First off, this place was immaculate! Upscale, very, VERY clean. The staff was helpful. I spoke to a lady who was shampooing the carpets named Araceli and she was sweet as pie. The manager Kassy was very helpful as well as the 2 leasing agents Katia and Taylor. The place is a little pricey but the facility is so clean and well maintained. I felt at home already. Definitely looking forward to calling this place.....home. thanks again Gibson Staff for all your wonderful help

Honestly don’t know where to start. The Gibson is such an amazing community. Very beautiful grounds, and even better amenities. So when applying I dealt with Ms.Katia & she gave no bad vibes, she was super helpful & nice. I just moved into 2 days ago & I couldn’t be happier honestly, there were a few things I needed to be fixed & she hopped right on it with no hesitation… I’ve had no bad experiences with her, or anyone else in office & they aren’t hard to reach so I love that, this is my first apartment so I was nervous but I don’t regret this at all.

This is truly an apartment that feels like home. The staff is amazing. They genuinely care about your needs. The apartments are so roomy with the higher ceilings. It doesn’t feel like the person above you is right above your head. I enjoy looking out my windows to the courtyard, it feels like I am in a tropical hotel every day. There are so many amenities. Clearly, the best choice we could’ve made in our new home.

I would like to say, this is my second time moving to Grand Prairie, Texas. The first experience with a different apartment complex and different Management company, was just horrible. However, this experience working with Val Fulce was pure bliss!! I was moving from Indiana back to the Grand Prairie. Val was exceptional , she helped me through the process every step of the way from application, to approval, to helping me obtain utilities. I was able to do all of this from Indiana before I moved back to Texas. Removing a lot of stress and anxiety from a large move like that. I can not express how much she is owed my deepest gratitude. I would recommend The Gibson and Val Fulce to anyone who will listen. Val much appreciated!!

I went to ask about the apartments and Miss Katia helped me. From the moment we arrived, he was very friendly and professional. Even though it was last minute, he managed to relocate us to the apartments in just two days. If you need help in Spanish, ask for it.
