    My husband and I have lived in this community for about 7 months and we absolutely love it here. The manager Hannah is absolutely wonderful and courteous and works really hard to keep our community clean and safe. They are a stickler for rules, but we love that as rigid structure keeps the community clean and safe. The amenities here are wonderful as well! We have a beautiful grilling area, a doggy park, and a GORGEOUS pool. I never liked going to the pool before we moved in, but my husband and I have found ourselves using it several times already. Not to mention that they always keep little snacks and drinks stored in the clubhouse as an added little perk for anyone who drops in, or for prospective tenants. The structure of these units feels more like townhomes, and we love the layout and luxury of our place. I would recommend Dominion to anyone, and we plan to stay here for a while!

    I can say that in the time Ive lived at the Dominion Ive definitely come to love it. The maintenance team does a great job completing service requests in a timely manner. The office staff is amazing and makes sure I have everything I need or ask for. Whenever Im touring potential new residents and they ask if I live on property, Im happy and proud to tell them I do.

    What a beautiful place! So well manicured and such a wonderful office staff as soon as you walked in! Joe was so wonderful in assisting me and was so informative about the apartments. The pool was so inviting and lots of grounds for outdoor fun. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone and ask for Joe when you go in!

    I’ve only been here a few months and have zero complaints. Lynzee and Hannah made the move in process very easy and got me set up very quick. All staff is very friendly and make sure you get help quick when you need.

    Since I moved here 10 months ago, I have had a great experience living at the Dominion. The staff is very nice and helpful. Whenever I have a question or need something fixed, Joe is always going out of his way to make a call to me or make sure it is handled. I always feel safe here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

    Living at The Dominion is super peaceful! The property is very quiet and clean. Its a great space for college students and/or small families. The location is a perfect driving distance from central Lubbock and TTU.My favorite thing about this property is the people who work there! Hannah, the manager, is eager to help and get you taken care of. She is great with her team and you can tell how much everyone else in the office enjoys being there. I have also worked with Megan and Sebastian who went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions/concerns were taken care of immediately. Everyone I have met at Dominion treats you as though youre a part of a bigger family and community. Im so grateful for this place!

    Love living here. Its such a safe, quiet & private community. Love that it is a gated community! The landscaping is very well maintained, maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. Office staff is very helpful. This place is great for small families. Would highly recommend. :)

    I’m a new resident, but I could not be happier living here. Sabastian was extremely helpful throughout my entire move-in process, and never hesitated to make me feel important. I had some plumbing issues that were taken care of super quickly, and Hannah ensured that I would maintain my privacy while the maintenance guys took care of it. Throughout the whole ordeal, I received updates from Joe, Hannah, and Sabastian, and all three of them put in a lot of effort to ensure my comfortability and awareness of the situation. For something that should have left me upset and uneasy with my choice, all it did was reassure me that I’d moved into a good home.

    I absolutely LOVE this property! The grounds have so much character with all of the mature trees and playful squirrels (rare for apartment living). The pool has got to be one of the best in Lubbock too. This is definitely one of the most quiet and peaceful properties that Ive lived at.

    I have lived at the Dominion for almost 6 months and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The facilities are well take care of and the service is amazing. All of the employees and attendants have been super nice and helpful with my stay here. I want to specifically thank Madi Cable for being such a welcoming person. She is always super sweet and whenever I need help with maintenance or other she has answered all of my questions and been very clear. I have loved my stay here! Thank you to all the hard workers who maintain this beautiful complex.

    We love living here and I really enjoy being able to go workout at anytime. Sabastian helped us move in & we have had a great experience so far. I requested maintenance for my heater this past weekend & Tom made it by our apartment really quickly! I also enjoy their giveaways Facebook.

    I’ve lived at The Dominion for four, going on five years and I would recommend this place to anyone! I’ve had a great experience with everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team. Trachelle, Joe, and Madi are always so friendly and helpful and they really make an effort to know you on a first-name basis. I’ve always felt welcome when I come into the office and they’re so quick to help with anything I need or answer any questions I have. The maintenance crew is also amazing, which I really value. Tom and his team are always very friendly, helpful, and respectful and they address maintenance tasks very quickly. The management team does a great job of hosting resident events that really give a sense of community, and communication from the staff is great. They’re also always making sure to keep the property in tip-top shape and are constantly making improvements. I’ve always felt very safe here because of the gated access and attached garage. The balcony, fireplace, and tall ceilings also give the apartments a more luxurious feel for such a reasonable price. You’ll find everyone from college students to young families and retired couples here, so it really is a suitable place to live for any life stage! You won’t find better people or bigger bang for your buck anywhere else in Lubbock!

    I loved living here! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Great amenities that suited my needs & the property is well maintained. The two maintenance requests I put in during my two year stay here were taken care of very quickly which I loved. If I didn’t have to move out of the state, I would have definitely continued to live at The Dominion.

    I really enjoyed my time at the Dominion. Apartments are well built and maintained. I never heard any of my neighbors from inside my apartment. They are spacious and well worth the money, considering all the amenities and great care from everyone in the front office. Team is very friendly and accommodating and truly considers the needs of the tenants. I highly reccomend choosing the Dominion for you next home.

    My husband and I lived here for a year and a half. We wouldn’t have left if we were not moving to a new city for work. The staff at The Dominion was always friendly and prompt to help in any way they could. They were honest above all else about timelines in the rare case we had any maintenance needs, which isn’t as common as it should be at rental properties. The maintenance staff is top notch and always professional. This complex was always well kept and a family friendly environment. We noticed many long term tenants around us which speaks volume to the complex and management. We miss living at The Dominion and if life ever brings us back to Lubbock we would gladly return to this complex.

