I recently moved in to the townhomes and I love it! Diane and Natalya are so friendly and made everything so easy. Rommel is respectful and great at getting any work orders done in a timely manner. I needed a place quickly that I felt safe in and at an affordable price. Couldnt be happier to be apart of Cottages at La Vista! So grateful for all their team. Thank you!

I had my share of living in so many apartments . But this is the greatest place I lived . The landlord and her team , see to it is well kept , clean . I do not have to wait when I call . And I am treated with respect . Keep up the good work

Been here close to a month already and i have been very happy living here,i know some pets live here also, but you hardly see them every one here mainly keep to themselves and the staff here are excellent and always ready to help out.Kudos to the office staff and maintenance man 👍

She is close to the main stores and mainly to family. Also they have great customer service and this location is well taken care of. She hopes to stay here for a long time.Maria R.

I’ve been here for 3 years and those 3 years management has been awesome. If there’s an issue they’re on it right away, never has had any inconveniences here at the Cottages at La Vista. Neighbors are great!! Is a very good place to live. Diane Garcia, our Property Manager is A1A 100% all the time.

So pleased and thankful how kristy helped me via phone. Super polite, respectful and very sweet. She informed me about the whole process to be able to live there. She made me feel welcomed, comfortable and did not leave me with any question or doubt whatsoever. If anyone in corporation reads this please give her a raise!!!!!!!!!!!! Thumps up to the sky.Cant wait for our family have the opportunity to become part of the beautiful and lovely cottages at La Vista!!!

Well, It breaks my heart to read these negative reviews.I have lived here now for three years and have experience nothing but professionalism and a management team dedicated to the well being of all residents, while still protecting the overwhelming responsibility to this property and its developers and owners.Diane, Christie, and Romell are the very backbone between both of these entities, and truly without them this property would deteriorate into just another chaotic place that people would I guess call home.I have chosen to live here because of the integrity These folks hold to the owners of this property.I have always felt safe here, and yes I have seen 1 are 2 bad Elements come and go .... The reason those folks are no longer living here Im afraid might be due to their own lack of understanding and cooperation To the very reason there are rules.All I can truly say in closing is after living here now For this amount of time there is no way I would ever leave. I actually just watched new ownership happen about a year ago, And they came through and completely rectified many things..But what impressed Is that they understood what an asset and completely dedicated staff they already had in place.Because quite frankly I trust them with my well-being and security and the ability to call this my home, Thank you Diane, thank you Christy, and thank you Romell for the hard work you do daily..

The Cottages at LaVista apartments are truly a very beautiful & peaceful community to live in, as well as being in a great & safe location. Office staff are very helpful & considerate of their residents. Highly recommend these apartments🙂

Area is Very Nice & Clean. The Staff. Kristi and Diane are very Helpful and Kind....very good Communication Skills. Maintenance also is Very Helpful and tries his best to get to my Work Orders whenever I submit one 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent staff and very efficient in everything that was requested of them. I recommend The Cottages at La Vista, it has a lot of security around it and there are the main schools in the city.Del Río TX.
