I absolutely love this complex. I moved in Dec. 2020, when the name was Broadstone Travesia. This is definitely a luxury complex with pretty nice amenities.I believe all units include a washer and dryer, one of my requirements. The dog park is like no other as far as apartment dog parks. They have actual grass in the dog park not wood chips or sand! There are also a lot of large grassy areas and sidewalks to walk through. Parking is a little tight in the front of the complex but there a lot of extra spaces on either side. Everything is well lit at night which is super important when I walk my pup.Maintenance staff is great and super helpful. Everyone in the office is really nice to. There are a gym and package locker that are accessible 24/7. The pool area is really amazing and almost has a resort like feel to it.Peaceful atmosphere that tends to be pretty quiet. Im super lucky to call this place my home.

Renewed my lease once. Hoping rent is dropped to match what new tenants will be paying/the market price.These apartments are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood but it would be nice if the gates actually worked because this is supposed to be a gated community.Management is quick to respond to emails, calls and meeting in person. Brittany and Florita are both very friendly and always happy to help. Maintenance crew is very efficient.

I moved in in January and Im very pleased with everything!!The pool is always clean, the gym is a good option, some stuff missing and one of the treadmills stops working but other than that Im able to get good workouts.Maintenance has been nice and quick to respond requests.The leasing staff is lovely always nice and prompt to help.Very family oriented so if you are looking to party this is not the complex for you.

I love it here! Its been 2 months (almost 3) and I cant say enough. Maintenance is so responsive. People smile over here and say hi like neighbors should. The front office and grounds are not just beautiful and well kept but the office staff are so nice and welcoming. I love the fitness ctr. and the package room is genius! Its quiet and apparently theres a train somewhere close by but I havent heard it which is good. Gerald assisted me with my move in process and application. He was so helpful! He took the time to explain things and even got back to my email questions faster than I expected. I know people are busy but he really made the process as seamless as possible. It says a LOT when youre front office staff actually smiles and their nonverbals say they want to be there.

Looking to relocate from the East Coast, scheduled a tour to check out their 3 bedroom. Brittany was able to show me around all of the amenities, beautiful pool and dog park. They even have a dog washing station which I thought was a nice touch! Fitness center was amazing especially since its 24 hours. If I actually get the job Im moving here without a doubt.

I really enjoy living at Terrastone Travesia. The clubhouse/common areas/pool are always clean and the gym is nicer than most properties Ive been to (and completely renovated less than a week ago to be even better). The property is safe and you see people regularly walking the complex and in the neighborhood. It has a quiet feel but is only a short 5-10 minute drive to a lot of great stores and restaurants along 35, Mopac and the 45 toll.The apartment staff are all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Also, the property managers Abel and Brittany really went above and beyond to help me get the best apartment to meet my needs. Overall, an excellent place to live and Im happy I found it!

I’ve been here for about 8 months now and my experience has been amazing from the start! Florita is definitely someone you would want to get In contact with when you move here. She has amazing customer service, very friendly and compassionate, she has definitely made my first apartment move an unforgettable experience! Maintenance is on time, no rats or insects on property, which is always great. Beautiful property as well!

We were looking for a two bedroom for a July move in, and we loved the Hester and Vintage floor plans. They didnt have any available apartments for that time just yet, but Florita was more than happy to take me on a tour of their two bedroom options. They have a beautiful pool, and I can see my family and myself taking full advantage of it during the summertime and their gym is open 24/7. I do look forward to renting here.

Amazing. I love the location and the grounds look very nice. The pool is huge and theres even a dog spa to bathe my pup! The model home very nice and spacious and it was upgraded beautifully! I look forward to moving in this summer!

Ive lived here 13 years now and have always had positive interactions with the staff. The maintenance team is amazing and they are on top of any issues I might have, which arent very many at all. The office staff is just as amazing as well and are very willing to help you out.

This is the best apartment that Ive lived in. The office staff are excellent. They are very courteous, helpful and professional. They also put on lots of great events for the residents throughout the year.Likewise, maintenance is very responsive and theyre always out to take care of any issue we have within 24 hours or less. Sometimes theyre out within a couple of hours.The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Also our apartment is very spacious and we NEVER hear our neighbors. We are on the first floor and we dont hear any walking noises above us, nor do we hear any talking or sounds from our next door neighbors. The only issue weve had is that some lazy pet owners dont pick up their dogs poop so you have to be careful walking around the grassy areas.The apartment is in a great location between North Austin and Round Rock close to everything youll need. Its a very nice, upgraded, and peaceful place to call home. The grounds are well kept and you wont be disappointed. I highly recommend Broadstone Travesia! Thank you guys for everything 😊

I have been living here with my wife and daughter for about 1 month now.First of all, the amenities here are excellent. Theres a beautiful pool, plenty of parking, several covered grills for anyone to use, a decent business center/conference room, a great gym, and a spacious common area which is always clean and decorated to match the season.My unit is a 3 bedroom unit on the ground floor. It is spacious and the layout is great for my family. There are a few small things that are not perfect. The master bathroom has a strange smell in the evening which the management cant figure out, and there is some noise from the neighbors above which is to be expected in an apartment but sometimes it is a bit excessive.Overall, we are very happy with the apartment and the staff. They have tried to attend to our concerns in a timely manner.

