Hey Everyone I love these apts. As we all know, all apts has problems but the new office staff truly exceeds taking care of our residents. I have been here for four years and been through a couple of those rude managers. Especially the prior ones (except Melissa).Nisi and Gloria are Heaven sent. Changes are inevitable but I always know I can count on the staff here to break it down for me. My only complaint is that i cant make a payment in the resident portal after the 3rd because it blocks you but they are working on it. I enjoy my peaceful home, Im totally at peace here!!!

The location of this apartment complex is cool for work and flexible for our family but tha area and people around make it hard to enjoy. Weve faced multiple issues like frequent plumbing problems and broken appliances, but we need more security around here fosho with all the wild stuff going on, even for the office staff the walls are thin and I hear residents cussing them out, slamming doors. I pay my rent on time so I dont have any issues. recent altercation I heard I almost called the police myself. All I heard was the young lady asking a man to leave he refused in an very angry loud voice...I pray for them foreal

Nisi and Ms Gloria are a great team- super responsive, know the information they need to know in order to help or will find it quickly. Nisi is friendly, informative, she leased me my unit and she always helps with follow up if any is needed. The great service did not stop after I leased my unit -it continued. It was difficult reach the office when I was looking to lease but once I had an email contact everything was smooth. Now that I am onsite I realize this small community has a t team thats working overtime! :-) As a team they really make the property feel like a home- they care about the community and its residents.

I am hoping to transfer next month in this apartment complex. This community here is really nice. Ambiance is good. Fencing is amazing. The units come with a washer and a dryer. Huge parkings and very accessible. And most of all the receptionist, Jacky, is very accommodating and pleasant. She will answer all your queries and she even toured me twice to the units I was looking for.

Ive lived here for over 2 years. It has always been affordable. The apartments have been renovated inside and out. No roaches or other undesirable creatures. Our management team has been here a little over one year and they are best ever. Maintenance is on top of everything. Nothing stays broken over 1 day if parts are available. During the recent ice storm they delivered cases of water to each apartment. They care about their residents. No hanging out in the parking lot. Very clean grounds. If you want affordable and comfortable these apartments are for you.

My husband and I only been staying in these apartments for a month and since we’ve been here he haven’t had any problems with the neighbors. The office staff is SUPER nice and helpful, I really do appreciate Ms.Jessica for working with my husband and I situation, and still being able to get us into our new home. Bella is the most NICE person I ever known to work inside an office, and still manages to meet everyone needs with all the work she have going on. I LOVE my apartment (these apartments) period they are so quiet and peaceful I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a nice apartment with friendly office staff to come to Alara Apartments

The leasing office at The Alara Apartments was very helpful and professional with each interaction I have had with the staff. Ive been here for about 4 months so far and have not had any issues with neighbors, staff, anyone really. It has been quiet since I moved in.The staff communicates with you if you have any issues or concerns in a timely manner and maintenance is always doing their job and dont really take long to do what they are suppose to do.Ms. Bella is the BEST in the office I go straight to her or email if I have any problems. The staff really works with you and understands a lot of situations just have to communicate.

I am one of the residents that has been with this company for quite some time, because of its ability to accommodate the concerns of its patrons. I have found nothing but upward residential sentiments that allow for this apartment complex to continually be one of the most sought after residences to contend to reside within that is focal within this Greenbriar, Greenspoint, Community. I will continue to reside within The Alara for one of the most futile reasons. This community has offered me shelter. It is origin. I have also discovered living on this site has given me the opportunity to build outward from my chosen habitat. The Alara is a safe haven for Texans!

I moved in back in December 2016 and have been here since. Things were kinda rough with the old administration but things have really improved since Regional Manager Courtney and Property Manager Jessica took over in Aug 2017. They have been attentive to any repairs needed in my unit and extremely helpful and understanding with personal issues as well. In the beginning I couldnt wait to leave but now I have renewed my lease and am looking forward to staying at The Alara.

I cant believe the reviews for these apartments. Theyve been great to me! Jessica made sure I had just the apartment I wanted , appliances I wanted, a great deal and on top of all that .. I havent seen any roaches i My apartment whatsoever. Now maybe because of me requesting spraying before moving anywhere . I dont know if thats why but Im glad there isnt any. I have two small children so I wouldnt even move in if there were any. The apartments are way more friendly and quiet than I thought theyd be. So proud of my decision and pray I dont regret it. I moved here right after being flooded out during Harvey. I am thankful for the professional and courteous manager Jessika and her amazing staff. Anytime I’ve any type of maintenance issue the maintenance crew has responded in a quick manner. Very lovely community. I highly recommend this community.

Went in and talked to new management about leasing here. She was insightful, knowledgeable, and passionate about her job and what she could do to help me get in. Because of not so stellar previous rental history i had to pay a deposit of 150, not even the max, and will be movimg in on the first of March 2019.So far so good.........

