    In the end I was satisfied. Honestly, Mgt Staff is EXTREMELY professional, except the new gal is snotty & tried to SPIN my personal policy concern so she could get in with her new co-workers *(you dont speak to me like that, cut me off & hang up on me: the consumer is ALWAYS right). Maintenance came out right away when needed. Pest control knocked every week (I worked from home & was there to hear them knock)... They welcomed my pet. I feel they need new rules on parking enforcement. Other than that, they made it work. I enjoyed my place & the view.

    Ive lived here for a year and signed a lease renewal for the next year. I find that the office staff are kind and understanding. They handle any issues quickly and with discretion. The maintenance team is responsive and handles all issues professionally. The team quite frankly is wonderful.

    I would like to give a shoutout to Keesha and especially Myra from the beginning Myra was outstanding she took the time out of her day to give me a tour on FaceTime when she didn’t have to offer so I greatly appreciate that and she was super understanding of my situation and helping me out. For Keesha I called today and she was super sweet and helpful with answering my questions as a first time renter. I hope to be calling this place home very soon. Outstanding customer service from this place!!

    If youre looking for a reasonably priced and comfortable place to live, I highly recommend Summit on the Lake Apartments! I call this complex a hidden gym in Fort Worth, because it really is. I stayed in the one bedroom and one bath, and that was perfect for me. This complex is good for a single or couple, and I do believe they have other options for small families.The complex always keeps the grounds clean, and upgrade whatever needs to be fixed. I appreciate the constant communication if any issues arise, or any routine maintenance such as pest control or fire safety inspections need to occur.I never had any issues with safety concerns, the complex is actually tucked away. They do enforce parking rules, which is great because I never had to worry about parking far from my apartment building. THEY WILL TOW if anyone is in violation.In regards to noise, I never had any issues with my neighbors in my complex. It really is a quiet area. Everyone seems to respect each other and mind their own business.The staff are amazing and friendly. The only reason why I moved is because I need the extra space for my family that will be moving in with me.

    The laundrette was a slight concern at first, but the management and nice units make up for that in the end. Been here over a year and no major complaints! Would recommend

    I have written a review previously from when I first moved into this apartment complex and I felt compelled to write one as Im moving out soon (not due to anything caused by the complex.) There are a few things that make this complex better than most at this price point in my opinion. The first of which is the lack of trash anywhere. Trash belongs in the dumpster and thats the only place youll find it. Ive lived here for about a year now and the grounds are always clean.The second thing is the lack of noise. With the exception of jets from the base this complex is quiet. Lastly,and the thing that really amazes me, is the maintenance team. They are prompt, they are professional and they will find a way to fix your problem as fast as they possibly can. I dont think Ive ever had to wait more than a day to have something fixed. Id definitely consider this place if youre looking for a place to live.

    We toured Summit on the Lake Apartments for my daughter who will be attending TCC in the Fall. We put in a request for a tour and were contacted first thing the next morning. Jeanna was extremely friendly and helpful during this process. She was quick to answer any questions about the area and the apartments. The price was so reasonable and staff so sweet, however, we were looking for something a little more into Fort Worth.

    Jeanna was super helpful in my moving experience! This is the first time Ive rented an apartment and it couldnt have been smoother. I got quick/timely answers to my questions and concerns. The apartment itself is nice, recently renovated and updated. The community is quiet and by the lake. Very happy so far with this community.

    This place is great! I love how easy and attentive they are here. Some of the best customer service and always checking and making sure everything is going smoothly. Carissa was amazing, and the manager is just as great. Would definitely recommend these apartments to any of my friends and family.

    Im not the one to usually write reviews but I must brag for a minute. I visited this property today for a tour held by Jeanna Fox, the assistant manager. Her attitude and knowledge about the property was impeccable. Jeanna made me feel so welcomed. Upon entrance of the 2bd/2ba unit I was impressed with how it looked although it had basic amenities in the unit. I would definitely consider calling this place home within the next 30 days. The property is also clean and quiet

    Hello everyone, Id like to just take time out to give a total shout out to the whole office team! Keishia and Jenna, as well as Bri are amazing. ✨️ They are very empathetic and rational. They went above and beyond for me.I read the reviews about the creepy crawlers and they had pest control come out and inspect for our comfort 😅. Theyre very friendly from my experience and the apartment is updated and spacious enough for my kiddo to jump around and play. The complex is quiet and looks cozy. This is definitely a place to call home.

    The people who work here are nice and accommodating. The apartment is pretty decent for the price. Water bill seems to be shared equally throughout the complex but it never goes over 10 dollars. That’s a huge plus for me. So for a place that’s affordable, has nice workers, and good atmosphere, it’s a 4 star. I do wish there were more laundry machines. On the other hand, there’s usually an open laundry machine when I need to do my laundry.

    Words cannot express how awesome my experience has been from the time Breann showed me my apartment to the move in day!! This was my first move in 10 yrs and Breann made the process smooth and exciting for me! Apartment is so nice I love it. Maintenance is very prompt! So happy to call Summit on the Lake my new home.     My wife and I love Summit on the Lake! The office staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. The maintenance crew is on top of all work orders put in, we havent had a work order sit more than a couple days and that was only do to them having to order a part in. All the neighbors that we have met have all been chill and conversational. We couldnt recommend a better apartment complex for newly weds or even just someone looking for a quite place to live.

    In 2021 i relocated from California to ft worth. With this being a shot in the dark and me not being able to physically see the place before moving , it turned out to be great for me. Keesha (leasing agent), came in a little after I had been here but has been such an amazing help. Always willing to assist and very “on top” of her game. Her service is for sure 5 stars . I left 4 due to my unit not being up to date as far as all appliances go. Nevertheless, it has been great.

