I just moved into The Allure so I haven’t been a resident long, but I am already blown away by the quality of the staff here. At my previous apartment (where I lived for 4 years), management never answered the phone, wouldn’t reply to any of my emails or address my questions, and maintenance requests took weeks to fill. Living here at The Allure is a completely different experience in the best way possible!During my initial tour, Cameron was helpful, honest, genuine, and kind. He answered all of my questions, told me about improvements they were going to make on the property, discussed options for different units, and helped me find the best and most cost-effective apartment for my needs.Right before move in, Brenna assisted me with getting some last minute repairs done on my unit and she was incredibly responsive and helpful in all of her communication.Since moving in, and being here for several weeks, I am beyond grateful for the staff and the maintenance team. My unit is an older unit so I’ve had to put in some maintenance work orders, which was expected since my unit has been lived-in for a while, but all of my work orders have been addressed so quickly! Specifically, Mike on the maintenance team was kind, friendly, and completed my first work order within 24 hours. The second week after move in, I also put in a request for pest control and for someone to clean my AC ducts, and Brenna organized for the workers to come the next day!I feel really valued and cared for at this apartment and it’s because of the people who work here. Having a great team of staff members on property has made such a difference and it has truly improved the quality of my living situation and my apartment renting experience!

Berkshire is the first management team in the four years Ive lived here that genuinely cares about the property and residents. Previous employees have posted false negative reviews and used photos from years prior. If they get to use old photos to bully The Allure then Ill use some photos from our previous pool party (cant wait for the next one) The team at The Allure handles situations quickly and keeps improving the community every day. They are dedicated and make this a better place to live. Huge shout out to Cameron, Lisa, Brenna, and Kara for always being available and quick to help and Mike, Brandon, and Gustavo for keeping things working.

We have lived at the Allure for almost 5 years now. We have never had any issues with them. The community is nice and quiet, family friendly, and the staff has always been quick to answer any questions or handle any maintenance issues we’ve had. We’ve been very grateful to call the Allure our home and will continue to do so until we can move into our own home.

Ive lived in apartments the majority of my life and this is my favorite one. The layout is perfect and the people in the office have always been really helpful and kind. The dog park is one of our favorite places to be. It really does feel like home.

I’m a proud current tenant of the Allure apartments. My experience has been above expectations. Everyone I have dealt with in person, email & phone have been informative & respectful. Every maintenance ticket I’ve placed was addressed within 24 hours & completed satisfactory. My unit is modern & I appreciate the upgrades it has. The grounds are kept up with / landscaping, concrete parking spaces are clean. The pool area gym, clubhouse is maintained. Security is gated. The area is well lit. Makes me feel safe. The trash will always be an issue as waste management does what they want & cedar park is obligated to contract with them. Can’t do much about that.Neighbors are kind & courteous enough. We all have mutual respect for each others space. I haven’t had any concerns with my car being broken into or walking in the neighborhood at night. Birthday parties & pool parties are respectful of times, etc. I have enjoyed my living experience here.

I just recently relocated to the Austin area and had the luxury of moving to this complex. I can honestly say this by far has been a wonderful experience! From the friendly staff, clean atmosphere. The office workers Kameron and Lisa are always very helpful and answer all questions I have. The amenities and the access to the pool. I really enjoy the valet trash service they offer. We also have food truck service during the week which is a delight! My 2bed/2 bath is very cozy and spacious. Walk in closets and garden tub! It also includes internet / cable in the rent which is a plus. My apartment is near the dog park and I would think this location would be loud and very active in reality it is kept very clean and the neighbors are to themselves and friendly. This is by far one of my favorite complex’s. Lastly, about a month after move in my dryer would not turn over.. and the maintenance responded quickly and fixed the problem right away ! Such a relief because I had to get last minute laundry done. Brandon is the maintenance man I had a pleasure of meeting and he did an awesome job. All around I can honestly say that Allure has welcomed me and made me feel like home! Highly recommended

The Allure has been a great place to live. Theyve done an awesome job of maintaining the grounds. When we first moved in people were not cleaning up after their pets.It was frustrating not having clean areas for our dog. I dont know what happened...change in staff, new management, responsible neighbors but it is so clean now. I no longer worry about stepping in the grass and impressed with the upkeep. They also hold many resident events. Those are really appreciated. The staff cares about the happiness of the residents and it shows in what they do for us. Maintenance is very quick and respectful. Saul just fixed an issue and was in and out in less than 10 min. I would recommend the Allure to anyone.

