I recently toured The Gabriella Apartments in Downtown Dallas, and let me tell you Joni is one heck of a Leasing Agent! She showed me around the pet-friendly studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with luxury finishes that left me swooning. But, lets talk about the amenities for a moment. An infinity edge swimming pool? Check. Courtyard? Check. Fitness center? Check. Resident lounge? Check. Grocery store and Starby’s downstairs? Check and mate! I mean, what more could you want from apartment living?Joni was not only knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humor. She made the whole tour experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit The Gabriella.Trust me, after seeing all they have to offer, youll be ready to pack your bags and move in ASAP! Forgot to say…. THE VIEWS. Breath taking!

I am going on year 4/5 here at the Gabriella and I cannot speak highly enough about Shelby, and the WHOLE team. Back when this property was owned by a different company it was impossible to get anything fixed (including a whole in the wall from a pipe busting) when I told Shelby and her team (after they took over) they did everything to make it right. Any issue I have I know I can go to the team and it will be addressed.They always lets us know repeatedly when policies change, when trash service is cancelled, when an elevator is being worked on or one of the amenities is closed. They also put on great community events that are worth your time. I feel comfortable and safe living here.

I have only been here one month and I am very happy with the maintenance personnel. The maintenance guy Jose Aguilar has been a gem. They are quick to attend to my maintenance requests, very attentive, nice not like other places where the maintenance guys seem bothered to provide assistance. Very happy with Jose.

Since new management took over they seem to be doing a lot of repairs with mixed success. The biggest thing has been the help from Matthew on the maintenance team. He’s resolved my issues quickly and professionally. Matt even noticed that my door lock batteries were low so he changed them which I really appreciated. The Tom Thumb downstairs is also a life saver!

I recently moved here, and I couldnt be happier with my decision. While the old reviews reflected issues under previous management, the new management team, particularly Kanku and Carlos, has truly turned things around. Theyve been incredibly responsive and attentive to residents needs. The environment is well-maintained and tidy, the pool area is stunning, and the security and services are great so far. They should get all the accolades they deserve for their hard work. If youre considering moving here, it’s not bad so far

We don’t live at the property but just wanted to give 5 stars to Coral in the office! She is amazing!! So personable and knowledgeable, she knows the property very well, she was patient, wasn’t pushy, understood we were looking in advance before having to make a decision and still gave us amazing service. When walking the property, she knew the residents by name who were walking the halls, they seemed to really enjoy her and had a personal connection. She gave the feeling that it was more a community than just trying to get people to sign on. She’s definitely a great asset on the team!

I recently moved in, and Kanku was fantastic in helping me get settled. Kanku added touchpoints and was engaged throughout the entire process. The property is beautiful with great views and luxury amenities, located in the heart of the city. I encountered a few issues within my unit, but the maintenance team came out within 48 hours and resolved everything.Be realistic and understand that living downtown comes with its own set of challenges. While they have security and a concierge, the staff cant prevent everything—some things just come with city living. Overall, good experience.

I came to visit my family for the fourth. They have been trying to convince me to move to Dallas. I was not expecting the hospitality and security staff to be so accommodating. Kebron took such great care of us at the pool, he helped make sure our stuff was safe and we got to hang out with the family a little longer for the holiday. Thanks Gabriella and thanks Kebron. I told my cousin he may have a new neighbor soon.

I’ve lived here for a couple of months now.The bad: Elevators work half the time. Cars get broken into. Expect to pay $300 if you loose the mail key, key fob, or wrist bands to go to the pool.The Good: The Staff members are friendly! Maintenance work gets resolved in a prompt manner. Amenities are gorgeous especially the pool, gym and clubhouse. dog park is awesome with great views. Tom Thumb is conveniently located downstairs.

12 month update: I chose not to renew my lease, but I have enjoyed my time here at the Gabriella. The building was recently sold and is now under Berkshire Residential management, whose onsite team is fantastic. I am a little disappointed with offsite managements professionalism and how they seem to have taken agency away from the onsite team which, with my 20+ years in real estate, flags as a bad practice. Stepping off that soapbox, Ill keep this at 5 stars, and once I move out, I will update this review one last time.6 month update: Still five stars. Management is great and responsive. They do excellent work handling the thousands of tenants. Airbnb has been canceled which has been a huge improvement. Im very happy there. There is no such thing as a perfect apartment building but this is a great location, good amenities, nice neighbors, and excellent management.Original review: Shout out to leasing agent Dorcas. She was fantastic. Had a great tour with her and I signed a lease the next day. All in all, its been seamless and smooth. The building is beautiful, amenities are amazing, and the staff is stellar. Keep up the great work, team.

Were settling in nicely as new residents at the Gabriella! Brand new appliances & amenities are great especially for people who like to cook & enjoy their privacy. KAMERON & TRAVIS are assets to the leasing & management team - they were absolutely instrumental in our decision to make the Gabriella our new home. The concierge & maintenance staff are also extremely helpful & responsive. It is a new community so they are working through some kinks (reserving freight elevators at move-in & package delivery options) but overall were very satisfied!

I very much enjoy my apartment unit, amenities, views, and location.The concierge that wears the cowboy hat is pretty much useless and is giving misogyny. Didn’t even open the door for me or my boyfriend when we walked up with our hands full of luggage from a trip and we’re clearly struggling, then continued to ask me if I lived here.. not sure what difference it made to him.. then started ignoring me and only talking to my boyfriend who does not live here.I don’t like that we are forced to use and pay a large amount for the Fetch, third party delivery service. It’s slow and they have terrible costumer service.My smoke detectors are extremely sensitive, sometimes they randomly go off and I have no idea whyIt is very inconvenient for guests to get in and out therefore makes it inconvenient for me.

The place is brand new so it’s obviously gorgeous and clean. Nice residence with great views. Ms. Shonda was so amazingly nice and very knowledgeable of the building and area. I’m applying in a few to make this my home. You should really consider The Gabriella Dallas as you new home.

I was very indecisive about moving, but Kameron was very patient and helpful throughout the experience. There have been different minor hiccups that the leasing team has handled expeditiously, giving me faith in their capabilities to manage the apartment as occupancy expands. Between Kameron and Mike (With whom I’ve had the most contact) the Gabriella definitely has a capable and thorough team. I’ve seen both go above and beyond. I hope the community stays nice as more people move in, but so far so good!

This property is absolutely stunning. It’s top tier with views, location and amenities. The grocery store downstairs makes it so convenient. The staff is just as awesome as well, specially Kameron Franklin. She’s so nice and bubbly. She’s also very attentive and detailed. If you are interested in this property, visit her!

I had to write this review....I absolutely love these apartments!!! I went to view and met a leasing agent named Kameron. She is AMAZING!!!I am a very picky person when it comes to where I live and I had a must have list, and let me tell you this place marked all 10 items on my list.Kameron went above and beyond to find me the perfect 2bedroom apartment that I absolutely loved!!Unfortunately it all came down to location of the property.I have a 12 year old son and I would have to put him private school if I am located in this area, and if you know private schools its not just calling them and enrolling its a process and they have to get accepted, and I just didnt have that kind of time.I am so sad because the apartment was so beautiful and the price was amazing, and the staff was so great.Thank you Kameron for going above and beyond I so appreciate you!!!!

Beautiful place, visited relatives on the 9th floor -- but parking??? Omg, I wouldnt want to ever go back because its very limited. Half of visitors parking in garage belongs to Tom Thumbs. Very congested. You would have to park across the street on the side leading to frontage road.