I am fairly new to the area and as expected my fear of the unknown was consuming me. New city, new job and a new home is a lot for one person to take in at one time. I first started looking into Apartments, called a few and visited a few but each place seemed to have a flaw here or there that I did not think was a wise choice to live. I continued my search by driving around and getting familiar with the area is when I stumbled upon The Alara. I went in to see what they had to offer and we were so excited at the point of entry, great first impression by the staff, very welcoming and clean office. This is by far the abslute best customer service provided by the staff here at The Alara. Jessika was very helpful, she answered all our questions and gave us a nice tour of the property. My original fears were begining to fade and I was beginning to feel at home, it just felt right. After signing our lease my husband and I were discussing dinner amongst ourselves when Jessika shared with us some of her favorite places in the area to eat and shop. Great customer service!!!! All the staff is so friendly!!! Any time I call I get a live person on the phone not just a machine which is nice. It has been a great experience so far and I am proud to say I live here at The Alara 😀

I am active duty military getting ready to get out and contacted Jessika about availability and pricing for the time I will be relocating and The Alara was the first apartment complex to contact me back in my apartment search. Hi! I have lived at Alara for almost 2 years now. When I moved in the apt wasnt ready. I took 17 pics of issues and brought to office. They fixed about 8. I fixed all the rest. I was promised the graffiti on the bricks would be gone, the grounds cleaned, the gate fixed, etc. instead I got stolen mail from the office and they were NEVER THERE. Always a sign on door they were out. I hated it. I was not going to renew my lease. The NEW management is like HEAVEN!! No more missing packages, always in the office. The complex is so clean, the gates are fixed. I have NEVER seen ONE COCKROACH IN MY APT. They will spray on Tuesdays if you let them know but Ive only requested it once because i saw a little gnat flying around me LOL!! They got the graffiti off the brick wall I hated. The pool is always clean. Its very quiet and I love my apt. Most people just stay to theirselves. My air was continuously on last summer and they installed a new unit. This summer I told them I think they need to check it and maintenance was there that day to clean it and add some extra Freon. Ice Cold!! I cant even think of one complaint to write about. Jessica the manager and Bella the leasing agent are super nice and always out and about the property checking everything because honestly the previous management sucked. As long as this management stays here, Im staying here!! MAJOR: OUR APTS DID NOT FLOOD WHEN ALL THE ONES AROUND US DID!!! Thank you Lord!!

The staff is helpful and prompt. The inside is very nicely updated for the area. When I submit my requests online they are acknowledged in a timely fashion. So far so good. The only negative I have is the outer appearance I extremely dislike the outer appearance. Fresh mulch would be nice, and the fact that you can see the wires outside are tacky.

Management is very helpful and nice, they made sure all my needs were met whenever I had an problem... They are very understanding when it comes down to you and your apartment . Maintenance is on top of anything that needs to be fix and I like to know what was wrong and they will break it down for so that you won’t be clueless ... Everyone stays to them selves so no issues or problems... Good place to live

We moved into a two bedroom after the new management took over and have been well taken care of. We were worried about wasting money on application fees and all of the fees associated with move in but were pleased to find out they refund portions of it if denied. We had bad credit and no money in our budget to waste on other apps so also very relieved to find out we were not denied due to credit, instead we paid a small risk fee. Move in was painless and they even added little welcome gifts in the kitchen and bathroom that was just a nice touch. Bella has called to make sure we were good and our air worked. Matience was there the next day and very friendly. Just good people.

Ok for the most part it’s REALLY quiet around here. No ones standing around outside and being unproductive like you would see in other apartment communities. The property is gated and there is a security presence on the property so I’m sure that helps. We haven’t had any issues with any critters or roaches but that’s probably a personal issue. We all know roaches follow you wherever you go....Seems like a pretty good family environment. When I come home from work the kids are playing on the playgrounds or swimming in the pool. No Stress. Peaceful. My ONLY issue as of right now is the Boiler. Since I’ve moved in the Boiler has been down for repairs several times. As I’m writing this review it’s been down all night and still down this morning. The plummers were also out here 2 consecutive days last week in which the water was turned off from 8am-5pm. The BOILER NEEDS TO BE FIXED...PERMANENTLY!!!! There’s no excuse for not having a permanent solution in place or not informing your tenants that the Hot Water will be off such and such a time. That’s just inconsiderate ,inconvenient and unprofessional. Other that I give the Property and management 4 stars. There’s always room for improvement.

They put themselves in my shoes and never judge me. I would like to see less trash on the grounds. That’s not their faults tho. You nasty tenants need to learn where the dumpsters are.

Well my experience at this place is a unfolding story that Jessica,Bella and I experience and never seen in the history of the Alara..Well I was going through alot last year and i lost everything I had and including my family.so I became homeless.but still maintaining 2 jobs but sleeping in abandoned apartment.so one-day I came to the Alara with Faith and believing that I will get a place to stay.so.long story short.so got approved and was ready to move but there was a bump in the road but only God knows who this couple was.this couple and i was sitting in the office and they was listening to my story I also had wat i only had from my check so I didnt have enough to move in so this couple helped me out to move in I was so happy and crying in tears cuz iv never seen nobody ever to help some random person so they can move in a new place and have a better life.so thank you to the couple and Jessica and Bella and the whole Alara team.#A1#yeah#lets go