Ive lived at The Allure a few years now and maintenance has always responded in a timely and friendly manner listening to my concerns. Im so appreciative of Kara and the management team for all their efforts to assist me with a major maintenance issue that was no fault of The Allure. Kara provided a detailed update of her efforts and gave me such peace of mind in a stressful situation. It made me feel very cared for as a tenant. My family and I moved here about a month ago, and we absolutely love it so far. Its a huge upgrade from the last complex we lived in (Cypress Gardens, NEVER move there). The walls are thick and we never have a problem with hearing our neighbors when its bed time (we have a 4 year old son, so thats very important). The ceilings are high, the appliances are great quality, and the floor plan is awesome.The one issue we had when we moved in was something was wrong with the garbage disposal, and it was fixed within two hours. We havent had any other maintenance issues since then (probably because these are only 4 years old), but I imagine theyll be just as quick!The pool is beautiful, and we have an amazing view of it from our balcony on the third floor. The gym is awesome, as well as the business center.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment in this area. The staff is great as well!

My first apartment was at the Allure and I loved living there. I moved out because I wanted to be closer to work but I miss it there. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful, especially since I didnt know what to do some of the time. Most apartment complexes will take advantage of young adults like me but they never did. Apartment life isnt easy but the Allure helped me a lot. I hope if you rent from them you will enjoy it as much as I did. Also the pool is awesome, whoever came up with putting chairs in the water, you deserve a raise. Anyway, thank you everyone at the Allure for being such an amazing first apartment experience.

The Allure is a fantastic place to live for family atmosphere within a great subdivision. My son has made amazing friends and all are now family more than friends. The pool is amazing. I always feel safe within this complex and as a single Mom that is a plus. The staff also truly care about all residents.

Ive been living here for almost 10 months now and its been the best experience Ive had around this area in the past seven years. These apartments are basically brand new, energy efficient (saving almost half of my old complexs energy bill), and all the amenities and units are very modern. The pool is amazing, great gym, and business center.Grounds are kept up very well.Maintenance staff are amazing - my AC went out yesterday right as the office was closing, but they had someone here and completely fixed in under a half hour..

The ladies in the office (especially Nicolette and Valerie 😊) are always so sweet, helpful and accommodating. I’ve been living here for a few months and we really love it. The apartment layout and garage really sold me but the amenities are great here too. The pools are great for my toddler, they have a 3in deep area great for kids who can’t swim yet. They even have a splash pad area in between the two pools. The gym is really big and has all the equipment you need. The valet trash is great for lazy people like me.

I have lived at The Allure since November 2019 and it has been a pleasure! The management and staff are friendly, professional, and responsive to needs and requests. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond to requests; they are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The Allure is a beautiful, well-maintained, and easy to access; close to stores, restaurants, and other resources such as health care (for me). I have very much enjoyed my nearly three years living at The Allure!

The staff is very friendly and on top of your needs. Im giving 4 stars for a little setback we had before we moved, but they knew how to handle very well. Since here everythings been as promised.

The property and staff are extremely helpful and try and answer your questions in a timely manner. My move in process was easy and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They even put a cute little toilet paper, washcloth, and soap gift in my apartment which was nice because I had all of that stuff packed! So far so good. A few things needed to be fixed upon move in (small things like AC filter being changed out) and they were done within 2 days of me moving in!

The Allure is one of a kind! Their apartments are some of the best Ive ever lived in! I love love love the stainless appliances and wood floors. The gigantic bedrooms and closets are great if you have a ton of furniture like I do! The office staff is great! They were so helpful with my move-in and all of my questions. If there were more stars to rate them with, they would have them all!

UPDATE: I want to give a public shout-out to Everrado (sp?), who serves as one of the maintenance staff members. Without going into too much depth (which I easily could) I think he is one of the most kind, positive and sincere individuals Ive ever met. He not takes his work very seriously, but he always has a kind word, makes great conversation and treats others with such patience and kindness. Whenever I see him, I feel as though he could be family. And that means a LOT after the year weve all had and the challenges weve all faced.THANK YOU!---------------------------------------With my travel/work schedule, I didnt have much time to view properties. I had ONE weekend to dedicate and spent most of it in my car and taking tours. The Allure was the second property that I visited (of 7) and I gave myself 48 hours to make a decision.As I weighed my options, pros/cons, The Allure remained at the top of the list.Haleys customer service was unmatched! She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. It didnt feel like she was selling me, which would have been an immediate turnoff. After I decided on The Allure, I returned for a second tour of another floor plan. And as narrowed down my choices, she was of great help and again, incredibly patient.As for the property, its lovely... especially the pool/lounge area. And a HUGE plus for me is the 24 hour conference room, as I work remotely and participate in quite a few video conferences. Ive only been here for a few days and have already used the conference room twice! The 24 hour fitness center is also a nice perk...and it looks out to the pool/lounge area!So far, Im enjoying The Allure! Looking forward to the days ahead, as a resident! :-)

My wife and I have been living here since 2017 and about a week ago, the leasing office hosted a pool party for our community. And it was the best event we have attended since living here over the last four years. Shout out to Lisa, and Brie for putting everything together. Shout out to Britton and Katherine for keeping things going, and making sure everyone was happy. I cannot wait to see what yall do in the Fall. :) 05/12/22-Update review: we have renewed our lease, because of the amenities offered, great location, and the fun events the leasing office holds throughout the year.