We have been living here for a year now and the experience is still the same as the beginning! Our apartment floor plan is amazing, we do not hear out neighbors, maintenance is always there or with a response within 15 to 20 minutes. The amenities always look amazing and are well kept and clean. In the summer there was always time for everyone in the pool area. Overall it is the best apartment experience Ive had.

First apartment out of state so Ill be in detail.Overall Broadstone was a safe and comfortable community to be in after relocating from Florida in August 2020. Maintenance always showed up within 36 hours. The community was safe with events always going on. There is a 24/7 gas station right next to the community thats like a mini convince store. The community even kept power during the 2020 winter storm which was great. I would have stayed but I relocated to another city June 2021. Id recommend anyone to have Broadstone as an option if they add up all the reoccurring fees.Only down sides I didnt like were I had to mostly go to the main office because I had better chances of reaching them in person than over the phone as they sometimes didnt pick up (however the staff is so nice; theyre just hard to catch haha). Make sure to ask about all monthly reoccurring fees as they add up and arent optional (valet trash, wifi and cable included, etc). Didnt like how I had to sign the lease on move in day but there were no surprises so that was good.Overall great community that felt like home.

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years and I am about to renew, AGAIN. This place is AMAZING. I have lived in about 7 apartment complexes previously (5 here in Austin) and this is by far the BEST. From the time I first leased the apartment, to my pets and I moving in, to the time I added someone to my lease...it has been easy and seamless. They have great rates for deposits, reasonable pet deposits/rent and if you want to move into a different/larger apartment within the complex, well they make that easy, too! Maintenance requests are always handled that day or the next, they are attentive to changing the filters/testing the fire systems and hydrants, the grounds are clean and well-maintained.What I will say is that you cant always choose your neighbors. People dont always clean up after their dogs (especially a bummer since were dog owners and have to be careful where we step sometimes), but that is on the inconsiderate neighbors and Broadstone does a great job of periodically getting out there and cleaning up other peoples messes. We have also had inconsiderate neighbors (one living above us was actually throwing furniture off of their balcony!!!), but the staff is always quick to respond and send someone over to help mediate when necessary.I HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex. Every year around lease renewal we go and tour other complexes, check prices and see whats out there. This place is just simply the best, so we stay! I honestly cant say enough good about this place! OH, and JOSH in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. Always attentive, always quick to respond, and keeps this place running smoothly from a tenants point of view. If he left, we might leave! No joke!! :)

I have lived at several apartment complexes in my 7 years of living in Austin and this apartment is by far the best. The kitchen is HUGE, plenty of storage for everything I need. The layout works well, and everyone who has come to visit cant believe its only 623 sq ft because it feels so much larger! The rent is very well priced for being so close to Austin, and the property has been very well maintained the last 7 months Ive been here.Ive seen other reviews about the staff, and I cant help but wonder if its peoples attitude when coming in. Broadstone Travesias staff has been AMAZING to work with from maintenance requests, to package pickup and renting the clubhouse for a party. They are always responsive, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this property and I am even happy to pay an increase when I renew just to stay at this property until I have to move for grad school.As long as you have reasonable expectations for what apartment living is like (do not expect the luxuries of a single family home or personal bar- you have neighbors that share walls and thats unavoidable), you wont be disappointed! I highly recommend Broadstone Travesia!**NOTE: I am not a member of the staff and I dont get any special perks for my honesty. I just sincerely love living here.

Nice place to feel like home. I’m living from past four years. The Management is extremely helpful with any questions and they truly care about the resident’s need. Maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours. The location is also very great. Awesome Pool and the changes that they have recently made to the poolside area is wow.

