I recently viewed the Callie and was impressed with the finishouts and the amenities, particularly the gym. I worked with Chelsea who was very nice and professional. She answered all of my questions and others I didnt think of. Still deciding but great first impression working with her and seeing the community.

I have been a tenant at this property for about 6 months now. I will say management is not the best, however if I need anything done to my apartment maintenance is who I rely on. Ashley Guy, one of the maintenance coordinators came by my apartment when I had a toilet leak. She was very respectful & very efficient! I haven’t had any problems since then. The property may not be the best, but maintenance definitely gets 5 stars !

Granted these are some pretty decent apartments.. but, the parking is TRASH! The parking spaces are TIGHT and you can barely open your car door and get out considering how small and tight they make these lines. THEN what makes it worse is the other tenants can’t even park -_-

Have been here since May 2024 and love the management team! Never issues with neighbors or noise. Management has also been consistent with maintenance and property upkeep. All around a great place to live!

My roomie and I signed on a 12 month lease when Tyler was active as a leasing agent. We were on the 4th floor. Never had issues with pests, noise or safety - including us and/or cars. The whole community was amazing. Rates are so affordable for the beautiful floor plans, interiors, and amenities. Best closet space, living and bedroom square footage, open kitchen with island and in unit W&D! The only “issue” we noticed was very limited times when management would forget to send a PSA email for maintenance coming by for check ups, which would lead us to rescheduling their visit since we weren’t prepared. Overall, the community is clean with them providing valet trash, apt complex is as quiet as it can be being right off the highway. Would love to stay here forever but sadly the location doesn’t serve me anymore. Thank you for everything , Callie!!! I’ll gladly send all my apt locators and renters your way!

Update on my review :-)The new management has been great. The changes they’ve been making , they have been doing a lot more than the old management did. The apartments are looking way better. Tyler is very nice and very accommodating and also Amie is very sweet and fun to talk to! Although my whole experience hasn’t been all that great, dealing with miscommunication and problems with my unit and im definitely ready to move on - I’m glad to see that there’s things finally happening. Maintenance doing their thing as always! The changes they’re making, the potential is definitely there and better than it was before.

Ive had the pleasure of being part of the Callie community for a while now, experiencing the transition from the previous management to the current one. The positive changes under the new management are truly commendable. Aimee and Tyler have been consistently accommodating, addressing my concerns with genuine care and patience. No matter how many questions I have.. and I usually have a lot. While waste and trash remain a concern, I believe the management is working diligently to overcome these challenges. I genuinely recommend the Callie and look forward to witnessing the property reach its full potential.

I previously had given the Callie a one star review because of the cleanliness and dont get me wrong, the back corner where the dogs have an artificial grass potty spot is caustic to walk by. HOWEVER, the change in management has been incredible! Previously the front desk was rude and difficult but Tyler the new community manager is amazing. He is quick and helpful and very kind. His entire team assisted me with correcting an issue I was having at move out and honestly turned my whole attitude toward this place around!

I’ve lived at Callie for a couple of years now, and I love my apartment. The location is perfect for me. I’m not a big fan of writing reviews, but here lately every time I’ve gone into the office everyone just seems so much happier! The office staff is so friendly, and they are so responsive to work orders and even concerns if they come up. I know management has changed in the last month, but it’s been a good change. If I request something to get fixed in my apartment it almost gets done the same day, and I don’t have to ask again! I met the manager the other day, and she seems to really care about the the property and the people who live here. Here recently they started a holidays thing, where if you respond to an Instagram post and happen to be I think one of the first 30 to comment you get a random gift to your door! How fun is that! I wish It would last all year, but I’m thinking it must be a Christmas thing. Anyway, this place has had its ups and downs, but I really think the new management that has come in has made a difference in a short amount of time. I hope It stays this way!