    I moved in here in August and so far I really enjoy being here. When I first moved in there were fleas in the carpet from the previous tenant. Those fleas were persistent but the office eventually got rid of them, 4 bug bombs later and a visit from the pest control guy using his extra strong stuff. They put me in the model home for a couple days while my apartment was being handled which was nice. Haven’t had a pest problem since, other than the occasional wasp or mosquito which I’ll take over fleas or roaches any day. I love the office girls they’re so sweet and always make sure my needs are taken care of. The pool is clean, the grills are accessible year round, maintenance is quick, neighbors are friendly. Parking isn’t the greatest but I can’t complain because where I’m at there isn’t too much of a struggle for a spot, but I can imagine in other buildings it might be a bit tighter. Everything in the apartment works fine and the unit is just affordable for me. I really enjoy being here so at this point I’m just hoping rent doesn’t go up come lease renewal!

    Ive lived here for two years. I decided to live at this location for two reasons. When I was deciding on which apartment complex to give my money to. The first reason no bugs. The second reason was safety. The management team is easy to work with and are always kind. Hailey has always been awesome to work with. She was the reason I choose to renew my lease the second year. Every morning the grounds and dumpster area is cleaned of litter. The grass area is always mowed an trimmed. Leaves are always blown out of the parking lot. I highly recommend Hailey and her team. The complex is well maintained, safe, and clean.

    Keesha and Kalyssa were both amazing to work with. While I was a shorter term resident (less than a year) they accommodated and welcomed me and made Summit on the Lake feel like home. I also had to terminate my lease early and they made the process super easy and efficient. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!!

    Keisha and Kaylisa (apologies if spelling is incorrect) were wonderful. The complex is very nice as are the apartments themselves. I ultimately decided on another complex but they were always kind and gracious even when, after a very bad week, was not so kind to them. And to anyone who reads this review yes I felt about 2 inches tall after. Ladies thank you for taking care of me I do very much appreciate all your help.

    I LOVE my apartment!I love living here since 2013!It is located near downtown Fort Worth and Lake Worth!The Summit on the Lake Team takes great care of us!The Office Staff answering questions, working with you to help manage and get your items or concerns resolved!The Maintenance Team takes care of what you need fixed correctly the first time! You may have to wait for parts or materials; trust me it’s worth it for them to get the job done right! They often work late and you don’t hear that very often!The Summit on the Lake Manager, does her absolute best to take care of the property AND the residents. She goes above to help accommodate and help where she can. She Leads the Summit Team to take care of things. You won’t hear the team say something like “ That’s not my job” to get your concerns taken care of. These guys work together to get you squared away and taken care of!Priced fair too! Everything is so expensive, we all could use whatever break we can get!!Come by and see it for yourself!! I hope you will love it here too!!

    We have lived here for 6 months and it has been a great experience. Anything that has needed to be fixed, maintenance has come in a timely manner and fixed the issues. Hailey and Taylor are amazing staff members and are very kind and willing to help as much as they can. We are very happy with our apartment and the staff at the apartments and plan to be here for a while!! If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend them!!

    If you’re in the NW Fort Worth area, check these apartments out! If it weren’t because I needed to move closer to my family, I would still be living there. Hailey and the staff are amazing!! Julio in the maintenance crew is a great guy and very respectful! They have definitely gone above and beyond as made sure that my stay was incredible! I seriously cannot recommend this place, the floor plans are great and comfortable!

    I absolutely love living here. Taylor and Hailey are the best and they are so friendly, it’s like talking to someone you’ve known your whole life and they make you feel so welcome! They are willing to do anything and everything to give you the best experience possible. This is my first month here, and I love with already. If you’re looking for a place, I highly recommend Summit On the Lake. Great apartments and great staff!

    I’ve been a tenant at this complex since early 2017. Yes as some reviews have stated this complex is from the 1980s and some units that have not been upgraded are older and a bit outdated but it’s still a nice little place to call “home”. I have been fortunate enough to not have any roaches or any other critters and I try to keep my place as tidy as possible to avoid any possible unwanted visitors :). However they do have a pest control guy come out and spray often! Anytime I’ve had any questions I’ve contacted the office staff and they’ve always been helpful. Complex is pretty calm! Nothing rowdy ever tends to go on. I feel safe enough to walk to check my mail or get home in the evening and safely walk to and from my car to my apt. If you have any maintenance requests you can fill out a form online and they usually tend to the issue within a few business days. It’s a pretty small complex so it feels pretty cozy! This is my first apt and it has been a pleasant experience thus far.

    We are living here for last 4 years. I found this place a wonderful place with a best rent around this area. Office management is very cooperative, I never ever had to wait for any maintenance, as I called them and they sent someone immediately to fix issue. Once I had a problem with our stove and here they are, they gave us a new one within an hour. No roaches or bugs problem, they spray regularly and take care of property in a nice way. A very peaceful and calm neighborhood. I will say an ideal place to live with a peace of heart for caring management.

    First off, finding somewhere affordable is hard enough. Then second is hoping that your potential landlords are nice and understand living a human life. (Trust me the people who struggled know what I’m talking about) but Summit on the Lake … that’s a whole different ballpark. I walked in after a tired and unlucky day of visiting multiple complexes and I got to sit down with my girl Keesha. LET ME TELL YOU, Not only is she amazing, professional and relatable!!, she made me feel like I could do this and that I DESERVE the apartment I now have. I love her and I’m so glad to have met her and many other wonderful and helpful ladies that work at the front office. If your looking to finally get a place not only with good prices but homey touches and in a great location Summit on the Lake is the place for you.
