear instructions and being very accommodating, to offering a helping hand when I needed it, their support was invaluable. They were always available to answer questions and made what could have been a stressful time much easier. It was smooth and efficient, thanks to their dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend The Nine not only for its great living conditions but also for the outstanding support from the staff. What could have been a very bad experience due to poor planning on our side was turned around by Josh, Salma, Chris and Saul. A big thank you.

    Absolutely love living at 9 at west! The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The fitness center and parking are a game-changer, and the management staff including Joshua, Cristian, Olli, Chris is friendly and professional. They always go the extra mile to make sure residents are happy. The location is also perfect – close to everything I need but still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend 9 at west to anyone looking for a great place to live!

    Absolutely love living at 9 at west campus! The apartments are spacious, we have great amenities, and the staff is amazing! They are so friendly and helpful. The nine has great activities for residents and always provides a free meal! Highly recommend you sign here because we’re all family at the nine♥️

    Renewed for a second year. Really enjoy living here. The only downside is that residents have been unable to use the pool for a year now. Everything else is great, though! Maintenance is fast and everyone in the office is very helpful.

    My roommates and I just signed for our 3rd year at the Nine and we love it! Josh and Chris diligently worked to accommodate my roommates and I resigning for the same unit for this upcoming year. We’re extremely grateful for how hard of workers the nine employees are! We definitely recommend living at the Nine.

    Me and my roommates renewed to live here a second year, and we love it. Great place for upper classmen looking to find somewhere in west campus. The study spaces are nice, and the staff is super helpful if you ever need anything!

    Chris was very quick in resolving an insurance mishap and living here has been pretty good. We had a fridge issue but it was fully replaced the next day, so plus 1 on maintenance response time!

    This property is AMAZING! All of the staff are so sweet and cooperative, always responding to whatever you need. They host fun resident events every month with lots of food, games and activities. The amenities are very clean and well kept. Maintenance is the best I have ever experienced. Work orders are filled within hours after you place them and the problem is always fixed. I have lived here for 2 years and had the best experience, HIGHLY recommend!!

    It comparison to most other properties in West Campus I have been satisfied with the Nine West Campus Apartments. Staff responds in a timely manner. My only recommendation is to remove the carpet throughout the building.

    I have loved living here! Despite being surrounded by frat houses it is usually not too noisy on the weekend and the complex makes up for the location. They have awesome amenities and huge windows- a huge plus in west campus. They put together a lot of resident events which is great. The staff is also super friendly! Definitely try and contact Megan G about living here if you can, she’s super helpful and knows what she’s talking about. (:

    The Nine has been a great place to live for my junior year at UT! I love my apartment, it is really spacious and we have an awesome view of the hill country in the back. Also, the maintenance is responsive, as we have had a few appliance issues to take care of throughout the year. The amenities are great, I love using the gym and study spaces! The front desk staff are also really friendly and helpful!

    It’s pretty cool here. I’ve lived here since August 2021, and so far, so good. Hallways, amenities, and trash are well maintained, and everyone at the front office is very nice and helpful. Communication is pretty good between the team and the residents. If you’re confused about anything, just go to the front desk and they’ll be more than willing to help. They offer killer deals too.

    Was recommended by a friend to live here. Been here for a year now. So far I love living at the nine west campus. The management is amazing, they are very swift to serve their residents and really care about our time here.Side note… I met the new manager Jamar today. Thankyou again for helping me earlier and being so understanding. You and the other staff are the reason I’m renewing my lease!

    Weve enjoyed our experience with at the Nine at West Campus. My son is on his second year of undergrad and he finally decided to move off campus. The leasing staff and manager(s) Gabe & Jamer seem like such great assets and was so helpful throughout the leasing process. Although, we were hesitant based off some of the past reviews but the level of grace and professionalism exhibited changed our minds quickly.Ive heard many great things about Landmark Properties, and the team did nothing less than live up to that expectation. I am excited for my son to move in during the fall with his friends, and look forward to him having a successful year with a more comfortable environment.

    Followed the move-out cleaning instructions and got my whole security deposit back, thank you staff.Rent for my furnished 4x4 was $895/month thanks to a special they had. Overall nice place but the walls were a little thin and the smoke alarm lights shined in my face at night. Cool clubhouse and events.

    If I could rate the customer service I received today It would have broken the scale!As a concerned parent I value safety as well as wellbeing for my daughter we were interested in leasing a set an apartment for her upcoming fall and I had called and spoke with someone named Jamar who was so enticing!, his energy was like no other he’s kind a new to the building I have lived here to leave before but I have never received service like this! Went out of his way on the tour! Such a beautiful location I feel safe interesting my child within this leadership! Everyone was over a friendly and I had a terrible experience at a building with my daughterHe’s definitely a keeper that’s for sure and he’s definitely made sure that all my concerns were addressed as well as as pricing and was super transparent! This is a beautiful building in a safe area and I do feel comfortable letting my daughter lives here we are still depending on what we are going to do regarding the school situation but if she does choose to go this is our first choice highly recommend you’ll love it here so beautiful I even spoke to people who lives here and they say they loved it!Highly recommend experience thanks to Jamar!

    I love the fact that its close to campus, convenient stores and theyre always planning awesome resident events. I received an invitation to attend the pizza party last Friday and got a chance to talk with Megan and Jamer. I believe that the management company values their employees for them to have such a drive for phenomenal customer service. My son lived at The Block last year (0/10 do not recommend) and moved to the Nine this year, hes had nothing but good things to say. If I could kiss the staff without possibly going to jail lol I would. Thank you, Megan and staff, for being so great! Will he be staying another year? HECK YEAH - 100/10

    Management is extremely nice and helpful. Maintenance always comes the day of or after...super fast!! Amenities are amazing, specifically the gym and pool. Amazon gets delivered directly to the door and the wifi is so fast. I love living here.

    This is a great place to live! The staff is super helpful, any problem that Ive had, which have been very few, has been solved very efficiently. The walk is kind of long to class, but honestly I kind of like it because it gives me time to mentally prepare for class.

    The Nine West Campus is a great place to live! Management is very helpful with anything that comes up and they are ready to listen. They often have resident activities such as little gifts, food, prizes, etc. The walk to campus might be long but it can be a good way to get your steps in for the day!

    Lived here the first year it was open in a 4x4 with random roommates. The complex is well built, you hardly hear people above or below you. Utility bills averaged $50 per month per person for water, electricity, and sewer fee. Parking is limited and inconvenient, I lived on the first floor and it took 7-10 minutes to go from my apartment to my car. Maintenace is timely and the front office is always there. Amenities are nice, my only complaint would be parking inconvenience.

    This place is awesome Im living here starting fall semester. Its brand new and everything about it is super fancy and nice, unlike anything else in west campus. Looking forward to all the cool amenities like Jumbotron by the pool and club house to hang out at. Everything in the units will be new too so very excited