Consuello is the best! She truly cares about her residents and wants us to have a wonderful experience living here. Im very thankful for her and the other leasing office agents. They are always so nice and courteous.UPDATE 10/13/21: So usually when an apartment complex changes management or gets bought out, that means trouble. I am so glad that in this case, they kept awesome previous employees like Robert and the new community manager, Lacey Strother, is also amazing!! Im just so forever grateful to this staff for TRULY caring about us as residents and making sure that things get handled whenever theyre brought to their attention. Ive lived in a lot of apartments and never had such a positive experience. Im thankful for The Callie and did not even need to consider finding a better place when my lease was up. Thank you Lacey, Robert, and the rest of the awesome staff!UPDATE 10/14/22:Leaving a 5-star review once again because of my wonderful experience with the staff. Fabian, Jocelyn, and Cynthia are so nice. I havent worked with them as much as Nathan but everything was positive. Nathan Silva has helped me a TON since he came on board. If I knew someone was looking for an apartment I would want them to work with him 100%. I can also see him running a whole company because of his maturity and professionalism. Hes a very hard worker and gets customer service. I just cannot say enough how thankful I am for Nathan Silva!

PINNACLE is reviving The Callie (GRATEFUL). Overall safety is once more visible. The property is now cleaner - once more - not trashy, no scary looking people are not seen hanging out & around. Maintenance experience has been Excellent. No longer do I wonder when a service request will be handled - Mario & crew are on top providing Excellent Service. Only one problem - Elevator 2 ... hopefully a new Elevator Company has been secured (personal opinion). Leasing office staff Deni & Kyle are not only Professional providing Excellent service for residents but it shows they love their jobs. - Thank you.ZRS managed The Callie when I moved here in 2016. They were professional and excellent maintenance services. The Callie was a community with police security, meetings, gatherings and the portal provided tool to communicate with the office and your neighbors.Crescent took over The Callie and it was a living experience that was HORRIBLE!! The Callie began to GO DOWN!!! There was no safety feeling, No communication, No security, maintenance service simply HORRIBLE. Youd speak with the Leasing office receiving one lie after another lie. Plus the Leasing office never had a clue. Keys were provided to a new resident, the original resident never vacated their homes and strange people would walk in on them. Imagine being sleep in your bed and here walks in a crew of people WHO HAD A KEY. Covered parking assigned to others when it was my assigned parking. Elevator 2 - broke EVERY WEEK. It was not a place to call a safe home. Held in by lease.

He was very attentive to my wants in an apartment and super helpful in finding one in the complex that had exactly what I wanted. He is so amazing at his job!! Come and specifically ask for Nathan when coming to The Callie!!

I moved into The Callie apartments three weeks ago and from the application process to move-in day, it was seamless and stress-free. Ms. Sonja and Ms. Millie were so patient with me by answering any questions that I may have had. They both took out the time to ensure that everything was set up prior to me moving in which I’m very grateful for. I can tell that management here truly care about their residents. I would also like to add that maintenance processes requests in a timely manner which is great! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

We enjoy our time at the Callie! The apartments are very nice! The office is great about doing giveaways, rewarding residents through referrals and food trucks. Unfortunately, we moved in with COVID so we have not been able to take advantage of many of the amenities, but we do love having an unleashed dog park. Residents can be messy – but the office does a great job at keeping up with them.

The employees were amazing and a huge shout out to Nathan for this dedication and attentiveness in helping not only me but other customers as well. Nathan gets little no credit. I highly recommend him getting a raise.

This is a great choice if you’re looking for somewhere nice, with easy highway access and popular fast food restaurants. On top of that, the staff is a pleasure to work with. Thank you all.

My son rents at the Callie. I recently took a position as CFO of a Dallas based artificial intelligence software company. The new management company is far superior to the previous company and has made great progress in improving client services and maintenance of the property. My leasing agent Matt did an excellent professional job handling my leasing application. He took care of everything including reserving a garage diagonally across from my apartment. I move in in late August. The facilities are excellent and the Callie now has a management company that is delivering on its potential.It has been a few years now. The new owners and their inhouse staff have been excellent. My son and I rent a 3 story townhouse in the Callie complex. The location close to I75 has been great providing access to shopping and me for my business. The new leasing staff, management and maintenance staff have been very responsive since they replaced Greystar. I highly recommend the Callie as a superior community at a very affordable price point.