This is my first apartment that I have ever lived in just moving out of my parents house and my experience has been nothing but good here. The front office staff has always been really friendly to me and always willing to work especially since this pandemic has hit. They have good communication and are willing to work with the residents as long as communication is kept. I will be renewing my lease here and plan to stay for a long time as long as things stay the same.I only have afew issues here one being I cannot pick my internet provider and I do not watch cable so the extra charge per month is useless for me. Me not being able to pick my internet provider is a big deal to me because I am a gamer who needs the faster speed internet and spectrum just cant keep up at times. My other issue is the service team cannot seem to figure out how to fix my closet the right way until I told them to drill a new hole, but that being said my past few interactions with the service team have been increasingly better and since then my closet has been fixed.The few bad things make up for the fact that the front office people make living here so easy with how much they are willing to work with people through these tough times. Shoutout to Brittany and her team who always strive for the best customer service I could ever imagine from an apartment complex.

I have only lived here a short time, and am already very impressed. The staff and tenants are very friendly. I feel safe and at home here. They’re very dog friendly which is a huge plus for me because I have an adorable Pomeranian who loves the outdoors. I am looking forward to living here and feel I made a great decision! The complex it self is a beautiful location . I have only been here in this complex a good 3 month now . It’s been little to no real noise with loudness of any . Now the staff Ms Britney & Josh are doing their very best of what they got to work with,but the maintenance team could do a little better to make sure everything gets done accordingly . I just believe to satisfied a customer or Resident is to make sure they are okay with everything of what was ask to be handled to get fix . Great place to live. The staff is helpful and the maintenance is prompt. They keep the grounds up very nicely. Our favorite amenities are the grills by the pool, though it seems like some peoples favorite thing to do is break them. Marble countertops and stainless appliances definitely boost the value indoors. Only complaint is the occasional stiffness from the staff.

About to move out to be closer to work. Relative to most apartments in austin/rr, i feel this is a good up and coming place to live. I probably would have renewed if it was closer. The staff are getting experience, and there isnt as much turnover. Rent is reasonable for what you get. They switched to a maintenance company that gets things done promptly and well done. The gate will be broken most of the time but i never really cared about that. Ive always felt secure. Parking late at night might be a bit of a hassle but doable. But all in all, good place to live.

Honestly if I could put like 4.75 I would because no place is without fault but LET ME TELL YOU. This place is amazing. I have lived here for upwards of 1.5 years and I love it. There is one employee in particular named Josh that is PHENOMENAL. Dont get me wrong, everyone else is great but Josh holds a special place in my heart.I came to this apartment inexperienced about this process and with tons of questions but he was so patient and personable and knew every answer to my questions. If I had a problem, he was helpful and attentive! Josh is honestly the Hidden amenity in this place.BESIDES HIM, the staff are nice, prompt and freindly. The grounds are clean and taken care of. They even have movie nights at the pool sometimes for kids. Broken items are usually promptly disposed of. The apartment itself is usually taken care of and the maintenence staff is quick and happy to please. All in all, its a great place to live and pretty affordable in comparison to some other places.

I love this quiet beautiful community and its staff! Brittney, the business office manager, remembers my face and unit whenever I walk through the door, and the leasing office staff tries their best to answer any questions I have. They also throw really cool social events for the community in our club house like movie nights, happy hours, or caramel apple nacho bars just to name a few and it makes this appartment complex feel more like home!

To maintenance with Todd, Justin and Kevin who are always on point . I reccomend this beautiful community to anyone who is looking for a great place to live in Austin!

I used to highly recommend the complex but dont think I can anymore. Or can only recommend a 3rd floor unit. Used to be in one and was fine, but moved to a 2nd floor for more space and now the cons are starting to outweigh the pros. And it will cost a lot to move back to 3rd floor.Pros:-Clean apartments, grounds, pool, and landscaping is kept up.-Maintenance responds within 1 day of requests.-Located between the major highways 35, Mopac, 45 to quickly access where you need to go. Also near some restaurants, grocery stores, and theaters.-Included washer/dryer.-Appears to be a lot of families in the community.-New gas station, convenience store, and bar within walking distance.Cons:-There is extreme noise in units below the upgraded ones.-Recently required cable and internet package. While this may be good for some people, a lot dont watch cable nowadays. Leasing misinformed that there was a wired i-net connection which caused lots of wasted money on a private account.-Can only recommend a 3rd floor apartment on the outer edge, or may be stuck with people upstairs stomping plus music/tv from the shared bedroom wall and below. Office claimed to contact the tenants but no change has happened. Lots of stomping from above.-Both units Ive lived in had electrical wiring problems in the kitchen.-Required valet trash cost. But most Austin apartments seem to be switching to this.-Lots of different email groups required to get all info and benefits. Some spammy emails.

I decided to apply for this condo and I dont regret it, it is very quiet and clean above allMy contract expires in a few months but I think I will renew here again. I really like these apartments.
