Been here for 2 weeks and I absolutely love the community here. When we were searching for apartments we couldn’t go and see anything in person so we did everything online and the apartment manager Melanie was very informative and answered all my questions/concern right away. The application process was very easy and fast. Everyone here is so friendly! We love the fact they have a pool area, dog park and playground.

Melanie (the office manager) is the best! She was so kind, patient, and polite! She worked with me flawlessly even though I had my two younger children with me. She made me feel at ease with this moving process! The property is very well maintained and very affordable for the quality of care for the property. It was a true pleasure working with Melanie!10/10 would recommend!

Lived here on a year lease. Service was a breeze, cozy and modern apartments, pet friendly environment, management was SPOT ON and very easily accessible. Our residency here was nothing short of lovely. Keaura was amazing with communications throughout our time here with frequent updates, including our leave. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

My husband locked himself out of our apartment around 10:30 and we made an emergency maintenance call and Ms. Penny was there in less than 20 minutes and helped him get in. The whole door had to be removed because of the inside lock. She was very polite and made the stressful situation not so stressful. We’ve only been here a week and are so impressed with the service from the manager and the place is very well kept! The whole application process was so easy and quick to complete. Highly recommend!

I love my new apartment! It is very clean and cozy! The community is very friendly and quiet. The office manager is a very friendly and sweet lady! Our maintenance man came to my apartment to finish a work order and went above and beyond to meet our repair needs! I would recommend this complex to anyone with a family.

Hello! I tried to call but the phone disconnected. I was interested in these apartments but the reviews are a little frightening…I had a few questions and maybe if could call back ?is the roach and mice problem still an ongoing issue ? if you move out by your expected lease end is there really a penalty fee for moving out or was that a case by case situation? I understand moving out at the end of your lease, but I don’t understand having to pay a penalty fee for moving out at the end of your lease . Maybe I’m confused . Dog are allowed I presume ? And if a family member stays the night do you really have to pay more on your rent for one night ? are children really not allowed to draw on the side walk and was the apartments truly updated? I look forward to your reply and will change my written review once my questions are answered. Have a blessed day !

I wish I could split my review in half, with about 1 or 2 stars for the duration of the 6 month period we started here and could not be any more ready to leave. In the first 6 months management was TERRIBLE, my husband and I felt singled out on a daily basis (fined $25 for taking muddy shoes off outside!) Like 5 minutes after we got home... We stayed just to finish school in the district. New management took over right when we were looking elsewhere and changed our minds and actually moved us into a larger apartment for a longer lease. My 5 star review is for this apartment complex under new management with Amy!!! About 1-2 stars at best for our whole experience the first 6 months!!! Honestly a lot of “unnecessary”rudeness before, and the new management is much more professional and pleasant at the same time. Amy did a great job of assuring us that we would have a much better experience this time and she was so pleasant to deal with as well. Great job Amy, for turning this place around!! 👍🏻

My husband and I lived there for a few months. Great management and maintenance. Our apartment has very clean when we moved in. We enjoyed our neighbors. Great place to rent.

Though the complex is right off of I-10, it is very peaceful. Apartment staff are always courteous to the residents, and do everything in their power to accommodate what is needed for your stay to be as pleasurable as possible. The communication between residents and staff is clear and understanding. I especially enjoy how youre able to receive and send text messages for times when I am unable to communicate over the phone. My only dislike is that there are only 2 dumpsters in the entire complex, and they are both placed at the entrances of the complex, which in turn, somewhat puts a disadvantage to the residents that reside in the back of the complex. Other than the one disadvantage, Terrace Vine is a great place to reside.

Would highly recommend This apartment. The community is very nice and pleasant. The manager is Amy Sterling she is nice and will help with what ever issues you have Amy goes above and beyond and truly cares for her tenants.

Nice and safe place to stay! The staff is very quick to respond and address all concerns and questions professionally. I did have roaches in my apartment but the staff has pest control frequently to take care of that.

I know this place is under new management since early 2016 and is doing a better job at responding to tenants needs. Its not priced as a five-star place so youre never going to get five-star service and amenities.