I have lived at the Callie apartments for a little over a year. I went in to the office last week for some assistance using the online resident portal. Sales associate Matt was very helpful and patient. He walked me through the resident portal and helped me with my issues (user error). Although I have some overall concerns with the community / neighborhood I appreciate Matt and the rest of the staff and their efforts to make the community a safe and enjoyable place to live.

Apartment was well cleaned and in good condition upon moving in and having the washer/dryer included is a big plus.From what Ive heard from other tenants, the previous management was quite disorganized and poorly managed, but my experience with the newer management has been great thus far.

Matt is the best leasing agent I have had the pleasure of working with! My roommate and I had a horrible experience at our previous apartment complex. Luckily, we found The Callie on very short notice! We have lived here for a few weeks now and our experience here at the Callie could not have been better! Matt, in the leasing office, went above and beyond the requirements of his job to help us out! He gave us a tour, walked us through the application, and got us moved in the same day! We moved in on a Saturday and Matt stayed passed closing to make sure we had a place stay that night! Even after we moved in Matt has continued to make The Callie feel like a home

I did have the privilege of calling this my home the last 4 years. It’s nice to have to have. “ Wow factor” when you friends and family come to visit and the Callie has that! I worked a lot so I didn’t personally get a chance to take advantage of many of the amenities but they are their for you. I would like to personally thank Sonya and Robert for helping with anything I needed in answers from property management side. I will miss the location I felt it was perfect!

Matt & Chris are AMAZING! Matt has been helping us since day one and always manages to fix any and everything he’s definitely the best! And Chris the new property manager is very helpful as well ever since he’s shown up I’ve seen nothing but improvements on the property. I high recommend The Callie, the amenities are great, staff is helpful, and it’s definitely ducked off and peaceful!

Matt is the best leasing agent I have ever met!! He has gone way above to help me with anything I have ever needed. I had to move out of my other apartment, and luckily I found The Callie. Matt stayed late Saturday night just to make sure my roommate and myself would have a place to live. I love this place. Quiet everyone minds their own business. Ive never once seen a homeless person sleeping at the gym or under the stairs. I dont know what those bad reviews are talking about . weed smell. Ok who cares everyone smokes weed thats not a issue. Parking is fine ive never had a problem with parking. The apartments are beautiful worth the money. I feel very safe here. I lived at budget suites on forest for a year and you wanna talk bout crime live there. It is what it is. Ive never seen any crime here. Period!!.Ppl are very snobbish and want to talk bad about a apartment when they prob got kicked out and mad so they write bad reviews.Beautiful place and very friendly staff.

Where do I start.... how about with our resort style pool, with cabanas, four large gas grills and in water tanning ledge oh and two kitchens with refrigerators ice machines and sinks and four 70 flatscreens. Adjacent to that is our start of the art gym with mens and womans bathrooms /changing rooms.The apartments units are gorgeous lots of cabinets, silestone stone countertops and did I mention my Roman tub? Hello!! Finally Michelle Hearn is an tenants dream manager. She does what says and means business, she cares about tenant safety and tenant happiness. I love it so much my dad just rented his own unit from super star Matt Lyons ( leasing agent) and he moves in late August. I you are looking for Apartment home I promise u can stop your search now. Youll love this place!!

NIKKI IS THE BOMB!!!!!! SHE IS FANTASTIC AT TRYING TO ASSIST THINKING LIKE THE END USER. I reside at this property and have for going on 3 years. To the Poster who stated 5 star reviews were paid for by Starbucks Cards as bribes, I do it in reverse and offer things to the management office for juggling with my schedule etc... Thanks for what you all have done when you could.

Take it from 5 year resident - The Callie has been such great place to call home :) From the consistent resident communication, resident appreciation treats and food trucks on Fridays - the list could go on and on! I appreciate the leasing team in the office and everything you all do to make our home as pretty and comfortable as possible. Keep up the awesome work!!!