    Ive been living here for 6 months and I love it! The front office staff is super friendly, the grounds are always nicely kept, and the courtesy officer and maintenance staff always respond to any requests in a very timely manner. The apartments themselves are also very clean and well-kept. Only query is that I wish the public use laundry machines and dryers were cleaned and repaired more frequently, but this is super minor.

    Sebastian did an amazing job with an immediate move in process. We had a whole list of an apartment complexes to visit that day and the first one was the Dominion, Sebastian was so helpful to the point where I had no need to go visit any other properties. Moved in the same week.

    I have lived here for a year and a half and have enjoyed the spaciousness of my apartment and the two car garage that is part of it. The garage is a big deal to me and it is nice that it is also a gated community. The grounds are always well kept and green, and in my experience the complex is nice and quiet. Mrs. Trachelle in the office has always been helpful and quick with any questions I have or maintenance requests as well.

    TLDR; If youre looking for a place to live here in Lubbock, TX - this place is what youre looking for.Nothing compares to this apartment complex. Living here for the past 2 years has been the best experience Ive ever had. Joe has been there from the start with anything that I needed. He and the whole staff have been so accommodating and kind, I dont think theres a better team to bring together such a lovely community. This is a fantastic place for a college student or a small family.Wonderfully sized units, attached garages, secure gates around the complex, and wonderful amenities that are all-inclusive. They truly strive for excellence and safety here. The maintenance team gets your requests done within a timely manner, and does a great job taking care of things.

    These are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! If any problems arise (though there have been few) there is always someone who can help or answer questions. Madi has been nothing but helpful with questions, relaying maintenance issues, and sending us notices for all things necessary.

    My boyfriend and I absolutely loved living here! I have never had any issues that management couldn’t help me with. Madi in the front office was always very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. It may be off of the loop, but it’s a quiet community, the landscaping is well kept, and maintenance was always quick to fix any issues we had (even on the weekends). I loved the that they’re basically townhomes, but they’re very reasonably priced. It’s very hard to find an apartment with an attached garage that isn’t ridiculously expensive. We would stay if we weren’t moving cities. Definitely recommend to anyone looking!

    The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and the price is great for all of the amenities included! However, there were a lot of small issues. Upon moving in I noticed my fridge shelves were missing and it took months to receive them (despite my calling several times). Later I learned the staff had them for a bit but didn’t actually give me any until I asked. The windows are unable to open and each time I try, they pop completely out of their frames. Dishwasher is very old and unable to clean well. Leaky faucets is also something I’ve had to deal with. Overall, extremely safe and kind community. Awesome staff with fun ways to boost moral like through social media competitions wherein the winner receives a gift card or basket. I enjoyed living here and despite these fundamental issues with the apartment, I would suggest living here for anyone new to Lubbock searching for a safe and nice place to live!

    Me and my girlfriend have loved living here. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with the multiple apartments that I’ve lived at. It’s a quiet community, the landscaping is well kept, maintenance was always quick to fix any issues we had. I love the fact that they’re technically townhomes without the townhome price tag. It’s very hard to find an apartment with an attached garage that isn’t ridiculously expensive. We would stay if we weren’t moving cities. Definitely recommend to anyone looking!

    I have lived at The Dominion for a year. I have had an excellent experience. The office staff Joe, Madi and Trachelle are very professional, friendly and always ready to assist you if you need anything. If you need something fixed, they are prompt and efficient. There is a minimal noise in my unit. I just signed a new lease agreement. The most important thing about living here is that I feel so very safe. This is very important to me. I would highly recommend The Dominion if you are looking for a home.

    I was a resident in this apartment for almost two years and i must say it is the best in Lubbock. The manager miss trachelle Parson she is is on point she is very very professional in dealing with residents, then Anna and Joe they are also great. Each time i come to the office to request for maintenance they will first apologize and the next min they are right on my door to fix it. I left cos i was giving a job outside Lubbock, if you want a place that is safe for you & your family this is the place for you..

    I have live in the Dominion for over 4 years. This place is great for small families. It is very safe and quite and the staff are always nice and helpful. Each unit has an attached garage. Maintenance team are very good and quick in responding to requests.Prices do vary during the year sometimes the difference is $300/month.

    Honestly, this community is one of the best place that we lived in during our journey in the US between 2011-2021 among 3 states. During our 5 years here, we found maintenance services is very quick and professional, and utilities and people were nice. Overall, its located in a very starigecal point in the city that close to all your needs.You might be lucky to pay very reasonable price for 3 bedrooms & garage as we had. The changes in prices depend on several factors.Of course, every management is different than other, there always pros & cons ups & downs, but be positive five suggestions and advices.Used to be five stars, but things changed after new company purchased the property, but still very good and wish the future will be better.We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your service, goodbye.Apt.1403

    I have lived at The Dominion for several years. The management and staff (Trachelle, Madi, and Joe) along with the maintenance and security staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of the landscaping and lawn is a plus. I wish Monarch would spring for a second pool. The second pool needs to be larger and more 21st Century to compete with some of the new properties.With that said, there is something new going on all the time to keep us safe and make the property appealing. New security lights are going in right now, we got new loungers at the pool, the fence is freshly painted, and so much more. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

    Lived there for a 6 month lease, went as good as it can get. Quiet, although if your building is near 50th street it can get a little noisy. The wall paint they used on our unit marked even when an hand touched it, and our carpet was white, which was a pain to keep clean. Other than that it was a good, clean, and quiet place to live.