Ive only been here a few weeks, but so far everything has been great! The location is fantastic--access to so many great stores has been key for me with an infant. The staff has been extremely helpful during and since the leasing process. I was a bit nervous about moving to an apartment (after 7+ years in a house), but the neighbors have all been courteous as well.

Ive lived here for over 3 years. I started with a studio, then a 1 bedroom and now in a 2 bedroom as our family grew! Each floorplan Ive lived in has been very spacious.The leasing agents, manager and property manager are all friendly and caring.With the very few times that Ive needed it, the maitenance team has also been kind, prompt and thorough with their work.I definitely plan on renewing again!

I love living here, even though it has only been for a short time, and I am excited about the upcoming year at the Allure. The apartment was cleaned and ready for me to move in on the move in date, and I have not yet run into a resident or staff member that was rude. I recommend this complex!

I went to look at a townhome for my dad and his wife since they are downsizing. They like the location of The Allure since my little brother attends Vista Ridge High School which is walking distance away. I was blown away by how nice and unique the community is laid out. The office is modern and the leasing agent was very sweet. There is granite and wood floors and the cabinets look really cool. My stepmom will love their huge walk in closet and garage in the townhome for sure. I know they will love living here!

The property is well managed. Management keeps residents well informed of any issues on the property and the grounds are well kept. The property hosts many different events for residents throughout the year. The pool and fitness center are well designed and maintained. Ive had a great experience living here.

The apartments are fantastic and updated, definitely a great location to live. I only have four stars because of what you are forced to include in your rent price; cable and valet trash. The valet trash wouldnt be an issue except that they only come 5 days a week and sometimes if they are having issues they dont come at all, this happened over Christmas week which was not convenient. If given the choice I wouldnt pay for it and would take the trash out myself. Additionally they force you to pay an extra $80 a month for cable which Im sure is fine for most people but before I moved here I hadnt paid for cable for over 3 years since I only utilize Internet streaming services and still rarely use the actual cable service. Other than that its a great community to live in.

I have lived here since February and overall everything has been as expected considering the price. The unit is spacious with an open concept of living room and kitchen together. The washer and dryer are brand new and kitchen appliances are updated. The wood floor (on a second floor unit) gives the place a modern look. The windows are large to let nature light in and sturdy so no (excessive) outdoor noise comes in when shut. The walk-in closet has plenty of room to store shoes and clothes. The grills by the pool have propane everytime I use it. The pool area is well maintained and the gym is clean. Doggie bags are always available. The management has been nothing but respectful and accommodating to me.Although no fault to management: the wall is thin that I can hear people walking on the stairs and my upstair neighbor when he walks around, residents drive like it is Daytona 500, poop on the grounds (some people are just too busy to pick it up), and valet trash is never consistent.Speaking of valet trash, that is truly a waste of money more than the mandatory ($98) Spectrum subscription. Either get rid of valet trash service completely or make them take whatever trash I have. Dont give me with a medium size trash can and tell me I have to use it or there will be a fine. If the valet trash company will come at promised on paper when signing the lease (between 8 to 10, or maybe 11), keep that promise. If there is still trash at my or neighbors door when I walk my dog at 7 in the morning, cancel the service contract. I would much rather take my trash to compacts myself and spend that money in covered parking than inconsistent trash service, pun intended.I enjoy staying at The Allure and the only thing that stops me from giving a five-star review like I did on Facebook a few months back was the valet trash service.

Beautiful hidden gem! We love living at The Allure. We have lived here now a year and a half. Very quiet community with fantastic amenities. Staff is very professional and maintain the grounds as well as the facilities well. We have zero complaints about Living at The Allure and recommend this community to everybody!

I love these Apartments, been here for 3 years.... Its quiet, amazing pool, friendly neighbors, the office staff has been extremely nice and helpful (and they are all HOT!!! 😉), the area stays cleanIdiots hit the gate every once in a while, but they fix it pretty fast

I only looked at this place, I dont live there. I honestly wish I did! It was a beautiful grounds and the apartment was just what I was looking for, but the location was just too remote so I ended up moving somewhere closer to Austin.
