    This apartment complex is fantastic! The front office staff is super kind and very helpful. The maintenance staff is wonderful! They are great at communicating what they are going to do in my apartment, they are mindful of noise when they are in my home and they get work orders done in a timely manner. Thank you all for making me feel welcomed and comfortable during my stay at your community! Special shoutout to Robert for having treats on hand for my pup!!

    I live at Granite and its a good place to live. Its a quiet, somewhat recluded area so its good for ones that dont want too much noise. I had a few minor things I needed to get done at my place when I first moved in and it was handled within 2 days.The office is really receptive, especially Denise, shes really friendly and helping and great with questions. Id recommend this place for others.

    I have lived here a few months now and I really like it. The office staff is always friendly and professional. Maintenance are on top of the work orders, they usually take care of them with 48 hours or same day. Also its been nice and quiet. No rowdy neighbors. I would recommend Granite At Tuscany to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

    My husband and I lived at the complex for about 5 and half years. The apartment itself was very nice when we moved in and stayed in great shape while we were there. The staff and maintenance were always so nice and easy to work with. it was always same day or next day that they would come to fix any issue I had. I always felt heard and understood by the staff. the only downfall is the parking, we lived towards the front. There was many many times we couldnt park anywhere close to our building.

    Ive lived here 9 years and all I can say is this property is great! From the ladies in the office to the maintenance team. The office team are easy to talk to and maintenance are quick to resolve any issue you may have. I highly recommend if your planning on staying alone or if you have a family its safe and there arent any issues. I love how they keep it up to date and maintain the property they are reasonable priced so if your looking for an apartment, look no further.-Alicia

    So...Ive at The Granite for Tuscany Hills for 10 years. Its the longest Ive lived in any apartment complex! Its quiet, safe, and low-crime.Whats kept me here? Yes its convenient to work/interstates and is affordable. But what really makes me here is THE STAFF! Sandra and Kimberley, in the office, know me by name, are always quick to answer questions, address any concerns, and take care of my requests. I always feel welcome when I pop into the office.And the maintenance guys are THE BEST! James, Jose, and Robert for the win! Think Im just being nice? I called this morning before the office opened with an issue, and Robert let me know he was on it. He quickly figured out what was wrong, provided me a timeline for repair, and while talking about it, offered to address any other maintenance issues I had before he left (hello working washer!).Sure I could move some place upscale and new. But why? This place is home!

    So I must say that the team at the granite, especially Kimberly, is absolutely phenomenal. I moved to Texas from California last May. I called up the granite at Tuscany Hills and spoke to Kimberly on the phone. I voiced my concerns about a sight unseen apartment and she assured me that she would do everything in her power to show me the details. She took the time out of her day to do a full video walk-through of my unit. shortly there after I arrived in Texas and sure enough my apartment was ready to go. I walked in and noticed a couple small paint splatters here in there and the maintenance man Robert quickly came out and was on his hands and knees scrubbing away all of the excess. He took the time to make the apartment to his own standards which were similar to my own… When the Snow apocalypse fell just a few months ago, the apartment complex quickly did everything in their power to ensure the tenants had water to wash dishes and do laundry. Anytime anything was needed, they were just a short phone call away. I couldn’t of asked for anything better. If you’re looking for an affordable apartment to move into, the granite apartments are the way to go. Great job team!

    Pretty good home here. Its not real fancy with bells and whistles. But overall, its a nice place to live. The people in the office are friendly and the maintenance staff are great. So I would definitely recommend it. In general, most people here are friendly except for a few here and but you always get a few of those but they dont usually stay long. So if your looking for a nice place to live just come and check it out. Nice place to raise a family til you have money to buy a house......

    I’ve lived here going on 6 years in the same apartment. I moved here because it was quiet, maintained and the original front staff was very nice...this is also very true for the current staff. Sandra, Kim and Linda are wonderful. Always there to assist. I’m very pleased with my residence. I’m safe. My kids are safe. It’s been home for me all these years.

    You know, Ive read some of the reviews and they complain about the office staff, maintenance, bugs here, bugs there and that nobody takes care of it. Well, let me tell you, you werent(arent) the only renters on property, Im not either! You just complain about something & expect to be waited on the minute you put in whatever you need done. It doesnt work that way. I totally understand that maintenance guys are very busy, especially during the summer with the air cons breaking down, yearly inspections, fire extinguishers, apartment clean-ups, after hours emergencies....so you see, theyre not just sitting waiting for you to complain...these people are busy. Ive been here 7 years & I plan to stay here until they either evict me or take me out feet first.Thank you!!

    Denise helped me out to apply so far I liked how quickly she told me about the place loved how she let me check in pantrys and fridge loved that she had me wanting to do the application ASAP and she held a confo with me idk how it is to live here yet Ill update on that buy I do know her hospitality , her friendlyness and hed great attitude was already wanting me to stay n rent here !!! We need more women in office like this !!

    I have lived here since June 2018. This complex is perfect for me! The grounds are immaculate & attractive. The office staff friendly & professional. The maintenance staff are great...James, Robert & Joe are the best.I have had a few minor issues that have been dealt with promptly.

    This was first apartment moving out on my own. I stayed here for 4 years and can say it was pleasant. The only reason I moved out is cause I recently purchased a home. I would highly recommend. Staff friendly & quick.

    Nice clean apartments with a reasonable price for rent. Work orders are done quick and fast. Staff are very helpful and perfessonal. And the location is awesome near Ingram mall, Westover shopping center, Alamo ranch shopping center and a whole lot of restaurants

    So updated review. I love my home. Ladies are AWESOME, KIND & most of all very PROFESSIONAL. As to the Male maintenance works U guys Rock.... Alway there & ready to fix with kindness & professionalism. Its a little more expensive than most places but how can you put a price on security. 1 way in & one way out. We might not no all our neighbors by name, but still watch out for each other. Love the atmosphere.

    I’m not one to leave reviews as you can see for my review history but I just had to for this place we call home. My wife and I have been here about 6 months now and it’s been the best, the leasing staff is awesome Kimberly & Sandra are always killing it with customer service, what’s great here is the quiet community, the fast maintenance, though they seem like ninjas the way they go in and out with everything fixed! and lastly another great thing is the grounds are always perfectly maintained and the TRASH is never full always empty so we never have a problem with throwing our trash away, keep up the great work Tuscany hills!!

    Overall, living in this apartment is awesome! The grounds are kept neat and clean. The maintenance staff are always busy and friendly. Office staff are always available and welcoming. Its a not living here.

    Id like to take this opportunity the thank Robert and his staff for the speedy response of fixing my AC. I made the request at 0940 and thought I will go do some errands. By the time I made it back at 1200 I have already had the AC running. Robert knew it was important and did what was necessary because of the heat.Thank you for your support and kudos to Robert for his diligence. 10 of 10 with a plus!!!

    This is my first apartment by myself and it’s a GREAT complex the office ladies are super helpful and kind, & the maintenance is just as great! Only thing I wish was that it was kid friendly, there is no playground or anything like that for my 1 y/o.
